Abstrak Berkat Saudara Elekronik merupakan toko elektronik yang menjual barang-barang elektronik kebutuhan rumah tangga seperti kulkas, mesin cuci, blender, televisi, speaker active dan kompor gas yang beralamat di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman km.316, Kelurahan Sungai Kupang, Kecamatan Kelumpang Hulu, Kabupaten Kota Baru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Setiap akan melakukan pembelian barang para langganan atau calon pembeli harus datang langsung ke toko Berkat Saudara Elektronik untuk melihat barang apa saja yang tersedia pada toko Berkat Saudara Elektronik. Hal ini menjadi masalah jika barang yang diinginkan tidak tersedia atau tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan para langganan atau calon pembeli. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut maka toko Berkat Saudara membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang akan mempermudah untuk para langganan dan calon pembeli dalam melihat barang apa saja yang saat ini tersedia di toko Berkat Saudara Elektronik. Dengan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pada Toko Berkat Saudara Elektronik Berbasis Android, pembeli dapat melihat barang apa saja yang tersedia di toko. Dari hasil kuesioner yang didapat dari perhitungan uji validitas adalah bahwa semua pernyataan bernilai valid dan tingkat reliabilitasnya adalah sangat reliable. With sales in stores information system to brother based electronic android , buyers can see the goods what is available in the shop. Abstrak Gedung Bina Satria dan Lapangan Murjani adalah gedung dan lapangan serbaguna milik Balai Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru yang bisa disewakan untuk acara formal dan non-formal. Aplikasi sistem penyewaan gedung dan lapangan online menggunakan pemprograman PHP, menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya, metode pemilihan sampel, sampel datanya : data daftar harga sewa gedung dan lapangan, SOP yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru, serta data observasi kepada pegawai Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan adanya aplikasi penyewaan lapangan dan Gedung serba guna balai pemerintah kota banjarbaru berbasis web, maka secara garis besar dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu aplikasi ini dapat membantu mempermudah proses penyewaan lapangan maupungedung serba guna. Kata kunci: Penyewaan, Lapangan, Gedung, Berbasis Web Abstract Bina Satria Building and Murjani Square are multipurpose buildings and fields belonging to the Banjarbaru City Government Hall that can be rented for formal and non-formal events. Building rental and online field application systems using PHP programming, using MySQL as its database, sample selection methods, data samples: building and field rental price list data, SOP made by the Banjarbaru City Government, and observation data to Banjarbaru City Government employees, while the technique data collection used is interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research carried out with the application of field-based rental and multi-purpose building in the Banjarbaru City-based city web office, the outline can be concluded that this application can help simplify the process of leasing the field and multi-purpose buildings. Abstrak Pendataan harga hasil ternak saat ini manual yaitu laporan didapat dari SMS petugas tiap-tiap kabupaten yang ada di Kalimantan Selatan yang telah terjun langsung ke pasar guna mengetahui harga hasil ternak yang berada di tingkat konsumen, grosir dan produsen, sehingga dapat memperlambat proses pelaporan dan pendataan harga hasil ternak oleh Dinas Peternakan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan serta Informasi mengenai harga hasil produksi ternak yang sulit didapat. Dengan sistem informasi ini dapat dengan cepat memantau dan menganalisa data harga hasil produksi ternak terbaru dari setiap kabupaten yang telah di laporkan petugas dan masyarakat umum dapat mengetahui harga hasil produksi ternak yang terbaru melalui sistem informasi ini. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Harga Hasil Produksi Ternak, Berbasis Web Abstract Documenting the price of livestock products is currently manual, a report obtained from SMS clerk of each county in South Kalimantan, which has plunged directly into the market to determine the price of the cattle that were at the consumer level, wholesalers and manufacturers, so as to slow down the process of reporting and data collection the price of livestock by the South Kalimantan Provincial livestock Office as well as information regarding the price livestock production that are difficult to come by. Abstrak Kontes Robot Indonesia diadakan setiap satu tahun sekali oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan dibawah naungan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengaplikasikan IPTEK khususnya dibidang robotika. Pada divisi Kontes Robot Pemadam Api Indonesia (KRPAI) berkaki ini robot dituntut untuk dapat menjalajahi arena di lapangan yang mensimulasikan rumah, mengatasi halangan atau aksesoris, menelusuri ruangan sehingga dapat menemukan titik api dan memadamkannya. