Abstract

Integrated and Champion Puskesmas (PUSPA) is one of the programs created to overcome health problems in West Java Province. This study aims to evaluate the achievements of the PUSPA program in 2023, which is included in the 2018-2023 West Java Province Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) document, to ensure the implementation of the PUSPA program has successfully achieved the target of each indicator and to find out the factors that affect the achievement of each indicator. This study uses an ex-post evaluation model and employs quantitative descriptive and comparative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that from 3 indicators of the achievement of the non-communicable disease program, only 1 program was achieved, namely the presentation of diabetic patients getting services according to standards; from 6 indicators of the achievement of the nutrition program, only 4 indicators have reached the target, namely the percentage of toddlers weighed, the number of people/families who received education on growth and development monitoring, the percentage of pregnant women who received at least 90 tablets during pregnancy, and the percentage of pregnant women who were monitored for the consumption of 90 tablets during pregnancy; and from 2 indicators of the achievement of the immunization program, none has been achieved.

Abstract

Rapid urbanization has driven the growth of slum areas in urban regions, including Babakan Surabaya Subdistrict, Kiaracondong District, Bandung City, which was prioritized for intervention through the KOTAKU program in Bandung City’s RP2KPKP 2017–2021. This study evaluates the program's achievements in Babakan Surabaya, Kiaracondong, which had the largest slum area in 2017. Using a summative evaluation method and a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through a checklist based on slum area criteria from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing's handbook, community perception questionnaires, and literature review. The analysis compared existing conditions with the criteria mentioned above and analyzed community perceptions. Road access, clean water provision, and wastewater management were deemed successful, while drainage and waste management were less successful, and fire protection was unsuccessful. Community satisfaction correlated with the assessment criteria, with high satisfaction for clean water and low satisfaction for fire protection. Slum levels will decrease from moderate to light by 2024. The KOTAKU program requires improvements, especially in fire protection.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of daily traffic activity at the four-legged intersection at the Cimencrang railway crossing, in the Al Jabbar Mosque area, using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023. The aim of this study is to assess the traffic performance affecting the efficiency of at-grade road and railway crossings in the area. This evaluation is essential to understand the traffic dynamics in the area, which will help the government in designing traffic and transportation management methods to reduce future congestion. Traffic data was collected through direct surveys during peak hours on weekdays, covering vehicle volume, vehicle types, and the geometric dimensions of the roads at the intersection. The evaluation results indicate that the intersection’s Volume to Capacity Ratio (VCR) at the study site is 0.74. The findings also suggest that this four-legged intersection frequently experiences critical conditions, with Levels of Service (LOS) ranging from C to E during busy hours. The study recommends improving traffic management and infrastructure to enhance performance and traffic conditions, as well as road user safety in this area. It is hoped that these findings can serve as a foundation for local government in planning more effective traffic policies in the area, and provide insights into the processes and procedures of traffic evaluation at four-legged intersections.

KUA has an iconic amenity: the main building is shaped like a horseshoe crab and a Mangrove Plaza. The condition of the road to KUA is quite good and equipped with signposts. Analysis of tourist perception on the aspect of attraction with the highest score (1.97), namely mangrove park attractions, the lowest score (1.24) for mangrove plant education activities. The amenity aspect with the highest score (2.23) is cleanliness, and the lowest score (1.20) is for toilet facilities. The accessibility aspect of the highest score (2.54) is the main gate, and the lowest score (1.36) is the availability of public transportation modes.
