Jurnal Ilmiah Syi’ar, published by Da’wah Faculty of Bengkulu State Islamic Institut since 2007. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various focuses of communication, conseling, development and empowerment of community, management, and many more (the central focus of Islamic sciences). In the beginning the journal only served as a scholarly forum for the lecturers and professors at internal of the Institute. However, due to the later development with a broader readership, the journal has successfully invited scholars and researchers outside the Institute to contribute.

The term transcendental communication is a relatively new field of communication known in the area of communication science studies. Therefore, many interpretations or definitions can be given to transcendental communication. Transcendental communication is vertical, and its form is not as concrete as the form and tradition of communication in general. If in interpersonal communication or group communication for example, the limits of each communication element (communicator, communicant, message, media, etc.) are very clearly visible, with relatively measurable results / effects. While in communication transendental elements of communication is not all can be detected in sensory. Therefore, within certain limits, it is not wrong to say that transcendental communication is private / abstract. To dissect the transcendental communication model, this paper would like to see prayer as a transcendental form of communication that is vertical between God to man or vice versa between man to the creator of Allah SWT.

Radaah is a breastfeeding of children or babies delivered to other women who are not mothers, resulting in mahram law between breastfeeding mothers and their children with their breastfed children. Radaah is permitted by Islam, according to the aqad or agreement between the child’s parents and the woman who breastfed her. Culturally, then in Indonesia is not there, because even if parents can not breastfeed their children for something, then the alternative taken is to give their children with formula milk. The Radaah is commonly done by the Arabs.

Dakwah is an important thing in Islam, therefore between da’wah and Islam have an inseparable relationship. Islam as the religion of rahmatanlil’alamin needs to be done seriously to realize the values of the mercy in Islam in a more concrete form. Da’wah other than known as the process of delivering Islamic teachings also need to be understood that da’wah is also a process of application and actualization of Islamic teachings in a more real form to be perceived by every Muslim, and it can be realized in da’wah activities in the form of tadbir and tathwir.

Elderly can be said as golden age because not everyone can reach old age, so if someone has old age will require more nursing actions, both promotive and preventive, so that he can enjoy the golden age, as well as a useful old age and happy. On the contrary of old age if there is no intensive care of his family then he can not enjoy his golden age with happy. While the elderly are individuals aged 60-65 years old and above, meaning individuals who have the ability to live and sensitivity individually weak, both weak to the physical condition and weak to adjust to the environment. The existing conditions in the elderly tend to potentially cause physical health problems and mental health. Therefore it is necessary guidance and counseling Islam in order to help alleviate the problems it faces. So that the elderly in their daily lives become effective and can think that he is still useful and needed others and has the potential to stick to Islamic values.

Tabligh is one way of doing Islamic da’wah, in addition to preachers and listeners, tabligh message is an important part of tabligh. The phenomenon of humor brought about by preachers among recent tabligh messages, and as if humor in tabligh have become a tabligh listener’s need, has led to many studies of the use of humor in Islamic da’wah. In this paper it describes how ideally humor should be presented in tabligh, a Qur’anic textual message, good humor and fair submission in tabligh, theories of humor that can be knowledgeable when it comes to humor, and the use of humor in tabligh.

Hate Speech is termed hate speech. The sequence of words that make up the phrase. If viewed in terms of grammatically the speech is located as head (Main), and hate as a modifier (Explanation). It is clear that hate speech is a representation of the juridical aspect. In fact, it is part of a wide range of existing legislation. Not only Law No.11 / 2008 on ITE, but there are also articles of the Criminal Code and Civil Code. At least from the post-hate speech news circulating in the community, at least has reduced the intensity of speech hatred in the online media. Primarily, concerning the habit of some netizens doing a negative remark in the online media.

Then humans feel uneasy, anxious, uncomfortable, frustrated, stressed, and depressed, then people try to get out of the problem trap is one method that can be developed in overcoming various problems of life one of them with hypnotherapy methods that certainly have various levels. many benefits that can be obtained by using this hypnosis-based technique at least the presence of this method is a solution in overcoming human problems for the future in the future.

This paper wants to tell about how intercultural communication is intertwined in the community of Samin community and the outside community around the Samin area. The author uses the position of emic approach that sees from the perspective of the Samin group. The author focuses only on the anxiety and uncertainty that occurs. This difference in cultural background certainly affects communication between them. Different cultures and ways of communicating with Samin groups and communities around this Samin may cause various obstacles. Some of the obstacles in question are anxiety and uncertainty between the two parties. Samin groups can be called mindless groups in communicating because Samin groups do not fully pay attention to what they say and do and can not categorize their interlocutors. Samin groups will become mindful when they can be slightly open to information coming from outside the group and acknowledge that there are multiple perspectives for interpreting messages in intercultural communication situations so that communication with outgroups is more effective.

The purpose of this study to determine the application of the principle of da’wah management and supporting and inhibiting factors in socialization BMT Al-Muawanah in Sumber Rejo Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive with descriptive method, while the informant use snowball sampling amounted to 6 people. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The application made in the socialization is the first principle of amar makruf nahi mungkar in the form of invite the community to understand the BMT and prevent them join in broker riba (renternir). Second, the obligation to uphold the truth in the form of honest and open management. Third, the principle of enforcing justice in a fair form between fellow administrators and members. Fourth, the principle of obligation to convey the mandate of the agreement in accordance with an agreed contract. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the socialization of BMT Al-Muawanah in Sumber Rejo Village. Supporting factors of the community itself gain knowledge about BMT both bookkeeping, and administration and level of public awareness while the board itself is facilitated by IAIN through the dedication of Lecturers While the pengahmbat factor of the community that is less open and the lack of level of public awareness itself and inhibiting factors of the board less leisure time as well as a location far from the city.
