Abstract

In the communications consultation or agency, people or talents are the bread and butter of the company since they play crucial roles in setting up the collaboration scheme, quality of service, and the company’s culture. Therefore, talent management becomes significantly crucial for the company to strive. G Communications agency is a local agency in Jakarta that has a vision to be a large-scale company but is facing difficulties particularly in its talent management since most of its talents are in contract-based employment. This study aims to help the company determine the best hiring scheme from the three alternatives derived from cost and benefit analysis and later being calculated using SMART method. The result shows that alternative 1 with highest cost and value, and alternative 3 with lowest cost and value were performing below the trend line. Meanwhile, alternative 2 as the intermediate choice was performing above the trend line. The sensitive analysis also shows that despite changes in the weight for each group, the ranking of each alternative remains unchanged. Therefore, can be concluded that the alternatives are not sensitive nor easily perturbed by the change of the aggregate of the weighted value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal tourism, behavioral intention on revisit intention. To determine the effect of halal tourism, behavioral intention on tourist satisfaction. To find out tourist satisfaction on revisit intention and to find out the effect of tourist satisfaction mediating the relationship between halal tourism and behavioral intention on revisit intention. The population in this study were tourists visiting the city of Surakarta, while the sample was 200 responden using the sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling using purposive sampling and the data collection method using online questionnaires with the help of the Google form facility. The results of the data analysis obtained that the halal tourism variable has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The result of the behavioral intention variable have a significant effect on revisit intention. The results of the halal tourism variable have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of the behavioral intention variable have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of the mediation show that tourist satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between halal tourism and revisit intention, as evidenced by the statistical t value. The results of the mediation show that tourist satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between behavioral intention and revisit intention.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze the mediating effect of work motivation on the influence of job design and organizational culture on human resource performance. Research design is a detailed design that is used as a study guide that leads to research objectives. The object of this research is the human resources of the Karanganyar Regency Environmental Service. In this study there was a population of 55 people with a sample of 35 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than one year and have at least a bachelor's degree. Test validity and reliability using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the inner smart PLS model. The results of the analysis analysis show that there is a significant direct effect of work design on human resource performance and work motivation, there is a significant direct effect of organizational culture on work motivation and human resource performance, there is a significant direct effect between work motivation on human resource performance , there is an indirect effect of work design on human resource performance through work motivation mediating variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Experience and Brand Image on Brand Loyalty on Culinary Products Sate Kambing Mas in Kartasura with Brand Trust as an intervening variable in Solo Raya. The research method is explanatory research. In this study, the authors used a quantitative assessment method. This study uses a population of people in Solo Raya who have bought products at Sate Kambing "Mas Di" Kartasura. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study Brand experience variables have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Brand trust variables have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand experience variables have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. The mediation results show that brand trust can positively and significantly mediate between brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty. So there is an influence of Brand Experience and Brand Image on Brand Loyalty in culinary products of mas goat satay in Kartasura with brand trust as an intervening variable in Solo Raya.

Abstract

This study investigates how brand ambassadors, digital marketing and brand image influences consumer purchase intention for beauty products in South Korea with brand trust as a mediating variable. This research involved 230 people from Indonesia who had bought beauty products from South Korea in which purposive sampling method is applied in the collection of relevant data. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method is applied which is then processed in the SmartPLS software. It is found that brand ambassadors and digital marketing does have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. On the other hand, brand ambassador, brand image and brand trust have a significant positive effect on purchase intention as well. The mediation results show that brand trust as a mediator can mediate significantly and positively between brand ambassadors on purchase intention, which means that through well-known brand ambassadors with a good reputation, they can help company brands in maintaining consumer trust in brands and encourage interest in buying products indirectly.

