Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Setiap artikel di- review oleh para ahli sistem blind review ganda dan artikel yang disubmit belum pernah di publish pada jurnal lain. Kontribusi untuk edisi mendatang dipersilahkan. Ruang lingkup Jurnal Pundi mencakup analisis saat ini pada: Ekonomi Manajemen dan Bisnis Akuntansi Keuangan Publik Aplikasi ekonomi.

    Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014 to 2018. Data collected by the purposive sampling method used managed regression analysis (MRA) or test interactions. The results show that CSR proxied by the size of the board of commissioners does not significantly influence the value of the company and profitability is able to strengthen the influence of CSR proxied by the size of the board of commissioners to the value of the company.

    Fast traslate Icon translate     Fast traslate Icon translate Turnover intention is the intention of leaving an employee from a company and looking for alternatives to other companies or other jobs. Turnover intention is generated on the basis of the workload experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and work stress and turnover intention on employees. The population of this study were employees who worked in the PT. Brahma Bina Bakti Mill Jambi as 162 people. The sample in this study was 62 people with sampling technique used was slovin formula. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially, the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment has negative effect on the variable turnover intention. While, Variable work stress has positive effect on the variable turnover intention.

    Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of commitment, communication, and service quality on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. To achieve customer satisfaction PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan makes it easy for customers to make loans to personal loans which is one type of credit that is in great demand of the public. This is because the procedure is easier, namely the credit ceiling taken based on multiplying the employee's net salary with the provisions with the bank. The population in this study were all loan customers at PT. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan totaling 4,985 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling, while the number of samples used for analysis was 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing uses statistical T test. The results of the study show that the commitment variable does not have an influence on the satisfaction of loan customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. While communication and service quality variables have a significant influence on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. Keywords: Commitment, Communication, Service quality, and customer satisfaction

OrsoindoSejahtera, as well as selection, selection has a t-value greater than the t-table value, this can be interpreted that the selection also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the meat preparation department employees at PT. OrsoindoSejahtera
