Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is purposed by to describe the efforts of schools in improving the creativity of learners in the subject of Civics through the implementation of PBL. The research methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects are including principals, teachers, and learners. In collecting the data, the techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The result of this research shows that the efforts of the school and the principal's role in enhancing the creativity of learners are maximal. It can be proved in the provision of opportunities for learners to explore and to develop the potential and capabilities they had. Schools also provide programs "foster friends" with the purpose diminishes the administrative burden of students, especially those from poor families. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses how a teacher's ability PPKn in Jakarta conducting assessment of learning after the enactment of curriculum 2013. Assessment of learning may include learning to competence assessment attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results showed that the ability of teachers PPKn in conducting assessment of learning is: The average score of assessment by teachers PPKn in Jakarta which is used as target schools on the competence of attitude is 87. The competence of knowledge is 100, and the skill competency is 92. Score is categorized as excellent (76-100). In other words, the ability of teachers PPKn in conducting assessment of learning (competence attitudes, knowledge, and skills) in Jakarta which is used as target schools categorized as excellent, Keywords: Education, teachers, civics education, learning assessment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is focused to the making process of local regulations on compulsory education Takmilihan Awaliyah Madrasah Diniyah. As for the reason researchers reviewing this research due to the Change of religious-based Perda is first of all that there is in the city of Medan. In the process of its compilation will certainly undergo Dynamics refers to the context of the city of Medan that heterogeneity. As for the research methods used in this study using qualitative method through a descriptive approach, so that research results can eventually be clearly reflected the problems that arise from the creation of the religion-based Change. Results from the study found that there is little the dynamics in the endorsement on the plenary meeting of the MDTA Perda Kota Medan initially some faction representative in Medan city requesting that a deeper discussion done against Perda MDTA, because it is related to the spirit of promoting diversity that exists in the city of Medan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The student movement that emerged in the 1990s was a response to the authoritarian New Order policies. Although New Order succeeded in economic development but lead to inequality. Student activists form an alliance with pro-democracy groups such as NGOs, unions, farmers, and critical opposition groups. Therefore, their movements become an important part of the pro-democracy movement. In general the issues presented students are: First, the issues of democratization and human rights. Secondly, issues related to land, environment and labor. In addition to address issues of local and national, their movements also a response of international issues To control the student movement, the government established the SMTP (Student Senate Higher Education), accompanied by harsh measures. Nevertheless, their movement is still weak and disunited. The existence of a strong student movement and spread emerge when the economic crisis hit Indonesia, dropping of President Soeharto in May 1998. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze how Hamka’s thinking about nationality, as well as moral values in accordance with the legal system of the philosophy of Pancasila. The method used in this research is a normative legal research methods to approach concepts (conceptual approach). Hamka’s idea about national values are still relevant in developing the love for the homeland. Hamka’s thinking about nationality, religious and rejected the concept of secularization. He said God is the center of human strength established the nation. The spirit of divinity embodied in the form of patriotism needs to be instilled in every person. According to Hamka, philosophy Pancasila indicates the religious character of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, the implementation of law should be sourced from the religious philosophy of Pancasila. Recognition ofthe existence of God in the Pancasila should be realized in the form of legal which has religious values. Keywords: Hamka, legal philosophy Pancasila, moral law

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain empirical data, and reliable information about the effectiveness of rehabilitation and development patterns of the drug addict at the Center for Rehabilitation of the National Narcotics Agency Indonesia-Lido, Bogor. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The pattern of development in the institution more emphasis on behavior change, by conducting medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is divided into two major phases, namely the phase of medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation phase. Medical rehabilitation includes detoxification and entry. While social rehabilitation phase includes primary phase and re-entry phase. Rehabilitation and development patterns are effective against drug addicts. This can be seen with the recovery rate of the resident and the resident's rate of return using drugs. But it is also influenced by many factors, both internal and external.
