Abstract

The implementation of Data Mining is very much needed by UD Andar because this trading business sells various types of products. This trading business sells powdered herbal medicine, plastic bags, food & beverage ingredients, and frozen foods that are in demand by consumers. Judging from the large number of consumer requests, it turns out that there are several best-selling and not-selling products, so based on the last 1 year data, a prediction of the best-selling product sales is needed, in order to make it easier for trading businesses in planning stock providers. Because the current system is still manual, the data obtained is less accurate and efficient. So to overcome this, we need a sales prediction system for best-selling products with data mining techniques using the k nearest neighbor method. This research produces a system of k nearest neighbor algorithms in data mining techniques that help to predict the sales of the best-selling products at UD Andar

Abstract

Taufik Sport shop is a store engaged in the sale of sports equipment, located in West Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. Every day many sales transactions occur at the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store, which of course will affect the supply of sports equipment in the warehouse. The problem faced by the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store is the difficulty in predicting the number of sports equipment that must be available in the following month in order to meet customer demand and not cause the accumulation of goods in the long term. The forecasting process has been carried out only based on estimates by looking at the sales data recap of the previous month. Therefore, it is necessary to build an application for forecasting sales of sports equipment using the Single Moving Average method and the Weighted Moving Average method to get more accurate forecasting results. The data used for this study is data on sales of sports equipment from March 2021 to February 2022. This study aims to compare the Single Moving Average and Weighted Moving Average methods in predicting sales of sports equipment and determine the level of accuracy of the two methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is a method that uses a technique of giving different weights to the available data with the thought that the most recent data is the most relevant data for forecasting so that it is given a greater weight, while the Single Exponential Smoothing method does not use weighting in forecasting calculations but take the average value of the price of a sale in a certain time range back. The results of this study are based on the MAPE value, the WMA method is better than SMA because it is more suitable for forecasting fluctuating sports equipment sales data. The comparison indicator is seen from the forecasting accuracy by finding the smallest error value between the two methods

Abstract

Autism is a developmental and behavioral disorder of children where social relationships are disrupted, namely children with autism cannot interact with other people, including their parents. Autistic children experience disorders such as communication disorders, social relationship disorders, and behavioral disorders, resulting in a child. Parents often do not realize the differences and abnormalities that appear in their children until they are three years old. They just realized that their child is different from other children. There are several basics of treating autism and there are some teachers who can help cure autism in children. The teacher treats autistic children with an approach that is adapted to the problem. Types of autism basically this child is divided into four categories, including social interaction disorders, behavioral generalized disorders, communication disorders, and self-stimulation disorders. This research designs and builds an expert system (expert system) for diagnosing Autism disorders in early childhood based on the web Method of Forward Chaining. This Forward Chaining is very good to use if the work starts with recording the initial information and wants to reach the completion or final goal. This expert system is considered capable of providing information and solutions for parents, about the types of autism disorders in early childhood, based on the symptoms entered and can provide solutions

Abstract

Electrical energy is a very important need that must be met for human needs, but the source of the power plant sometimes uses non-renewable natural resources. Savings in the use of electricity has an impact on the preservation of nature and the cost of electricity used. The problem is the waste of electricity use and the negligence of its users, such as not turning off electrical equipment or forgetting to leave the room. So "Electrical Energy Control System Using Raspberry Pi in Smart Building at Muhammadiyah University of Parepare was made". The method used is to make a prototype that is capable and can be controlled remotely using the internet, this system can be controlled either using a PC or using a mobile phone. The system uses the IP Address contained in the raspberry pi, by accessing the IP address the user can control the system so that the user does not need to be too anxious when leaving the room, because the user can monitor the temperature and see pictures of the room when left. By using this system, users can control electrical equipment, can monitor room temperature when left to leave, can ON/OFF the lights and air conditioning in the room, monitor the movement of human objects which are then synchronized with the ON/OFF lights. The system is also capable of recording the room which is then saved in jpg format

Abstract

In the current digital era, it is very important that business people need a website to make it easier to make sales online, buyers can search for goods without having to come to the store. Books are windows of knowledge. The Bookstore sells various types of best-selling book categories, latest books, school textbooks, cooking books, internet computer books, internet computer books, comics and novels, religious books, self-development books. The problem is that the bookstore owner has difficulty in knowing sales reports, difficulties in the number of available or empty book stocks, types or categories of books that cannot be separated. Designing a book sales information system and software developed using the Agile Development Methodology. The purpose of this study is that bookstores can have a website that attracts buyers, is easy to use and access, has a book category and search for books to make it easier for buyers to find the books they want and also make it easier for owners to manage book stock and reports

