Keruing Â (Dipterocarpus spp.) Â was Â the Â second Â important Â wood Â export ofÂ Â Indonesia. Unfortunately, this wood contains oleoresin that hinders its utilization. Currently, the method used to remove oleoresin from keruing is by soaking it into bollied sodium salt solution. Result ofÂ this method is unsatisfactory because the residual heavy oleoresin might still appear on the wood surface. The study was conducted to determine suitable chemical compounds for removing oleoresin from keruing, and the effects on physical and mechanical properties of the wood. Four types of chemical compounds were tested, i.e. sodium chloride, oxalic acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid, each at the concentrations ofÂ 0.5 percent, 1.0 percent, and 1.5 percent. Wood samples were soaked in the boiling solution at different concentration level for seven hours. When the solution cooled down, the oleoresin exudated out ofÂ the wood samples was separated. The oleoresin was weighed for recovery determination after air dried, and the wood samples were cut into smaller-sized specimens for the physical and mechanical testing (MOE, MOR, compression parallel to grain, hardness and density). Results showed that sulfuric acid was the best chemical compound for removing oleoresin, and the higher the concentration the greater the oleoresin recovery. The second best chemical compound was nitric acid at an optimum concentration of one percent. The soaking of keruing in sulfuric acid and oxalic acid solution resulted in paler wood color compare with the untreated wood sample. Nitric acid solutions caused the color of the wood surface to turn into yellow brownish. The physical and mechanical properties (MOE, MOR, compression parallel to grain, hardness and density) of the oleoresin-removed keruing were slightly lower than the untreated (control) samples.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain post test group yang bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hasilÂ belajarÂ fisika siswa Kelas X SMA Tridarma Masyarakat Kerja Gotong Royong (MKGR)Â Makassar Â setelah diterapkanÂ model pembelajaran time token.(2) Â mengetahui pencapaian hasil belajarÂ fisika Siswa kelas X SMA Tridarma Masyarakat Kerja Gotong Royong (MKGR)Â Makassar setelah diajar dengan model pembelajaran time token telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan maksimal(KKM) secara klasikal. Subjek populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelasÂ X SMA TRIDHARMA MKGR Makassar sebanyak 30 orang sedangkan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMA TRIDHARMA MKGR Makassar sebanyak 30 orang juga. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari 21 item dalam bentuk pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi oleh dua orang validator. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar Fisika siswa kelas X SMA TRIDHARMA MKGR MAKASSAR setelah diajar dengan menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran time token diperoleh skor tertinggi 20, skor terendah 10, skor rata-rata 16,9, nilai rata-rata 76,19 dan standar deviasi 6,27. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar Fisika siswa kelas X SMA TRIDHARMA MKGR Makassar Tahun Ajaran 2013 sudah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebesar 65 setelah diajar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran time token.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Time Token, Hasil BelajarThis research is a pre-experimental design with post test group that aims to (1) determine learning outcomes of students physics class X SMA Tridarma Community Work Mutual-Help (MKGR) Makassar after applied learning model time token. Subjects in this study population was the whole class X SMA Tridharma MKGR Makassar 30 people while the sample in this study is a class X SMA Tridharma MKGR Makassar as many as 30 people as well. The data collection technique used is the achievement test consisting of 21 multiple choice items that have been validated by two people validator. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. From the results of the descriptive analysis of learning outcomes Physics class X SMA Tridharma MKGR MAKASSAR after being taught by using learning model application time tokens earned the highest score of 20, the lowest score 10, the average score of 16.9, an average value of 76.19 and a standard deviation 6.27. The results of inferential analysis showed that the results of learning physics class X SMA Tridharma MKGR Makassar Academic Year 2013 has reached the minimum completeness criteria of 65 after being taught through the application of learning models time token.Keywords: Learning Model, Time Token, Learning Outcomes

