Abstract

The development of information technology has brought great changes to people, including to carry out voting. The use of computer technology in the implementation of voting is known as electronic voting or commonly known as e-voting. Student Executive Board (BEM) STMIK Banjarbaru is an organization owned by a university or high school functioned as a forum for representatives of all students STMIK Banjarbaru. Student Executive Board (BEM) STMIK this Banjarbaru certainly have members who are not the least, during this process of selecting new head diruang scope of the Student Representative Council (BPM) is still done manually.Election of Chairman STMIK Banjarbaru BEM can be overcome by utilizing Computer Science and Information Technology (ICT) that electronic voting (e-voting) or build an application of e-voting to carry out the selection head is that it takes time and place of voters (students) in the election can be balanced and can increase the number of voters. One way that is easy and efficient in the development of e-voting election is to use a client-server architecture and algorithms pesentase in the graph.From the research that has been done to implement the e-voting system, then the conclusion is obtained that can increase the number of voters, smoothed data management, reduce the risk of loss of voice, reducing the budget, as well as speeding up the counting.Key Word : Applications Web-Based E-Voting in the Election of the Chairman of the BEM STMIK Banjarbaru

Abstract

Haur Kuning Motor Banjarbaru merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dengan produk sepeda motor HONDA. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada perusahaan ini adalah dalam penjualan sepeda motor masih sering terjadi fluktuasi penjualan dan prediksi yang masih bersifat intuisi.Permasalahan di atas dapat diselesaikan dengan metode Single Moving Average yaitu dengan merancang aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, aplikasi yang dibangun telah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan pembuatan sistem ini. Kata Kunci : Prediksi,  Penjualan, Single Moving Average.

Abstract

In the fierce competition with efforts to keep customer inn does not move the promotional strategy was used at a discount price. In the House of Mecca using a promotional discount on the price based on the number of inpatient but in practice this price discount less running smoothly because they still use manual data collection by recording the book slows officer records lodging guests and determine the guests deserve a discount.In this article constructed Guest Applications Lodging with discount In House Mecca appropriate help and speed up the data entry process and the determination of a price discount.The test results showed that the use of User Acceptance 28.33% strongly agree, agree 47.67%, 19.33% quite agree, disagree 4.67%, and 0% strongly disagree, it can be concluded that this application is appropriate and can be help out. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pakar guna mendiagnosa penyakit Ikan Nila menggunakan Metode Dempster Shafer, dengan memperhatikan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh tanaman. Penyakit yang akan dibahas terdiri dari 8 jenis, yaitu : Trichodina, Epistylis, Aeromonas Hydrophila, Streptococcus, Dactylogyrus, Gyrodactylus, Pseudomonas, Achlya. Implementasi sistem ini berbasiskan website.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Dempster Shafer merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit ikan nila dengan gejala-gejala yang sudah yang diberikan nilai gejala. Dimana nilai gejala didapatkan dari pakar.Berdasarkan hasil uji pretest keakuratan dalam  mendiagnosa adalah sebesar 58% sedangkan setelah menggunakan sistem (posttest) hasil keakurasian dalam mendiagnosa adalah sebesar 100%. Abstract

Any attempt at anything like to get optimal benefits in production. Therefore we need a tool that is able to help solve the problem in order to obtain optimal benefits based on available resources.Simplex method is used to determine the exact amount of production at a cottage industry producing flour fried chicken in order to get optimal benefits. During this time, the cottage industry estimates only just the amount of production per day, so it is often quite a lot left over residue production, because it is to help simplify the process of constructing calculation application "Chicken Fried Flour Optimization Using Linear Programming Simplex Method" using the software Borland Delphi 7 and MySQL database.After passing the test data with the raw material to produce flour fried chicken along with the time available capacity using the simplex method, it can be seen that the benefits increase compared to before using simpeks. Keywords: Optimization of production, maximizing profits, Linear Programming, Simplex method

Abstract

The limited information about the location of a hospital cause trouble for someone when they want to go to the hospital. The difficulty will be more so when the need to use these facilities is urgent. Newcomers and locals who want to go to the hospital often find it difficult to search the location of the hospital. This research will be made an application which can provide information about the hospital and the location of the nearest hospital from the user's position to be. Applications created consists of two parts, the application server and mobile applications. Application servers are used to process data management hospital. While the mobile application used to search the location of the nearest hospital. The algorithms used in the search process using the location nearest distance ratio is calculated from the comparison of the two points. Results information from the mobile application is a list of hospitals that have registered, detailed information from each hospital, hospital location map and information on the location of the nearest hospital to be the user's position.                                                                                                 Keywords: Application HospitalMap , Android

Abstract

Based on the results of several studies on Specialization Department that has been done on High School / Vocational, many students do not have adequate ability in the area of interest that has been chosen, giving rise to drop out. This is caused because one can choose areas of interest. Models such as the       K-Means Clustering and FCM and classification models have been widely tested in the process of specialization. However, the nature of the hard classification algorithms are forcing each data to be members of a target group (cluster) of certain pre-defined at the beginning of the process, so that the accuracy of the cluster / classification was not optimal. This paper describes the use of subtractive clustering algorithm to form a number of clusters (groups) are naturally in the case of Interests Determination Division at High School / Vocational. The result of the determination of the areas of interest using subtractive Clustering Algorithm on a High School, showed that the number of clusters (groups) formed areas of interest exceeds the number of areas of interest that have been assigned by the school management, the accuracy rate of cluster formation by 89%.Keywords:  Specialization in High School, Hard Classification Algorithm, Subtractive Clustering Algorithms

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya produktivitas tanaman padi yang dipengaruhi oleh belum digunakannya benih padi unggul bermutu dalam budi daya padi. Hal  ini disebabkan karena rendahnya pengetahuan petani tentang benih padi unggul dan ketidakmampuan petani dalam pemilihan benih padi unggul yang sebaiknya mereka tanam, oleh sebab itu dibuatlah sebuah penerapan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) untuk pemilihan varietas bibit padi yang tepat sesuai dengan lahan dan kriteria yang petani inginkan. Dengan menggunakan sembilan puluh jenis varietas bibit padi yang terdaftar di dinas Unit Pelaksana Teknis Balai Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kalimantan Selatan, sistem yang dibangun akan membantu petani di Kecamatan Mataraman untuk memilih varietas bibit padi mana yang cocok dan unggul untuk mereka tanam, sesuai dengan kriteria meliputi tanah, umur tanam, potensi hasil, tinggi tanaman, harga bibit, ketahanan terhadap hama dan ketahanan terhadap penyakit.Dari pengujian nilai akurasi sistem rekomendasi (F1) menggunakan  metode precision  dan recall test, sistem yang dibangun memperoleh nilai sebesar 0.745, nilai ini cukup tinggi karena apabila nilai F1 semakin mendekati angka 1 maka semakin tinggi pula nilai tingkat akurasi dari sistem rekomendasi.  Kata Kunci : Pertanian, Varietas Unggul Padi, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Multi Factor Evaluation Process, Euclidean, precision  dan recall test
