The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability and auditor switching on audit delay in basic industrial and chemical soup manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The population is 31 manufacturing companies in the basic industrial sector and chemicals on the IDX. Using purposive sampling technique was applied to determine the sample. The sample in this study were the basic industrial and chemical soup manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and met the criteria. The number of samples used was 93 financial statements based on predetermined criteria. Data were collected using the documentation method measured by a ratio scale. The results showed that company size has a positive and significant effect on audit delay which is indicated by a significant value of 0.0462, profitability has a significant negative effect on audit delay with an alpha value of 0.0047, and auditor switching has no significant effect on audit delay. with negligent 0.5687

The online transportation application industry in Indonesia is experiencing very rapid growth today with the circulation of several online transportation application companies such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. Every online transportation application is competing to provide the best service in order to reach a large target market in Indonesia, including in the city of Padang. However, there are still many deficiencies felt by the community as users who play a very important role in the development of online transportation applications for application users in the city of Padang. This study aims to determine the level of ease, efficiency, easy to remember, error, and satisfaction as well as to find out the differences in usability testing in each online transportation application Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The sample was determined by using cluster sampling technique with a total of 96 users. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires and then analyzed statistically descriptive and Independent-Sample T-Test with the SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that the Grab application has a good level of ease, efficiency, and easy to remember with very low errors resulting in good user satisfaction. Whereas the Gojek application has a good level of ease, efficiency, easy to remember with low errors, resulting in excellent user satisfaction. Meanwhile, the Maxim application has a sufficient level of convenience, efficiency, and easy to remember with sufficient error rate to generate sufficient user satisfaction. There is no significant difference in usability testing in the Grab application with Gojek and Grab with Maxim, but there is a significant difference in usability testing in the Gojek and Maxim applications to measure the level of user satisfaction in Padang City.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application among students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative approach, with a population of students in the city of Padang who have made online purchases in the Shopee application totaling 96 samples using the lemeshow formula measurement. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The data were processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the trust, convenience and quality of information partially have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application for students in the city of Padang.

Turnover intention is generated on the basis of the workload experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and work stress and turnover intention on employees. The population of this study were employees who worked in the PT. Brahma Bina Bakti Mill Jambi as 162 people. The sample in this study was 62 people with sampling technique used was slovin formula. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially, the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment has negative effect on the variable turnover intention. While, Variable work stress has positive effect on the variable turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consists of 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios and activity ratios have a positive and significant effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019

This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Branch Kambang as many as 43 people. The data collected by the total sampling method and the sampling results obtained were 43 samples. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis (TCR). The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Rural Bank Lengayang Kambang Branch

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion variables on sales in Indoriva Online at PT. Multisukses Energi. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, that is, part of the population is sampled, using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The method used in this study using quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression on product quality, price and promotion. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data. From the results of the analysis of product quality, price and promotion obtained a significant value of t count > from t table, then the hypothesis in this study is declared accepted. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on sales

The role of the sustainable development process has an impact on the fulfillment of access to sanitation and basic services. One of the goals of sustainable development is access to clean water which must start from the household scale. This study aims to analyze the effect of access to water sources and improved sanitation on the health (diarrhea and height for age) of children aged zero and seven years, using the logit and difference-in-difference (DiD) models. This study uses secondary data with various relevant and primary sources that can explain related phenomena. The results show that children in rural areas who access improved sanitation have better height than children who access unimproved sanitation. Meanwhile, the urban sample shows that children who access improved water sources have a lower height than children who access unimproved water sources. This indicates that the quality of clean water sources will determine the level of stunting/availability of children's height in the household.

Dampak pandemi covid-19 dirasakan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Permasalahan ekonomi yang dihadapi masyarakat semakin komplek dan berat dengan naiknya harga–harga kebutuhan pokok seperti beras per kilo gramnya sudah lebih dari Rp.10.000, harga cabai terus meningkat, bahan bakar gas elpiji yang tidak stabil di pasaran, dan lain-lain. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan harga– harga lainnya. Hal ini memaksa setiap individu harus lebih berhemat dan lebih pandai dalam mengelola ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan penngabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan menyadarkan masyarakat (terutama kaum ibu, sebagai pelaku dan pengelola ekonomi keluarga) dan membuka wawasan mereka tetang arti pentingnya dan cara pengelolaan ekonomi keluarga yang baik (meski sederhana) sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Khalayak sasaran adalah masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Pasir Jambak Kelurahan Pasir Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang. Hasil kegiatan: Secara umum peserta penyuluhan belum pernah melakukan menejemen ekonomidan keuangan keluarga secara baik, mereka melakukan penghitungan keuangan keluarga apa adanya. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengelolaan ekonomi dan keuangan keluarga mereka sangat terbatas. Tidak mudah bagi mereka untuk membedakan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka menabung tidak di lembaga keuangan dan perbankan tapi dalam bentuk arisan. Susahnya ketika mendapat arisan kemudian digunakan untuk keperluan konsumsi yang sifatnya emosional yang sifatnya cenderung merupakan pemborosan. Investasi yang mereka lakukan dalam bentuk barang yaitu ternak atau sawah.
