Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between the diversity of gender, nationality and education commissioner toward disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is done on all companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2012 to 2016. Using the data panel and sample selection technique of purposive sampling then samples as much as 260 companies. The model used for this panel data analysis technique is regression model panel. Based on the results from testing the hypothesis found that 1) Board of Directors Gender effect positively and significantly to the disclosure of CSR. 2) Education Board of Directors effect positively and significantly to the disclosure of CSR, 3) there is no effect of Nationality toward the disclosureCSR. The results of this study are consistent with the literature previous that the gender and diversity education is determinants in CSR disclosure on the company's high profile on Indonesia stock exchange. The presence of women as directors of companies can contribute in increasing amount of disclosure of CSR as well as when the company led by individuals who have a high educational level, especially relating with the economy and businesses will also encourage an increase in the number of disclosures of CSRPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antarakeberagaman gender, pendidikan dan nationality dewan komisaris terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan pada seluruh perusahaanyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2012 sampai2016. Dengan menggunakan data panel dan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive sampling maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 260 perusahaan. Model yang digunakan untuk teknik analisis data panel ini yaitu model regresi panel. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa 1) Gender dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan CSR. 2) Pendidikan dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan CSR, 3) Nationality tidak berpengaruhterhadap Pengungkapan CSR.Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan literatur yang menyatakan bahwa keberagaman genderdan pendidikan merupakan faktor-faktor penentu dalam pengungkapan CSR pada perusahaan high profil di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Keberadaan perempuan sebagai direksi perusahaan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengungkapan CSR serta ketika perusahaan yang dipimpin oleh para individu yang memiliki level pendidikan yang tinggi khususnya yang berhubungan dengan ekonomi dan bisnis juga akan mendorong peningkatan jumlah pengungkapan CSR.

Abstract

The study aims to get an overview of marketing communications, experience and quality of services as the cause of image formation and satisfaction and its impact on loyalty of domestic tourists in the waterfall recreation area. The object of this research is waterfalls in Malang, namely Curug Bidadari and Curug Nangka. The number of samples acceptable in this study is 50 respondents. This number is a critical sample size in the sample measurements required through SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). From the questionnaires distributed on both waterfalls, collected 114 complete questionnaires that can be processed. The data analyzed in this research using Partial Least Square (PLS) method and using Smart PLS tools. The results showed that marketing communications significantly related to the image. This shows that interesting communication will form a positive image and encourage tourists to visit. Compared with marketing communications, experience has more role in shaping the image of the place of recreation. Service quality is significantly related to image. Service quality has the most dominant effect on image over experience and communication. Service quality is significantly related to satisfaction. Service quality is not significantly related to loyalty. The image is significantly related to satisfaction. The image is not significantly related to loyalty. Although the image does not directly affect the loyalty, but the image has an indirect effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Satisfaction is significantly related to loyalty. Of all the variables that have influence on loyalty the biggest influence is the variable of respondent satisfaction, that is the promotion of this recreation place as a place of recreation.

    Fast traslate Icon translate The research aimed to know the impact of service quality and promotion on costumer decision of PT. Bank BPR Cincin Permata Andalas Cabang Padang. Using of this sample is 91 poeple costumer use technic Rumus Slovin. Method of collect data is using questioner. The anlyst technic is instrument test, anlyst descreptive, classic assumption test, doble linier anlyst and hypothesis test. Based of test hypothesis found of tangible, responsivness, and assurance not affect positive and significant to constumer decision. Realibility, emphaty and promotion has positive and significant affect to constumer decision.  Suggest to company to more attention the service quality and promotion to custumer candidate that more better and the custumer more interesting to use insurance in the future.

    Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of commitment, communication, and service quality on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. To achieve customer satisfaction PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan makes it easy for customers to make loans to personal loans which is one type of credit that is in great demand of the public. This is because the procedure is easier, namely the credit ceiling taken based on multiplying the employee's net salary with the provisions with the bank. The population in this study were all loan customers at PT. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan totaling 4,985 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling, while the number of samples used for analysis was 100 people. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing uses statistical T test. The results of the study show that the commitment variable does not have an influence on the satisfaction of loan customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat Cabang Painan. While communication and service quality variables have a significant influence on loan customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKPeranan asuransi dalam dunia bisnis semakin penting, karena timbulnya risiko tidak dapat diprediksi, sedangkan perusahaan harus jalan terus menerus tanpa mengenal kasihan. Dengan mengorbankan satu permil premi asuransi dapat melindungi 100% kerugian yang terjadi. Perbankan bersedia memberikan kredit a mpabila penerima kredit diasurnasi jiwanya sebesar kredit yang diterimanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada 86 konsumen asuransi. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda.   Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa harga, lokasi, dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa asuransi. Dimana nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel pada level signifikansi 5% (< 1,99). Sedangkan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa asuransi. Dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel pada level signifikansi 5% (3,79 > 1,99).

