Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the role of information technology is very supportive of various educational activities. Currently, a computerized information system is a major requirement for various agencies in processing various data. The current student attendance system at SMK Negeri 2 Indramayu has not been going well because the system used is still manual such as the vice principal of the student department waiting for a student attendance report from the administrative staff of the student department which takes approximately 2 days. This causes the information received by the vice principal of the student affairs section to be less effective. With the existing problems, the researcher proposes a web-based student attendance system using barcodes, the development method used in this study is to use the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system, programming language using PHP with user interface using Notepad ++ and MySQL as its database. The proposed system can make it easier for users to find information and compile student attendance reports properly, report formats are neater, student attendance data security is guaranteed because of the login menu. Abstract

National health development is aimed at increasing awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy for everyone in order to realize optimal health degrees as an element of general welfare as mandated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. So that the government is obliged to improve services. who is in the hospital. In this study, the authors created a website-based corpse information system to make it easier, faster and more efficient to return corpses. the author uses the PHP programming language, Codeigniter Framework and MySQL database and uses the R&D (Reasearch And Development) method in the research conducted, the author also uses DFD (Data Flow Diagrams) writing, namely Data Flow Diagrams, FlowMap, Flowcharts and Entity Realitionship diagrams (Erd) in compiling writing system design. The results of making this system can integrate each unit for the relocation of corpses, can provide information to the families of deceased patients. Abstract

The development of information technology is now so advanced, anyone who follows the development of the world of information will find it too fast to be adjusted to the growth of the organization. In line with the development of information technology, many things can make it easier to complete a job. The purpose of this study is to identify and overcome problems that arise from the performance of the current system. Therefore, the Student Affairs Sector requires a system so that there are no errors in processing and storing data. In the process of organizing activities such as submitting activity funds and accountability reports, student organizations must carry out a procedure that has been applied by the student affairs department of the Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. The problem that occurs at this time is in terms of submitting funds and accountability reports for student organization activities currently still using manual files. The application made is a web-based administrative information system for student organization activities. The website is made using the PHP programming language, as the database is MySQL and the system built is web-based. The final result of this research is the production of an administrative information system for student organization activities at the Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon, so that it can facilitate student organizations in terms of submitting funds, reporting responsibility for activities and facilitating the student department in validating funding applications. Abstract

Production machines with an automatic sorting system based on color are currently widely used in the industrial world in the production section. These devices are always developed according to the needs that exist in the industry. For now, developing companies are recommended to use a tool that has an automatic system with a classification in the field of industrial automation. The purpose of this study is to create a system based on image processing that sorts colored objects on a conveyor, while placing objects in a container that matches the color of the object which is connected to the ATmega328 microcontroller board system that is already embedded in the Arduino Nano. The method used in sorting is to take the RGB value obtained from the TCS3200 sensor, with a conditioned lighting system. The parameterized RBG value is in accordance with the color of the object being sorted, then the data is stored according to the color group used. In this study, using five colored object colors, namely red, blue, green, orange, and yellow, and placing them in the appropriate container of the five object colors with the help of a servo motor as an object sorter based on these colors. The results of the experiments carried out were a total of 35 tests, consisting of 7 tests for each color. With an average test response time of 90 seconds, 33 of these 35 experiments succeeded in detecting the color of the object followed by the process of sorting colored objects and placing them according to the object's color container. The system 2 times failed to detect because there was a mechanical damage to the conveyor. From the testing of this system, it was declared successful at 94.28%. Abstract

In modern times technology is developing so fast that this development can affect every aspect of our lives, especially in the field of Education. Educational Games are digital games designed to support Teaching and learning. Mathematics can improve thinking and argumentative abilities, contribute to solving everyday problems. Mathematics is one of the subjects that is rarely liked, especially since mathematics has started since grade 1 elementary school. While children in grade 1 elementary school are still difficult in concentration and focus in learning. This is due to the method of learning that had only been fixed on the teacher and textbooks which caused children to get bored easily and find it difficult to understand the lesson. This educational game is expected to be a fun learning media and can help increase children's interest in learning mathematics and help teachers as an alternative media in the delivery of mathematics learning materials. Abstract

In an effort to realize the vision, mission, and objectives of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, there is a need for a reference in the form of minimum service standards (SPM) that encompass general criteria in the implementation of education. These SPM aim to enhance the performance of educational services and promote public transparency and accountability. In line with the BLU legal mandate, government educational institutions are required to be efficient and effective in providing services, with a focus on the professionalism of human resources. The formulation of SPM at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon considers principles of simplicity, concreteness, measurability, openness, affordability, and accountability. The SPM covers services related to education, research, community service, administration, digital transformation, halal center, and business development. The development of the SPM application through five stages has resulted in an accessible application managing SPM data at http://lpm.syekhnurjati.ac.id:8000, enabling improved performance in the management of SPM documents at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