Abstract

Bullying is when someone or a group of individuals is continuously attacked. Because of the advancement of the internet, it has become very easy for society to engage in harmful acts of bullying by attacking a person or group of people who can hurt the victim, this is known as cyberbullying. Twitter is a social media platform that may be used by the society to share information and can also be used to perpetrate cyberbullying actions by sending messages (tweets) that addressed to the victims. This final project was developing a system to detect cyberbullying on Twitter. The system uses the Support Vector Machine method to classify whether the tweets that are shared include cyberbullying or not. In addition, this research also uses Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and N-gram feature extraction for data that has gone through the pre-processing stage. In collecting data, the author crawled tweets based on the keywords 'jelek', 'bodoh', 'goblok', 'brengsek', 'bangsat', 'memalukan', 'laknat', 'bacot' and 'pelacur'. The best performance results of the research is 76.2% accuracy, 73.2% precision, 78.2% recall and 75.6% F1-Score generated by the RBF kernel with a total of n=1

Abstract

The increasing use of web applications is certainly proportional to the increase in cybersecurity attacks that occur. Many companies or agencies are less concerned about the security of the web applications that are used so that these web applications can be easily hacked. On the other hand, there are many ways to protect websites from hacker attacks, one of which is implementing waf. WAF is an application or device that has the ability to filter, monitor, and block traffic that goes to a website. The waf used in this study is a cloud-based waf, namely azure application gateway. Based on this, this study aims to discuss web performance analysis and load testing of a website after implementing waf. The tools used to test Web Performance and Load Test are GTMetrix and Pingdom Tools. Abstract

In this day and age, the lifestyle of people who always want to be practical and always delay eating time causes the body susceptible to disease, this unhealthy habit that makes the stomach produce excess acid that triggers the onset of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Gerd disease is often considered mild by the public, but if left unchecked then the disease becomes very dangerous because it can irritate the lining of the esophagus and make it become inflamed. Over time, inflammation can damage the lining of the esophagus causing complications such as bleeding, narrowing of the esophagus, and can attack other organs of the body. Early detection of GERD in the stomach needs to be done to prevent the disease. But because of the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of this disease and the frequent errors in diagnosing GERD, therefore it is necessary to build an expert system to diagnose GERD-based web. Research conducted by Bandar Pasir Mandoge Health Center because GERD disease is a type of disease that is often experienced by the community, and this type of disease is a disease that has the most number of patients in Bandar Pasir Mandoge Health Center with the number of patients as many as 534 in 2021. The purpose of this study is not to replace the role of humans, but to sub substitution human knowledge into the form of a system, so that it can be used by many people (experts and the general public) in dealing with GERD disease. In the preparation of expert systems, a combination of inference rules with a certain knowledge base is provided by one or more experts in a particular field. Several methods can be used, one of which is Forward Chaining which is a reasoning that starts from the facts to get the conclusion of the fact. The results of web-based expert system research using this forward chaining method can act as an expert to detect types of GERD disease and advice for prevention

Abstract

CRM is a marketing strategy to create and maintain a good relationship with customer and decrease the possibility customer move away to other competitors. This research present the analysis of web-based CRM development in Marketing Information System at Toko ZU MS GLOW SUMUT STOCKIST. The result is an CRM web-based system which can manage customer data, product promotion, product sales data and managing of customer service that used to save customer question and complain to create good relationship with customer. This application, Toko ZU MS GLOW SUMUT STOCKIST is expected to mantain good relationship with customer or get new customer, which eventually bring benefits to the company. With this method, results can be obtained in the form of the realization of a Customer Relationship Management Application to simplify, accelerate and optimize the quality of customer service

Abstract

Clustering is a method that is used to divide the data into several groups of parts. K-means (KM) is an algorithm that is often used in clustering, only just the result of KM often times get stuck in local optima i.e. the optimal solution (both maximum or minimal) on the candidate solution in the nearest neighbor only, not the whole of all existing solutions or what is commonly called the global optima. In this study aims to do improve the cluster determination process on the Kmeans algorithm using the Bee Colony Optimization (BCO) algorithm. BCO is an algorithm that works based on the way the bees search for food , BCO is famous for being able to escape from the local optima trap by recognizing which results are best from a series of optimal results . Combining BCO with KM begins with selecting a source of food early in random and using KM to resolve all the problems of clustering at every step BCO next and keep sources of food best in each iteration. The result of this research is that the BCOKM method has been proven to be able to solve the problem of data sharing, where the BCOKM method is able to form a good cluster, as shown by the resulting fitness value (the lowest value is 1221.53 and the highest value is 1233.28) all of which are better than the fitness value using K-means (1251.42). Likewise in terms of accuracy, where the use of BCOKM all showed better results (83.16%-83.30%) than the use of only K-means (83.09%)