The objective of this research was find optimum composision of polymer blend of High Styrene Rubber (HSR) and Natural Rubber (SIR 3L) for preparation sponge middle sole that save the best fisical properties, strong, flexible, light, stable and thermoplastic properties. The formulation of rubber compound has to be researched as much as 3 formalition MS 1, MS IIÂ and MS III with variation of SIR 3L, HSR and HAF black as follows, MS I 70-30-20 phr ; MS II 80-20-30 PHR and MS III 90-10-40 phr . From the fisical test analysis, optimum formulation to be reached at the compound formualtionÂ MS III with result of fisical test as follows : Tensile strength : 0.572 kg/mm2 ; Elongation at break : 204% ; Hardness share A : 55,8 : Density 0,728 gr/cm3 : Tear Resistance : 0,296 kg/mm2 and Compression Set 22,042%.Â Â INTISARI Â Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan komposisi optimum âPolymer blendâ dariÂ âHigh Styrene Rubberâ (HSR) dengan karet alam SIR. 3L untuk pembuatan âspnge middle soleâ yang memberikanÂ sifat-sifat fisika yang baik, kuat, lentur, ringan, stabil dan bersifat termoplastik. Formulasi kompon karet yang telah diteliti sebanyak 3 formulasi dengan variasi jumlah SIR 3l, HSR dan âHAF blackâ sebagai berikut :Â MSI : 70-30-20 PHR : MS II = 80-20-30 phr dan MS III: 90-10-40 phr. Dari analisa uji fisika diperoleh hasil bahwa formulasi optimum dicapai pada MS IIIÂ dengan hasil uji sebagai berikut. Tegangan putus = 0,572 kg/mm2; perpanjangan putus ; 204% ; Kekerasan Share A = 5,8 ; Bobot jenis = 0,728 gr/cm2, Ketahanan Sobek = 0,296 kg/mm dan PampatÂ tetap 22,042%.Â

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk perlindungan konsumen dalam transaksi perniagaan atas barang dan/atau jasa di Kota Bogor, dan untuk mengembangkan model klausula baku dalam bukti transaksi yang memberi perlindungan kepada konsumen. Adapun tujuan jangka panjang yang akan dicapai dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui suatu model klausula baku dalam transaksi barang dan/atau jasa yang sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, maka dalam menganalisis data penelitian ini, digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu analisis yang sifatnya menjelaskan atau menggambarkan mengenai penemuan-penemuan yang berlaku dengan yuridis empiris/sosiologis, kemudian dikaitkan dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di masyarakatÂ dan akhirnya diambil kesimpulan, yaitu terumusnya model perlindungan konsumen dalam transaksi berbentuk Klausula Baku sebagaimana menurut Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen dengan mengambil contoh di kota Bogor. Hasil yang ditargetkan dari penelitian ini adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah terakreditasi dan terciptanya suatu hasil analisis mengenai model perlindungan konsumen dalam transaksi berbentuk klausula baku di kota Bogor. Dengan rumusan tersebut dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam memberi suatu perlindungan bagi konsumen. Dan yang menjadi luaran tambahan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan ajar terutama pengayaan materi, khususnya tambahan bahan ajar pada disiplin ilmu hukum dan dapat pula dipergunakan oleh insan akademika guna pengembangan hukum perlindungan konsumen.KATA KUNCI:Â klausula baku, model perlindungan konsumen, transaksi. a model of consumer protection, transactions, standard clause.Â IN TRANSACTIONS WITH RAIN CLAUSULAÂ IN TRANSACTIONSÂ OF STANDARD CLAUSESABSTRACTThis research is to know the shape of consumer protection in commercial transactions for goods and/or services in the city of Bogor, and to develop models of standard clauses in a voucher that gives protection to the consumer. As for the long-term goals to be achieved from this research is to find out a model standard clause in the transaction of goods and/or services in accordance with Act No. 8 The year 1999 on Consumer Protection. The method used in this research is descriptive research, then in analyzing the data this study used descriptive qualitative, which an analysis of that nature to explain or describe the findings apply to the empirical juridical/sociological, then associated with the reality of the matter in society and ultimately be concluded, that formulated a model of consumer protection in the form of transaction in standard clause as according to the consumer protection Act by taking an example in the city of Bogor. Targeted results from this study are accredited scientific journal publications and the creation of an analysis result of the transaction model of consumer protection in the form of standard clauses in the city of Bogor. With such formulation may be a basic consideration in giving a protection for the consumer. And that became the additional output from this research can be instructional materials, especially the enrichment of material, in particular, additional teaching materials on the disciplines of law and may also be used by the personnel to the academic development of consumer protection law.

Diabetes is one of the degenerative diseases that continue to increase from year to year and becomea global health problem. Diabetics need a food diet to maintain a normal blood glucose level. The adequatepattern of food consumption is a good solution for the diabetic people. Tempe is a food rich in bioactivecomponents that potentially to be antidiabetic through various mechanisms. The fermentation process ofsoybean to tempe can improve the health nutrition and reduce antinutrient substances that can be harmfulto health. The consumption of tempe as a part of good diet supported by good processing can be analternative therapy solution in the treatment of diabetes disease.

