Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah, Mudharabah dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Populasi yang digunakan seluruh Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia sebanyak 11 perbankan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 8 perbankan sampel dipilih. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan non performing financing (NPF) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas

Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan dengan jumlah 150 orang. dan mengambil sampel dengan jumlah 75 orang dalamt 3 bulan terakhir dengan menggunakan Acciidental Sampling. Dengan nilaii F 70,761 > Ftabel 2,74 dengan siggnifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan uji t (uji parsiall) promosi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan t hitung 2,403 > ttabel 1,994 dengan nilai signifikan 0,019 < 0,05. Varriabel kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusant pembelian dengan t hitung 2,716 > ttabel 1,994 dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 < 0,05. Varriabel keragaman produk (X3) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan t hitung 2,412 > ttabel 1,994 dengan niilai signifikan 0,018 < 0,05. Kuallitas produk menjadi faktor paling dominan dibandingkan promosi dan keragaman produk. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,866 berarti 74,9% variasi variabel kepututsan pembelian dijelaskan oleh promosi, kuallitas produk dan keragaman produk, sedangkan sisanya 25,1% dipengaruhi varriabel diluar penelitian seperti kuallitas pelayanan, store atmosphere, harga dan lokasi penelitian.

Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial culture, store atmosphere and product quality to Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Batik Store Laweyan Region unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using insidental sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the culture, store atmosphere and product quality simultaneously and significance effect on Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. culture influential positive and significance effect against the Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Store atmosphere influential positive and significance effect against the Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Product quality influential positive and significance to Batik buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region The results of the determination of the coefficient indicates culture, store atmosphere and product quality have influence of 57,2% cloth’s buying behaviour in Batik Store Laweyan Region. Suggestion in this research is company should improve the quality of product, espcecially about the characteristics of the product. Companies must be more varied in designing clothes so consumers are interested and purchases by consumers will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect ofssupervision, motivation and work discipline on employee achievement. at Freemilt UKM in Surakarta. The population in this study at Surakarta Fremilt UKM was 67 employees. The data used in this study are primary data. This type of research is quantitative. The technique of multiple linear regression data analysis. F-test results prove that the factors of supervision, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. in Freemilt UKM in Surakarta, Central Java, where the value of Fcount = 85.395> Ftable = 2.70 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. T test results prove thats upervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Freemilt SMEs in Surakarta with a tcount = 2.478> ttable = 1.997 and a significance of 0.016 <0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement in Freemil UKM in Surakarta with a tcount of 4.350> ttable = 1.997 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Freemilt SMEs in Surakarta with a tcount of 1.814 <ttable = 1.997 with a significance of 0.074> 0.05.

Abstract

Employee performance has an important role in a company, because employees who have good performance will have a positive impact for the company and vice versa, the company would like to have employees who are well performing and able to Accomplish its job well. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of employees are reviewed through recruitment, training, and workload (study at Pt. Rumpun Sari kemuning). The method of analysis used in this study uses quantitative methods and samples of this study as much as 102 people. The results of research that has been done in this study show that simultaneously there is a simultaneous influence between recruitmen, training, and workload positively and significantly impact on employee performance and partially recruitmen, And workloads have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove simultaneously or partially the influence of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Trust on Customer Loyalty at RN Screen Solo. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study was 1000 loyal customers of RN Screen Solo in the past 16 years. Sampling of 100 respondents using incidental sampling technique. Retrieval of using a questionnaire. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted from February 2020 to July 2020. F test results (simultaneous) prove that Service Quality, Product Quality, and Trust have a positive and significant effect on RN Screen Solo Customer Loyalty. The t-test results (partial) showed that the variables of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Trust each partially influential on RN Screen Solo Customer Loyalty. The proportion of the dependent variable (Customer Loyalty) explained by the independent variable (Service Quality, Product Quality, and Trust) was 53.1%. The remaining proportion of 46.9% is explained by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

Researchng to find out and nidescribe the analysis of product quality, brand image, and trust buying decision at Depot Jamu Aneka Sehat Karanganyar. Multiplen linear regression is used to process data in research. F test results showed that the variablessof product quality, brand image, and trust isimultaneously and significantly affected buying decision decision at Depot Jamu Aneka Sehat Karanganyar. This is evidenced by the kkresults of the F test that is fcount 26,02 > ftable 2,47 with a significanto value of 0.000 <0.05. Tu test results showed that product quality 0,034 < 0,05 ebrand image 0,012 < 0,05 trust 0,009 < 0,05 positive and significant effect on Depot Jamu Aneka Sehat Karanganyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance (study at PT. Solo Murni Kiky Creative Products in Surakarta). The population in this studywwere 100 employees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The method in sampling uses non random sampling technique. From the sampling technique to produce a sample of 20. This typ of quantitative and analytical research techniques used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16. Multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test include normality test, multicollonity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. To test the variables used the coefficient of determination test, t-test, f-test. The results of the study simultaneously showed that the variables of communication, motivation, and discipline had a significant effect on work performance. The results of the partial communication test have no effect on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline have an effect and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh langung dan tidak langsung secara simultan maupun parsial mengenai gaya hidup, pengetahuan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk ramah lingkungan di Super Indo Kartasura. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 100 konsumen Super Indo dan mengambil sampel dengan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dimana teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa gaya hidup, pengetahuan, dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk ramah lingkungan di Super Indo Kartasura. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Super Indo Kartasura. Pengetahuan memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Super Indo Kartasura. Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Super Indo Kartasura. Model regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 2.135 + 0.322XF + 0.274XUB + 0,318XBO + e. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel gaya hidup, pengetahuan dan kepercayaan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 45,6% terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen produk ramah lingkungan Di Super Indo Kartasura.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously person job fit, competence, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Dinas Koperasi Dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Boyolali. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all of the 40 employees of Diskopnaker in Boyolali Regency. The total sampling technique used in this study with the sample used from the entire population of 40 respondents. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study that simultaneously variable person job fit, competence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Evidenced by the results of the F test showed a calculation of Fhitung 35,970 > Ftable 2,64. T-test results partially person job fit affect job satisfaction, competence variables and work environment partially do not affect job satisfaction. Coefficient of determination R2 obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0,546 means that the variables used in this study influence 54,6% of job satisfaction at Diskopnaker Kabupaten Boyolali.
