Globalization has created great changes towards industrial companies in Indonesia. As the result, competition among industrial companies become very tough. Manufacture industries is still a leading sector for economic growth. ”JCT” Steel Mills company is one of large steel mills industrial company that established since 1992. This research is going to describe Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees in ”JCT” Steel Mills company. OCB is known as one‟s willing behaviors to support organization effectiveness. This research is quantitative descriptive research. OCB questionnaire is distributed to 95 employees. Data has been analysed with T-scale. The general result reveals all employees is in moderate level of OCB. The dimension of OCB which are: civic virtue and consciousness is 74.7%, helping behavior is 71.6%, sportmanship is 68.4% , courtesy is 69.5%. Some factors like communication problem among senior and junior level and other divisions are indicated as barriers of courtesy and sportmanship. The process of recovery of people with schizophrenia in Indonesia are still poor. This is because the recovery process is long and time consuming need social support from family. A patient who has been getting medicine and good care at the hospital could have returned relapse if there‟s no support of his/her family. Support from family is also affected how much information they can understand about the disorder sufferers so that families can be more accepting of patient. This study aims to determine how the image of the family psychoeducation in patients with schizophrenia. This study used a qualitative approach to the 2 families of patients. Data was collected through interviews and observation techniques and the results were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research is the process of psychoeducation to families of people with schizophrenia could be successful when an awareness and sensitivity on the part of the family of the condition of the patient so that the patient can return to optimal function. College as an educational institution has an important role in education. Aside from being a bridge for the transformation of knowledge, the college is also in charge of creating human beings are skilled and reliable in the face of the real working world. In order to achieve these objectives, the role of the lecturer as an educator at the college is very important.In this case spirituality at work is needed to improve the quality of the lecture. Spirituality at work is one of the psychological climate in which people who work have an internal life that nourishes and nurtured by meaningful work, and feeling connected with others and with the community in workplace. Purpose of this study is to describe spirituality at work on lectures in Jakarta. The method used is descriptive method, a method in researching the status of a group of people, an object, condition, thought, or an event in the present, the goal is to create a description, picture, or painting in a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts-facts, properties and relationships between the phenomena investigated. The results obtained in this study is spirituality at work on lectures in Jakarta who are in the high category with the percentage is 28.83%, with the validity of .30 and reliability of .940. Developing and maintaining a romantic relationship is a young adulthood‟s development task. Relationship contingency of self-worth has known as one of its factor. Grounded on Sanchez and Kwang‟s (2007) study, RCSW could cause body shame. Hence, it was important to find a self-aspect which could lessen RCSW‟s negative impact, that was self-efficacy in romantic relationship (SERR). This study examined to identify RSCW and SERR predictions toward body shame, also identified SERR‟s presence as the moderator of RCSW and body shame. A self-report measurement was done to 186 individuals aged 21-40 years old in Jabodetabek. By using regression techniques, it was found that RCSW could predict body shame positively and SERR could predict body shame negatively. Yet there was no moderation effect of SERR on RCSW and body shame relationship. Keywords: romantic relationship; contingency; body shame; self-efficacy

PP No. 30 of 1990 on Higher Education defines that the student is enrolled learners and gain knowledge on a particular college, the institution aims to prepare students to be members of the community who have the academic ability and or professionals who can apply, develop and or create science knowledge, technology, and or art. College world is a new world, different from the high school days. Although some teenagers will still live with parents, self-reliance becomes absolutely necessary in managing studies in college. The problems faced by students, especially new students are varied, ranging from adjustment problems, problems in relationships with fellow students, problems with assignments, problems with teachers, and so forth. All kinds of problems faced by students can influence acquisition performance index achieved during one semester. Counseling is one of services that can be provided for students with low GPA. The method in this study is qualitative. Based on the results obtained with the sample number as many as 70 students, obtained a picture of the problem is as follows: 45.7% for introspection disability issues, 21.4% self-concept and family problems, motivational problems 18.6%, 8.6% learning time management issues, and issues of interest by 5.7%. Counseling include steps proposed by Brammer and MacDonald (2003) covers the determination of problems and goals; problem solving, decision making and planning and behavior change. Each child is born with a unique. A gifted child is one of the uniquenessthat needs special attention because it is not free from problems. Gifted childrenwho do not have the opportunity to develop their talents often have problems inacademic achievement or school. This research focuses on achievements of agifted child or better known as the underachieving gifted child. This study designis a single-case study with purposive sampling technique. Data were collectedfrom observation, interview, and a series of psychological tests (WISC, WZT,DAM, BAUM, and HTP). Intervention is to implement board therapy (reward anddelay of reward) consistently both at home and school.Keywords: gifted child, underachieving gifted child
