Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is the performance of employees of the Gresik Office of Tourism and Culture who have not reached the agency's target. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a partial influence of discipline, motivation, and work environment on performance. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used in this study were 71 respondents. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For test aids using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan memiliki peran penting dalam perilaku keuangan terutama terkait perilaku investor didasarkan pada berbagai bias psikologis, perilaku, volatilitas pasar dan peluang untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Investor seringkali bertindak secara tidak rasional dalam pengambilan keputusan suatu investasi terutama investor muda milenial yang lebih mengincar keuntungan dari volatilitas harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji atau merumuskan hipotesis yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investor dari behavioral finance yang terdiri dari overconfidence, gambler’s fallacy, mental accounting, disposition effect, dan hindsight terhadap investment decision. Selain itu, studi ini juga menganalisa peran Risk perceptions sebagai variabel mediasi antara Overconfidence terhadap investment decision. Dengan menggunakan Teknik convenience sampling, didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 452 investor sebagai responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambler’s fallacy dan mental accounting berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investment decision. Lebih lanjut, studi ini juga membuktikan hubungan signifikan antara overconfidence terhadap investment decision dengan risk perceptions sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

The need for salt in Indonesia continues to increase yearly, but the performance of salt production in Indonesia has not been able to meet the targets set in the 2015-2019 KKP strategic plan. This study aims to properly obtain time series forecasting methods and estimates of the amount of national salt production in 2022 to find out Indonesia’s needs of salt. The data are the 2012-2021 Directorate General KP3K/PRL performance report, 2012-2021 KKP performance and annual reports, and the 2020-2024 KKP strategic plan. Forecasting analysis techniques use naive methods, moving averages, weighted moving averages, exponential smoothing, exponential smoothing with trend, and trend analysis using POM-QM for Windows 3. The results show that the selected forecasting method predicts the amount of national salt productions are trend analysis with total production in 2022 of 1,277,392 tons because it has the smallest MAD, MSE, and MAPE forecasting errors compared to other methods, so that the results of this forecasting can be used for policy design in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of product marketing on customer loyalty at a coffee shops in Batam. The Culinary sector in this city is growing rapidly which has many coffee shop businesses, so customer loyalty is one of the important factors in this sector. The sample used in this study comes from customers or the people of Batam City who often visit coffee shops. The approach used on this examine is to apply quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires and this study obtained a total of 325 respondents. The object of research used is some of the leading coffee shops in Batam City. Data analysis was carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2.9 application. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, service quality, brand image and physical environment have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. through customer satisfaction. significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

In this day and age, many people use E-Commerce for shopping. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the independent variables, namely E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Perceived Value, Security/Privacy and Website Design on the dependent variable, namely E-Loyalty through mediation of E-Satisfaction on e-commerce in Batam City. I also hope that this research can provide benefits for entrepreneurs who open businesses on the E-Commerce platform so that their business runs smoothly and increases sales. In addition to providing benefits for entrepreneurs who already have a business on this E-Commerce platform, of course, it can also provide benefits for people who want to open a business, both online and offline. The sample of this research includes 5 e-commerce companies, namely Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli. The population used is people who live in the city of Batam who use or have shopped on E-Commerce sites. The number of samples required is 350 respondents. In the data analysis of this study, researchers used SPSS to test respondent data and Smart PLS to test the results of answers that had been generated from questionnaires to residents in Batam City which were distributed via g-form. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social, personal, and psychological factors on purchasing decisions at Shopee with fraud as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the SEM-PLS research method using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this study, the population was the management study program students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik batch 2018 with a sample of 137 respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. This study uses primary data that contains respondents' answers to questionnaires that have been distributed via google form. The results show that: 1) Social factors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 2) Personal factors have no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 3) Psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee, 4) Fraud can be a moderating variable and weaken social factors on purchasing decisions, 5) Fraud is not able to be a moderating variable for personal factors in purchasing decisions, 6) Fraud is not able to be a moderating variable for psychological factors in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya industri manufaktur di Indonesia menyebabkan semakin tinggi pula tingkat pencemaran yang dihasilkan dari limbah sisa produksi manufaktur. Perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan konsep green innovation dalam kegiatan operasinya sebagai upaya dalam meminimalisasi pencemaran dan menjadi peluang memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green process innovation dan green product innovation terhadap green competitive advantage pada PT Aurora World Cianjur sebagai salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di kabupaten Cianjur yang telah menerapkan konsep green innovation dalam proses produksinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain explanatory research dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 205 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti adalah angket/kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan model pengukuran CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis Model). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) green process innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage (2) green product innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage (3) green process innovation berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap green product innovation (4) green process innovation tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green competitive advantage melalui green product innovation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the level of importance (Importance) and satisfaction (Satisfaction) of consumers on the quality of service in a company and to determine the attributes that are priority improvements to improve service quality at Alfamart Sidoyoso Surabaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers who visit and buy at Alfamart Sidoyoso, Surabaya City with at least one purchase and are aged 15-64 years. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents. There are five dimensions of service quality which include Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible, which are analyzed through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV). Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out on twenty indicators, it is known that there are 4 indicators that must be improved, namely safe parking lots, employees are able to handle complaints and problems quickly, cleanliness of Alfamart Sidoyoso outlets, employees respond to consumer requests quickly.

Abstract

Brand Image is a determining factor in decision making. This study aims to determine whether brand image (brand image), location affect the decision of prospective students to continue their studies in college. The place of research is Padang State Polytechnic with 244 students who are the class of 2022 in the Department of Commerce Administration. The research method uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires, primary data obtained using quantitative analysis with data processing tools using SPSS. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression (independent variables brand image and location, while dependent variable is decision making). The percentage contribution of the influence of brand image and location variables on purchasing decisions is 46%, while the rest (100% - 46% = 54%) is influenced by other variables that are not taken into account in this study. The limitation of this research is that the number of samples is still small, namely 244 people and further research can be carried out with a large sample with the addition of other variables as factors that influence DNA, which can also be done with a mix method.

Abstract

This study aims to find evidence of the effect of satisfaction and loyalty on repurchase intentions in social commerce through social exchange theory. This research focuses on five variables: reputation, information quality, satisfaction, loyalty, and repurchase intention. This research is motivated by satisfaction, which is not optimal in shaping repurchase intentions. Loyalty is an aspect of novelty in this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques support this research through online questionnaires. The data used in this study are primary as many as 219 respondents. Data processing analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and is supported by SPSS 25 and IBM AMOS 22 software. This study's results indicate that satisfaction significantly affects loyalty and repurchase intentions in social commerce. The results also found that loyalty has no significant effect on repurchase intentions. Satisfaction is an important factor for a user to have the intention to repurchase in the same place. A good reputation and quality information social commerce provides influence this.