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penerapan kombinasi antar motor servo pada robot berkaki untuk mengoptimalkan pergerakan kaki dalam daya angkat robot yang ditunjukan pada penerapan Kontes Robot Pemadam Api Indonesia (KRPAI). Berdasarkan perancangan, pengujian, dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal yaitu dari hasil pengujian terhadap pergerakan motor servo pada robot berkaki didapat percobaan untuk maju, mundur, belok kiri dan belok kanan dengan total hasil waktu terkecil dengan rata-rata nilai total 10,60 untuk semua pergerakan bernavigasi. Penggunaan servo yang memiliki daya torsi lebih banyak sangat berpengaruh terhadap gerak robot dalam bernavigasi. Kata Kunci: Robot Berkaki, Motor Servo, KRPAI Berkaki Abstract Indonesia Robot Contest is held once a year by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs under the auspices of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. Aims to improve the creativity and ability of students in using science and technology right in the field of robotics. In the Robot Fire Fighting Robot Indonesia (KRPAI) contest section, robots are required to navigate the arena in the field that simulates the house, overcoming obstacles or accessories, tracing the dots of light to find the point of fire and extinguish it. In this research, the application of a combination of servo motors to the legged robots to optimize the movement of the feet in the robotic lift is shown in the application of Indonesian Fire Extinguisher Robot Contest (KRPAI). Based on the design, testing, and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded some things that is from the test of the movement of servo motors on the legged robot obtained experiment to go forward, backward, turn left and turn right with the total results of the smallest time with the average total value 10.60 for all movements to navigate. SISTEM REKOMENDASI JENIS LAHAN UNTUK TANAMAN HORTIKULTURA MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY TAHANI Rintana Arnie; Wulandari Septiyani

Abstrak Tanaman Hortikultura merupakan jenis tanaman yang diminati para petani. Petani menanam tanaman hortikultura tanpa terlalu terfokus pada masalah lahan yang ada. Berdasarkan komoditas hortikultura pada tahun 2011-2015 luas lahan tanaman hortikultura semusim yakni 38,8 ha. Sedangkan produktivitas panen pada tanaman semusim rata-rata hanya 2,41 ton per ha. Hal ini karena tanam pada lahan yang tidak sesuai dan juga kondisi iklim yang berdampak pada pertanian. Pada penelitian ini untuk menyelesaiakan masalah adalah dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tahani yang mana metode ini akan merekomendasikan jenis tanaman yang sesuai pada lahan yang dimiliki oleh petani melihat dari nilai karakteristik lahan yang dimiliki petani. Sehingga dari nilai karakteristik setiap lahan petani akan mendapatkan nilai dari tertinggi dari jenis tanaman hortikultura yang akan direkomendasikan kepada petani. Dari hasil data user acceptance dari para karyawan Dinas Pertanian, Perikanan dan Kehutanan Kota Banjarbaru Bidang Tanam Pangan dan Hortikultura menunjukan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tahani dapat membantu dan mempermudah petani dengan menghasilkan respon 61,234% sangat setuju, 38,762% setuju, 0% tidak setuju dan 0% sangat tidak setuju. Dan hasil uji validitas dari 5 pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada 15 responden dengan nilai Alpha Crounbach 0,625 dengan tingkat reliabilitasnya termasuk reliabel. Kata kunci: Sistem Rekomendasi, Rekomendasi, Metode Fuzzy Tahani, Hortikultura. Abstract Horticultural crop is a type of plant that farmers are interested in. Farmers grow horticultural crops without too focused on existing land issues. Based on horticultural commodities in 20112015 the area of horticultural crops is 38,8 ha. While the productivity of harvest in the annual crop is only 2.41 tons per ha. This is because cropping land is unsuitable and climatic conditions that affect agriculture. In this research to resolving the problem is to use Fuzzy Tahani that this method will recommend appropriate types of plants on land owned by farmers see the value characteristics of the land owned by farmers. So from the characteristic value of each farmers land will get the value of the highest of the type of horticultural crops that will be recommended to farmers. From the result of user acceptance data from the employees Dinas Pertanian, Perikanan dan Kehutanan Kota Banjarbaru of Food Crops and Horticulture shows that the application built using the Fuzzy Tahani method can help and facilitate the farmers by generating a response of 61.234% strongly agree, 38,762% agree, 0 % disagree and 0% strongly disagree. And validity test results from 5 questions submitted to 15 respondents with Alpha Cronbach value 0.625 with reliability level including reliable. KLASIFIKASI UNIT SIMPAN PINJAM KOPERASI DENGAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES CLASSIFIER PADA DINAS KOPERASI USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH Noor Rahmat Effendy; Setyo Wahyu Saputra

