Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying behavior. Where this research is motivated as a result of the high use of marketplace sites which causes people's behavior towards unplanned purchases (impulse buying) to also increase. The increase in impulse buying behavior in this study was influenced by 3 (three) factors, namely shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and hedonic shopping motivation. This research design uses an explanatory research approach and a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The respondents of this research are people from the Batam city area who have used the Shopee application. And the number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS Version 20 software. The partial results show that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, has no significant effect on impulse buying behavior, while hedonic shopping motivation has an effect on impulse buying behavior. Meanwhile, the simultaneous testing of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation variables has an effect on impulse buying behavior

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Attitude and Perception of Quality on Purchase Decisions with Brand Image as a Mediation Variable (Case Study of Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City). This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Attitude (SM), Perceived Quality (PK), Brand Image (CM) on Purchase Decisions (KP) on Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City. The sample of this research is 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was Accidental Purposive Sampling. The data used is primary data, with the source of data obtained from the method of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression. The results show that 1) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 2) Quality Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 4) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Image. Brand, 5) Perception of Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 6) Brand Image on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect and 7) Perception of Quality on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios, namely return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), earning per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock returns on member shares listed on index IDX80 during the period from 2015 to 2019. The sample in this study consisted of 80 companies using secondary data in the financial statements contained in IDX80. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results obtained in testing this hypothesis are that return on assets has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock returns. An increase in company profits will support an increase in dividend payments and make shares more attractive to investors, increasing stock prices. Conversely, if the company has a more significant proportion of debt, it will be a burden for the company in terms of fulfilling obligations, the costs incurred due to financing, and the potential for financial difficulties to reduce the rate of return on shares. The results also show that return on equity, earnings per share, and current ratio have no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of working capital and raw materials on the income of SMEs Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire obtained from the respondents of SMEs Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. The analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study prove that there is a significant effect partially or simultaneously between working capital and raw materials on the income of MSME Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. The working capital variable coefficient value obtained is 0.427 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the raw material variable coefficient is 0.267 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. In simultaneous hypothesis testing, the calculated F test is 126,102, the F table is 3.21 and the significance value is 0.000 0.05, which means that working capital and raw materials simultaneously affect the income of MSME Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. Thus, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted, which means that working capital and raw materials have an effect on the income of Handycraft MSME entrepreneurs in Blitar City.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the basic and chemical industries for the period 2018-2020. This research takes quantitative techniques and is a type of associative research. The population is 10 manufacturing companies that have been registered with the IDX of the basic industrial and chemical sectors for the period 2018 - 2020 which can be accessed in the www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and panel data regeresi analysis using the Eviews 9 program. Based on the results of research conducted by analyzing the regression of panel data in the above research that explains the profitability and liquidity of the capital structure, it can be concluded that the results of the test show that profitability has no effect on the capital structure in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) industrial sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention of Islamic bank customers to use mobile banking. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance An Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the main reference in building the model in this study. Respondents were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of google forms in a number of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram groups. The number of respondents who meet the criteria for Muslim customers who have accounts at Islamic banks is 376 people, consisting of 226 men and 150 women. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data processing show that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on the behavioral intention of Islamic bank customers to use mobile banking. On the other hand, social influence does not affect the customer's intention to use mobile banking. The implication of this result is that Islamic bank management needs to maximize supporting facilities by adding a number of mobile banking features that suit customer needs.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has changed the order of human life and this situation must be adapted to the tourism industry, one of which is the Sharia hotel industry in Bukittinggi, to be able to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, what needs to be done by analyzing the interest of tourists to still choose Sharia hotels even in the new normal during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze what factors affect tourists' interest in the selection of Syariah hotels in the new normal period in 2021 with quantitative methods and data analysis techniques used is to use the stages of affirmative factor analysis, namely by formulate problems, arrange correlation matrix, determine the number of factors then rotate those factors. This study used 6 factors, namely facility factors, service factors, religiosity factors, price factors, location factors, and standard covid-19 factors. The results showed that having a positive regression and t-value coefficient means a significant effect on the interest of tourists staying in Bunda Sharia hotels, namely facility factors, service factors, religiosity factors, location factors, and price factors. The study also revealed that the covid-19 standard factor has a regression coefficient of -0.33 and a t-value of -2.12 means that the standard factor of covid-19 becomes a factor that affects tourist interest but significantly affects its influence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan berkelanjutan pengguna dompet digital dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) yang memiliki empat konstruk, yakni confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, dan continuance use intention yang dimodifikasi dengan variabel perceived security dan self-efficacy pada pengguna DANA di Kota Surabaya. DANA merupakan salah satu e-wallet independen lokal terbesar berdasarkan pengguna aktif yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Espay Debit Indonesia Koe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan klasifikasi sebagai explanatory research. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden dalam kurun waktu empat minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan Software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa confirmation memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness dan perceived security. Perceived usefulness, confirmation dan perceived security memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Satisfaction dan self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap continuance use intention, namun perceived usefulness dan perceived security tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap continuance use intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh relational bond dan product quality terhadap social media word of mouth yang dimediasi oleh brand loyalty pada brand Ms Glow Beauty. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Penentuan sampel sebanyak 250 responden dengan menggunakan metode rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 7%. Kriteria responden dalam penelitian ini, konsumen atau pengguna produk brand MS Glow yang berusia 17 tahun keatas, pernah melakukan pembelian produk brand MS Glow minimal dua (kali), mengikuti akun Instagram @msglowbeauty. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu variabel financial bond dan product quality dinyatakan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Kemudian, product quality dan brand loyalty dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap social media word of mouth. Sedangkan variabel social bond dan structural bond dinyatakan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Abstract

This aims of this study is to assess the influence of financial ratios as a fundamental analysis on dividend policy and also investigate the moderating role of profit growth between the relationship. Research samples were banking industry listed on IDX in 2017 to 2019 and selected using purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM - PLS) used in this study as the statistical tools for data analysis. The results indicated that only Liquidity and Profit Growth have a significant effect on Dividend Policy. Contradiction, profitability and capital structure have no influence on Dividend Policy. The moderating effect of profit growth on the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and capital structure and dividend policy indicate that profit growth has a moderating role on the relationship between profitability and dividend policy. However, it did not moderate the relationship between liquidity and capital structure on dividend policy in the Indonesian banking industry.