Abstract

Kontribusi GHRM, green input, green process dan green product memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja ekonomi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat secara empiris  pengaruh GHRM, green input, green process dan green product untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi. Objek penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah pusat IKM yang berada di Sumatera Barat. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel GHRM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap economic performance, green input berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap economic performance, green process berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap economic performance, dan green product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap economic performance.Kata kunci : GHRM, green input, green process, green product dan economic performance

Abstract

Theoretically the factors that affect employee performance are work discipline, employee skill level, and innovative behavior. Employee performance in the organization is strongly influenced by employee discipline. If among employees do not pay attention to work discipline, then the performance possibilities of employees in an organization may decrease. Because to obtain good performance is very necessary discipline employees in an organization. The purpose of this study to determine how far the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bussan Auto Finance Branch Payakumbuh. This research is kind of reserch field research and using quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a study that sees a reality as a single thing, observed, and can be dipragmentasikan so that from the existing problems can analyze and meprediksi a problem based on a number of variables. While the sample in this study is all employees of PT. Bussan Auto Finance Payakumbuh branch as many as 35 people. So the researchers spread the questionnaire as many as 35 respondents. Sampling using incidenta sampling technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression method and using t-test with significance level a = 5%. where to determine t table can be seen in the statistical table on the significance of 0.05 / 2 = 0.025 with degrees of freedom df = N-2 or 35-2 = 33. Results obtained for t table is 2.035 From the test results can be known where the value of t arithmetic of 7,866

Abstract

Digital marketing adalah merupakan upaya aktivitas pemasaran melalui media digital atau online. Biasanya media yang banyak digunakan adalah melalui situs atau website, forum online, hingga yang paling populer adalah social media seperti facebook, instagram, youtube dan lain-lain. Pelatihan ini bertujuan dapat membawa perubahan sikap, perubahan Minat serta menumbuhkan motivasi para UKM di Kota Padang mengenai pemasaran digital (Digital Marketing). Metode yang dilakukan pada pelatihan sebagai berikut : pertama, metode ceramah. Metode ini lebih banyak digunakan untuk strategi menyampaikan materi sesuai dengan tujuan pelatihan yang dijelaskan secara terinci oleh Para narasumber. Kedua, diskusi serta berbagai pengalaman. Terakhir, memberikan praktik secara langsung pembuatan akun pada peserta pelatihan disertai dengan tutorial. Media digital yang digunakan yaitu akun bisnis yang terdapat di media sosial seperti GoogleBisnis. Hasil yang didapatkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut bahwa minimnya pengetahuan para peserta UKM tentang digital marketing serta kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan masih sangat tradisional. namun terdapat beberapa peserta yang sudah menggunakan sosial media untuk promosi produk UKM, tetapi tidak memisahkan akun bisnis dan akun pribadinya, dan beberapa peserta yang lainnya belum menggunakan sosial media sebagai media promosi sebab terbatasnya teknologi yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Pantai Pecal merupakan pantai yang mengalami abrasi cukup parah, terletak di Desa Kinjil Pesisir, Kecamatan Benua Kayong, Kabupaten Ketapang. Untuk menganalisis faktor kerusakan pantai dilakukan penelitian dengan judul “Analisis Faktor Penyebab Abrasi dan Konsep Penanggulangannya di Pantai Pecal Kabupaten Ketapang”. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi masalah abrasi, pengumpulan data meliputi data primer seperti data pasang surut, data arus, wawancara dan kuesioner. Dan data sekunder meliputi data bathimetri dalam bentuk peta, data angin dan gelombang serta data tanah. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengolahan data diperoleh beberapa faktor penyebab abrasi akibat pengaruh gelombang dari arah barat dan arah barat daya dimana gelombang pecah terjadi di kedalaman 3,4 sampai 4 meter setinggi 2,4 meter dari arah barat dan 3,4 meter dari arah barat daya dengan jarak gelombang pecah yaitu 240 sampai 380 meter dari tepi pantai, gelombang yang besar, kecepatan arus yang sangat kuat dan jenis kecepatan tanah tidak sesuai dengan standar yang diizinkan. Upaya penanggulangan masalah abrasi ini dilakukan dengan membangun konstruksi pelindung pantai berupa pemecah gelombang (breakwater) yang mampu meredam energi gelombang datang.Kata kunci : Pantai Pecal, Kabupaten Ketapang, Abrasi Pantai, Konsep Penangulangan Abrasi, Breakwater.

Abstract

Globalization in the economic and business fields has led to economic development that knows no boundaries between countries. Many transactions between companies are increasing, both between domestic and foreign companies. The flow of goods, services, capital (investment), and labor is easier and smoother between countries. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining empirical evidence regarding the effect of tax minimization, foreign ownership, and bonuses on transfer pricing. This study used 12 samples of multinational manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Based on the test results, the following conclusions are obtained: First, the test results show that tax minimization (X1) partially affects transfer pricing (Y), this is evidenced by using the t test with a t value of 2.428 ≥ t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.022 ≤ 0.05. Second The test results show that partially foreign ownership (X2) has no effect on transfer pricing (Y). This is evidenced by using the t test with a t table value of 1.09898 t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.281 ≥ 0.05. Third. The test results show that the bonus (X3) partially has no effect on transfer pricing (Y), this is evidenced by using the t test with the t value 1.293 29 t table 2.042 with a significance of 0.206 ≥ 0.05.