Abstract

The study delves into crafting a holistic development plan for Kampuang Minang, a promising tourism village in Nagari Sumpu, West Sumatra, utilizing the SWOT analysis framework. It aims to identify the village's internal strengths and weaknesses while leveraging external opportunities and mitigating threats for sustainable tourism growth. Through an extensive SWOT analysis, the research uncovers Kampuang Minang's strengths in cultural heritage, natural beauty, and traditional practices. Using these findings, it proposes a strategic framework aligned with responsible tourism principles, emphasizing the preservation and promotion of local customs to offer authentic experiences. The strategy suggests investing in infrastructure and accommodations to address weaknesses and enhance visitor experiences. To seize opportunities and tackle threats, it emphasizes sustainable practices, positioning the village as an environmentally conscious destination. Marketing strategies are recommended to attract a diverse tourist base. Collaboratively designed with local stakeholders and experts, this strategy holds the potential to boost the village's economy while safeguarding its cultural and natural essence. Continuous monitoring and adaptation are crucial for its success and alignment with evolving community and industry needs.

Abstract

The capital market can play two very crucial roles in the country's economy, namely the role of economy and finance. For these two roles, some parties act as investors and as issuers. Seeing the existence of parties as investors, of course, there will be hope to profit, where the size of the return obtained depends on the company's stock price. However, the company's stock price continues to change every period because of influencing factors such as return on assets (ROA), debt on equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), and so on. In previous studies, these factors have not provided consistent answers on whether they affect stock prices. Therefore, to find out the actual results, this research was conducted. The object used is a company indexed in JII70. The selection of this object is due to the lack of research using Sharia objects. JII is a type of index in which there are 70 types of Sharia stocks with high liquidity listed on the IDX, Panel regression analysis is the analysis method applied in this study, where the study results show that ROA can significantly positively influence the stock price. In contrast, DER and CR cannot substantially affect the stock price

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ecotourism elements, electronic word of mouth and destination image on visit decisions. This study is an explanatory research with quantitative methods. The object of this study is the Harau Valley Area, Lima Puluh Kota Regency in West Sumatra. The non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling was used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of this study were respondents aged more than 18 years who had visited and accessed information related to the Harau Valley tourist attraction through the website and various existing social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. This research utilizes primary data obtained through field research by distributing questionnaires directly to 170 visitors in the Harau Valley Tourism Area. Multiple linear regression were used as the test tools for this study. The data was processed using the SPSS program.The results show that there are significant influence between ecotourism elements, electronic word of mouth and destination image on visit decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk, leverage, bank size, operating efficiency, inflation, gross domestic sales on profitability. This research uses quantitative method techniques and uses a purpose sampling method in analyzing research objects which also uses cross section and time series studies. The object of this research is the Rural Banks in the Riau Islands. A sample of 35 Rural Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in the period 2017 to 2022. Data analysis used the SPSS Statistics 25 application and EViews 12 to obtain descriptive statistical data, panel regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that there is a significant influence on several variables. Where the variables credit risk, leverage, bank size, operating efficiency and inflation have a significant negative effect on profitability and the gross domestic gross variable also has a positive relationship with profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity risk has no influence on the profitability of Rural Banks in the Riau Islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kepemimpinan spiritual pada Bagian Kesekretariatan pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kepemimpinan spiritual adalah sebuah teori kausal kepemimpinan spiritual ditawarkan oleh Fry dalam motivasi intrinsik yang menggabungkan visi, harapan atau iman, cinta altruistik, makna atau keterpanggilan, dan keanggotaan. Kepemimpinan spiritual sebagian besar sudah ada pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diteliti berdasarkan lima dimensi ini. Dimensi Visi didapatkan hasil persentase penilaian 87,4%. Dimensi harapan atau keyakinan 84,2%. Dimensi Cinta Altruistik didapatkan hasil persentase penilaian 76,5 %. Dimensi makna atau keterpanggilan didapatkan hasil persentase penilaian 72,5%. Dimensi keanggotaan didapatkan hasil persentase penilaian 79,7%. Berdasarkan hasil persentase penilaian responden pada dimensi visi dan harapan/keyakinan menunjukkan interpretasi hampir seluruhnya dan pada dimensi lainnya menunjukkan sebagian besar kepemimpinan spiritual sudah ada pada Dinas Pemuda dan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Kepemimpinan spiritual yang sudah ada tersebut dan tertanam pada Dispora Sumatera Barat di Bagian Kesekretariatan diharapkan mampu membawa pengaruh yang baik terhadap sesama karyawan maupun instansi sehingga dapat mengelola dan mengatur instansi tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya.
