Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to examine and measure the extent to which the partial effect of reliability, responsivness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to Customer Satisfaction  in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. (2) To understand the interaction effect simultaneously between the reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangible to the customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. This research was conducted at PT KAI in Purwosari Station of Surakarta. The number of respondents who selected as sample by purposive sampling technique was 100 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that (1) There is a partial effect between reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsivness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy) and tangibles (tangible) towards customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. (2) There is a simultaneous effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari station of Surakarta. Customer satisfaction in PT KAI Purwosari Station can be explained by influenced of variable reliability, responsivness, assurance, empathy, and tangible amounted to 67.30% and the balance of 32.70% reflects the existence of other variables that are not observed in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pengaruh rasio keuangan dan corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen rasio keuangan (likuiditas dan leverage) dan corporate governance (kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan). Variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and baverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purpose sampling  dan statistik dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Terdapat 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dengan jangka waktu 5 tahun menghasilkan 55 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who emerged after comparing the performance (or outcome) products that are considered on the performance (or outcome) is expected. If the performance fails to meet expectations, consumers will not be satisfied. Tujuan study was to determine the effect of service factors either partially or simultaneously covering; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance of customer satisfaction in the garage Nasmoco Ringroad Surakarta.Survey research methods used in this study with the consumer population Nasmoco Ringroad Solo workshop. The sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling study of 100 samples of respondents through filling a questionnaire on differentiation, service and innovation on consumer purchasing decisions. While the data analysis to test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination R Square.The results showed that: 1) Physical evidence of an effect on customer satisfaction, 2)reliability influence on satisfaction customer. 3) responsiveness affect the customer satisfaction customer, 4)collateral effect on satisfaction customer, 5) empathy effect on satisfaction customer. Simultaneous test results indicate that the independent variable is the quality of service (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) effecting simultaneously on customer satisfaction, Customer satisfactionof 45.3% can be explained by physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while the remaining 54.7% is explained by factors - other factors beyond the studied,

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian perumahan Perumahan Celesta Mayang Estate di Sukoharjo menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur penelitian yang membahas bauran pemasaran dan perilaku konsumen bersama dengan buku-buku yang fokus pada bidang pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen Celesta Mayang, yang berjumlah 63 orang.Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa fasilitas, lokasi dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian perumahan Celesta Mayang Estate di Sukoharjo. Serta fasilitas, lokasi, dan promosi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian perumahan Celesta Mayang.