Abstract

Disease in pregnant women is a disease suffered during pregnancy, lack of knowledge about the symptoms that are felt during pregnancy makes pregnant women ignore certain symptoms that can indicate dangerous diseases and become an indirect cause of death for the mother and baby in the womb. In addition, the risk of maternal death is also higher due to delays in making a decision to be referred. Based on this, an expert system was created where this system acts as an expert in diagnosing diseases in pregnant women. This system has 22 symptoms including nausea, vomiting, dizziness and so on and there are 5 diseases namely anemia, hemorrhoids, preeclampsia, placenta previa and Gestational Diabetes. By using the methodForward Chaining and Naïve Bayes which can help identify diseases during pregnancy based on the symptoms experienced by pregnant women. This application is web-based so that patients can access the application directly even though they are not at the Puskesmas. Based on testing by entering symptoms, namely blood pressure over 140/90 mm/Hg, easy thirst, blurred vision, pain in the pit of the stomach, and nausea, the results of system diagnosis and manual calculations have the same results, namely Preeclampsia 6.61%, Diabetes Gestional 66 .73% and Anemia 26.65%.

Abstract

Academic information systems & assessments in the development of children with special needs are data processing related to school academic information and assessment of children with special needs. The data processed is in the form of data on teachers, students, subjects, classes, grades management, and developmental assessments. From observations and interviews with teachers at SLB Mutaira Bunda Losari, it was found that the process of managing the academic system was still carried out manually. In producing all academic reports and the process of assessing student development it is felt that they are still not optimal and accurate and it is relatively long to complete the reports produced. Therefore, in this study, the authors created an academic information system & assessment for children with special needs that can help increase effectiveness in managing academic data and developmental assessments. The result of this research is an academic information system & assessment in children with special needs, users of this system consist of admins, teachers, homeroom teachers, assessors and students. This system can manage academic data and developmental assessments. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that it will be able to assist teachers and assessors at Mutiara Bunda SLB in managing academic-related data and developmental assessment data so that it can reduce data recording errors that may occur in the running system and can minimize data loss and damage.

Abstract

Computerized development can make it easier for employees to do a job. Having an inventory information system can facilitate all data and goods management activities, recording and calculating faster, more efficiently and more accurately. PT. Universal Furniture Industries as a company engaged in the furniture industry. This company has a vulnerable business process problem with the supply of goods, especially Cushion for its production process so that it will affect the goods that will be distributed to its customers. One of the supporting factors for running business processes is having an inventory system. The process of calculating goods manually can result in errors and inaccuracies in calculations due to human error. Currently the running system still has many deficiencies and weaknesses such as the inventory data collection process is still done manually with the help of Microsoft Excel, causing the company's performance to be hampered and unable to support all the needs that the company wants. Next is the discrepancy between the results of recording in the report book and the number of items available and the difficulty of controlling the inventory in the warehouse for purchasing and shipping needs. This information system is made using the PHP programming language and MYSQL as a database. The result of this research is the creation of a web-based inventory system that can facilitate the inventory cushion process at PT. Universal Furniture Industries Cirebon.

Abstract

Data collection on borrowed space and inventory is an important activity as a means of documenting loans at the Assa'idyah Islamic Boarding School. The process of borrowing space and goods at the Assa'idyah Islamic Boarding School is still being carried out manually by the borrower coming to TU asking for permission to borrow. Then, in terms of recording loan items, it is still done manually by means of an TU officer writing loan information in the loan book. In practice, sometimes TU officers forget to write down loan information in the loan book so that TU receives more than one loan at the same time and place. Information System for Room Management and Laboratory Inventory at Assa'idiyah Islamic Boarding School Web-Based Using the Whatsapp Notification Feature is one of the systems that can be implemented at Assa'idyah Islamic Boarding School. This system was created to improve the existing manual system to be computerized so that it can be accessed via desktop or mobile and can provide complete and efficient loan information stored in a database server.The research method used is descriptive method, which is research that is intended to investigate a condition, situation, or other event, then the results will be presented in the form of a research report.The system design method used is DFD and ERD as flow translators of the information system. And also the waterfall method in system development. Using the PHP Native programming language combined with MySQL as a database design.The result of the creation of this system is that it is hoped that the process of information provided to customers will be faster and have a faster response Keywords: Information System, Web, Waterfall, DFD, PHP.