ABSTRAKSimulasi ujian online akan sangat membantu siswa warga belajar pada PKBM (Pusat KegiatanBelajar Mengajar) Anak Negri dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer padatanggal 12 April 2019 untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir yang terbaik. Dengan melatih dirimengerjakan simulasi ujian online diperlukan konsentrasi penuh untuk menjawab soal-soal UjianNasional yang dihadapi juga mampu mengatur waktu ujian agar bisa digunakan dengan sebaikbaiknya.Dengan simulasi ujian online ini diharapkan para siswa warga belajar di PKBM AnakNegri mengerti dan paham serta bisa mengoperasikan perangkat sofware (Learning ManagementSystem) LMSnya maupun hardwarenya.

Model pembelajaran yang tepat penentu keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, tentu lebih mengedepankan rasa senang dan nyaman. Belajar yang menyenangkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan atau kecerdasan jamak seoptimal mungkin sesuai dengan standar yang ada dalam kurikulum.Â Model pembelajaran sentra salah satu model pembelajaran yang mampu menstimulusÂ seluruh aspek perkembangan anak melalui bermain yang terarah. Model pembelajaran berbasis sentra salah satu model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif karena berorientasi dalam bermain sambil belajar. Model pembelajara ini telah diterapkan pada Taman Kanak-kanak (TK)Â Islamic Center, Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Silmi dan Taman Kanak-kanak Fastabiqul Khairat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran sentra dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan jamak anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kota Samarinda.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitanÂ adalah Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Islamic Center, Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Islam Silmi dan Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Fastabiqul Khairat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakanÂ adalah analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh setelah dilakukan analisis bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis sentra mengembangkan kemampuan kecerdasan jamak anak usia dini. Setiap sentra memiliki fokus pengembangan aspek kecerdasan dan bila disatukan, semua sentra yang didesain dengan berbagai strategi dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran dimana anak-anak belajar secara nyata mendorong untuk terlibat langsung dalam pengamatan, berbuat langsung menggunakan media yang ada dengan senang karena tidak terlepas dari konsep bermain anak, semua sentraÂ mengasah kemampuan kecerdasan berpikir logis, intrapersonal, interpersonal, kinestetik, linguistik, naturalis, musikal, visual-spasial dan eksistensial. Dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan jamak pada anak usia dini didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai konsep pembelajaran yakni bermain sambil belajar.

Hak dasar dari setiap orang adalah kepemilikan atas tanah. Jaminan mengenaitanah ini, dipertegas dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2005 tentangpengesahan International Convenant On Economic, Sosial and Cultural Rights(Konvensi Internasional tentang Hak-Hak ekinomi, sosial dan BaudayaTanah mempunyai peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia karena kehidupanmanusia itu sama sekali tidak dapat dipisahkan dari tanah. Masalah tanah dapatmenimbulkan persengketaan karena masing-masing manusia mempunyai kepentinganyang berbeda atas tanah tersebut sehingga seringkali menimbulkan bentrokankepentingan. Sementara itu manusia yang memerlukan tanah terus bertambah denganpesat sedangkan luas tanah relative tetap. Hal ini menimbulkan benturan kepentinganantara orang yang satu dengan orang yang lainnya terhadap keberadaan tanah, baikitu yang menyangkut hak atas tanah maupun batas-batasnya. Dimana bergesernyapatok atau bahkan patok yang digunakan sebagai tanda batas tanah hilang. Sehinggasering diadakan pengukuran ulang batas tanah kepemilikan oleh pemiliknya.Patok merupakan sebuah alat yang digunakan untuk batas atas sebidang tanah,sehingga menjadi jelas luas tanah yang dimiliki oleh seseorang. Pengukuran ulangbatas tanah apabila batas tanah bergeser/hilang. Petugas ukur BPN dalam melakukantugasnya harus berdasarkan surat tugas dari kepala Kantor Pertanahan. Dalam hal inipemohon ataupun kuasanya harus mengajukan permohonan ke BPN dengan membayarbiaya yang dikenakan baru kemudian pemohon atau kuasanya akan mendapatkanjadwal pengukuran oleh BPN. Pemohon tidak bisa menunjukkan batas-batas tanahnyatidak bisa dilakukan pengukuran ulang.. Selain itu yang menjadi kendala dalampengukuran ulang batas tanah adalah belum adanya kesepakatan terhadappemasangan tanda batas diantara para pihak yang bersangkutan di mana mereka yangmempunyai kepentingan dengan tanah tersebut.
