Abstract

Marketplace is a place that connects sellers and buyers to conduct buying and selling transactions. The purpose of designing and building a web-based marketplace platform that facilitates the sale and purchase of event tickets in the Ciayumajakuning region. The Ciayumajakuning region currently does not have a means of selling and purchasing event tickets so that the lack of information about events that are currently being held in the Ciayumajakuning region. To sell event tickets currently still using manual methods by meeting directly with buyers and promotions through social media so that it is less than optimal in selling tickets. This sometimes causes many problems including the circulation of fake event tickets. The application created is a web-based marketplace as a means of selling and purchasing event tickets for ciayumajakuning area events. The website was created using the Nattive PHP programming language, the application interface was developed from the Bootstrap CSS Framework and as a database is MySQL. The method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development). This web-based application can present information about events that may be currently ongoing or upcoming. This application allows users to view a list of events with detailed information such as date, time, location, category, and event description. Abstract

Health is the most valuable thing for humans, one example is that humans often forget about their heart health. The heart is one of the organs of the body that is very vital and has a very important role for humans. Basically, heart disease is often called a “silent killer”, based on World Health Organization (WHO) data that heart disease is the number one cause of death in the world. Therefore, a system is needed to help prevent heart disease and provide the right diagnosis and solution. This study aims to design a web-based expert system for diagnosing symptoms of heart disease in humans using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Certainty Factor (CF) methods. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method determines the weight of the expert, while the Certainty Factor method calculates the diagnosis of user disease symptoms. The final results of the system show that the system is able to diagnose heart disease through the symptoms selected by the user. The system can also provide descriptions and appropriate handling solutions for diseases experienced by users.       Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Penyakit Jantung, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are a serious health problem that is the sixth leading cause of death in the world according to WHO (World Health Organization). Digestive diseases are one of the common health problems and often require proper diagnosis for effective treatment. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of diagnosing digestive diseases in humans using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Certainty Factor (CF) methods. The AHP method is used to measure and compare the level of importance of various symptoms, while the CF method is used to calculate the level of certainty of the diagnosis given. The system has 5 diseases with each description and treatment and 25 symptoms. In system testing conducted by researchers, the results of the diagnosis of GERD disease were 51.4%, Dysmenia was 48.2% and Hemorrhoids 27.5%. The test results obtained the same results as the manual calculation by the researcher. Based on the results of system and manual testing, this expert system for diagnosing digestive diseases using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Certainty Factor methods has succeeded as expected. So that this system can be used by the public and medical personnel who deal with digestive diseases. Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology demands IT services to be more resilient and adaptive. ITIL 4, as an updated IT service management framework, offers flexibility through integration with Agile, DevOps, and continual improvement principles. This study examines how an adaptive approach to implementing ITIL 4 can improve service resilience in dynamic environments. The findings highlight that aligning ITIL 4 practices with organizational needs—rather than applying them rigidly—supports better service continuity, faster response to disruptions, and increased flexibility. Adaptive ITIL 4 implementation significantly contributes to the resilience of IT services by promoting responsiveness, adaptability, and long-term value creation.

Abstract

Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the manufacturing of household electronic appliances. The attendance and payroll systems at the company are still carried out manually. Each employee is required to sign daily attendance and overtime forms, which are previously distributed by the admin to the heads of each division. These forms are then collected daily by the division heads and submitted to the attendance administrator for manual entry into Microsoft Excel. With a large number of employees, this manual method has become inefficient in managing human resources. This condition often leads to errors in salary or wage distribution due to the vulnerability of the manual attendance system to recording mistakes and human error. Based on these issues, the author designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using a localhost environment, which allows the attendance process to run automatically and have data integrated directly into the system. The web-based system was developed using a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with an 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, supported by software tools such as Sublime Text and XAMPP, and utilizing the PHP programming language. The development of this system is expected to support the HR team's efficiency in managing employee attendance and payroll. Additionally, the system also provides convenience for employees to access information related to their attendance and salaries over a specific period.