Abstrak Untuk terwujudnya pengelolaan USP Koperasi yang sehat dan sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Maka dilakukan penilaian terhadap USP Koperasi. Aspek penilaian meliputi permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan, dan jati diri koperasi. Hasil perhitungan penilaian terhadap tujuh aspek tersebut dijumlah, dan diperoleh skor secara keseluruhan. Skor 100 sampai dengan 80 dikategorikan sehat, skor di bawah 80 sampai dengan 60 dikategorikan cukup sehat, skor di bawah 60 sampai dengan 40 dikategorikan kurang sehat, skor di bawah 40 sampai dengan 20 dikategorikan tidak sehat, skor di bawah 20 sampai dengan 0 dikategorikan sangat tidak sehat. Ada USP Koperasi yang mendapatkan skor mendekati 60, walaupun skornya hanya sedikit di bawah 60, dengan ketentuan seperti yang sudah disebutkan, USP Koperasi tersebut dikategorikan kurang sehat, namun jika dihitung rasio skor masing-masing aspek terhadap skor maksimalnya, USP Koperasi tersebut memiliki lebih banyak nilai aspek yang cukup sehat dari pada nilai yang kurang sehat, seharusnya koperasi ini dikategorikan cukup sehat. Naïve Bayes Classifier merupakan salah satu metode di dalam data mining untuk mengklasifikasikan data. Metode Naïve Bayes Classifier akan diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan predikat USP Koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Naïve Bayes Classifier dapat memecahkan masalah dengan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja sistem sebesar 93%. Kata Kunci: Simpan Pinjam, Klasifikasi, Data mining, Naïve bayes classifier Abstract For the realization of healthy management of Cooperatives and in accordance with the provisions of legislation. Then the assessment of Cooperatives. Assessment aspects include capital, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, self-reliance and growth, and cooperative identity. The results of the assessment of the seven aspects are summed, and the overall score is obtained. Scores of 100 to 80 are categorized as healthy, scores below 80 to 60 are categorized as quite healthy, scores below 60 to 40 are categorized as less healthy, scores below 40 to 20 are categorized as unhealthy, scores under 20 to 0 are highly categorized not healthy. There is a Cooperative that scores close to 60, although the score is only slightly below 60, with the provision as already mentioned, the Cooperative is categorized as less healthy, but if the calculated ratio of each aspect ratio to the maximum score, the cooperative has more the value of healthy aspects of the value of less healthy, this cooperative should be categorized quite healthy. Naïve Bayes Classifier is one method in data mining to classify data. Method Naïve Bayes Classifier will be applied in this research to determine predicate Cooperative. The results show Naïve Bayes Classifier can solve the problem quite well. The results show the system performance of 93%. Abstrak Kota Banjarbaru memiliki banyak usaha mikro dan kecil dan sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, yaitu dapat menciptakan serta memperluas lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Dalam upaya pencapaian program tersebut, "Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM" Kota Banjarbaru membantu dalam upaya pembinaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK). Untuk itu perlu dilakukan prioritas dalam pembinaannya. Proses penentuan prioritas pembinaan usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) selama ini masih bersifat subyektif, yaitu instansi hanya memilih usaha yang dibina dari omset atau langsung menghubungi pihak pemilik usaha tersebut untuk melakukan pembinaan karena instansi belum mempunyai kriteria baku sehingga sulit untuk menentukan prioritas pembinaan yang memiliki nilai kriteria yang sama dan berdampak pada penentuan prioritas pembinaan usaha mikro dan kecil menjadi kurang tepat. Artikel ini menyajikan konsep sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas pembinaan bagi calon UMK yang akan dibina, dengan menggunakan program aplikasi berbasis model prioritas Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat memberikan rekomendasi sejumlah tertentu calon UMK yang akan dibina. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) Abstrack Banjarbaru City has many micro and small businesses and is very important in the economic growth of the community, which can create and expand employment opportunities for the community. In an effort to achieve the program, the Banjar City " Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM" is only helping in efforts to foster Micro and Small Enterprises (“UMKM”). For this reason, priority must be given to the development. The process of determining the priority of micro and small enterprises (“UMK”) development is still subjective, namely agencies only choose a business that is fostered from turnover or directly contact the business owner to conduct guidance because the agency does not have standard criteria so it is difficult to prioritize guidance that has the value of the same criteria and the impact on determining the priority of micro and small business development becomes inappropriate. This article presents a decision support system concept to prioritize guidance for prospective MSEs to be fostered, using an application program based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) priority model. The application built can provide recommendations for a certain number of prospective “UMK” to be fostered.
