Abstract

The central issue in this study is the lack of support facilities such as facilities and infrastructure such as the number of books is still limited and the quality and quantity of employees that are still lacking. This study aims to: (1) To know know the quality of library services In Office Regional Library Upper North River, (2) To determine what factors influence in providing library services to the Office of Regional Library Hulu Sungai Utara. The method used in this study were A study to provide a detailed overview of the background, the nature, characteristics, typical of the quality of library services in providing public services to the community. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Analysis of the research results are used qualitative analysis with data reduction step, the presentation of the data and draw conclusions.The results showed: (1) Library and Archives Services Hulu Sungai Utara Regency is quite good, especially in the aspect of Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empathy) and DayaTanggap (Responsiveness), while the aspect needs to be improved is the Physical Evidence (Tangibles) and reliability (Reability) is a collection of books and appropriate facilities and infrastructure supporting the development of ICT (Information Communication and Technology as well as knowledge and education for the improvement of the quality of employees. (2) Factors that affect library and archive service Hulu Sungai Utara Regency is a means and infrastructure such as collection of books as well as the quality and quantity of employees Library and Archives Hulu Sungai Utara Regency inadequate. Keywords: Service Quality and Library

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is very important in an organization. The interpersonal communication within an organization is often ineffective due to inefficient communication that can lead to misunderstand the meaning of the message. The success or failure of an organization is determined by all the elements that exist within the organization, all of it is inseparable from the well-established interpersonal communication that exists both in every village officials and the public.The role of interpersonal communication and the performance of the village officials are very important in supporting a village development, especially the construction of the roads or bridges in Sungai Kayu village, hence the author interested in researching with a title “The Role of Interpersonal Communication and The Performance of The Village Government Officials Towards The Infrastructure Development of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District”.The research was conducted in RT.4, RT.5 and RT.6 of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District in May 2013. The approach method used was a quantitative of all the data collected from 139 respondents analyzed in descriptive using a percentage technique.The analysis result of partial significance for all variables was 73.27%, thus the role of interpersonal communication and the performance of the village government officials towards the infrastructure development of Sungai Kayu Village West Kapuas Sub-district Kapuas District have been categorized achieved with indicators: X1 (the interpersonal communication), X2 (the performance of village government officials) and the dependent variable Y are the dependent variables. Therefore, this research is expected to improve the interpersonal communication better among the villagers and between the villagers and the village officials, besides this research can also improve the performance of the village officials especially in the development of both physical and nonphysical. Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Performance of village government Officials

Abstract

The central issue in this study is less optimal public service to the community, such as care of the ID card, family card and others. This study aims to: ( 1 ) To find evidence of direct services provided in the Pandan River District Employee Population Administration Services to the community, ( 2 ) To determine the reliability of the Pandan River District Employee Population Administration Services to the community, ( 3 ) To determine the Employee Responsiveness River District of North Hulu Sungai Pandan .The method used in this study were A study to provide a detailed overview of the background, the nature, characteristics, typical of the performance pegawai kecamatan in pelayanan publik. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Analysis of the research results are used qualitative analysis with data reduction step , the presentation of the data and draw conclusions .The results showed : ( 1 ) direct evidence of service in the Office have not been able to support the improvement of service quality as the number of service personnel are still lacking, especially his ability is not supported by the availability of technical equipment and adequate service -based technology, the information service and the conditions of service of less comfortable, ( 2 ) Reliability has not been able to support the quality of service, because they can not fulfill the exact period of time, which is often the timeliness of customer complaints, although in terms of the accuracy of product services and product destruction service level is good enough, ( 3 ) Responsiveness layananbelum support quality of care because officials are still not ready sepenuhhati, can not respond well to the needs of customers as well as less serious response to the problems faced. Keywords:  Performance, Services Quality, Administration.

Abstract

 Monitoring the location of the current space is needed as one of the security or surveillance which can be used for state information on the location of the room. No matter if we are at the location, but if we are not on the site, of course we can not see or monitor room / where we left off. The lack of oversight / monitoring done if leaders are not in an office, employees often abuse that opportunity to other interests, such as out of the office during working hours, lunch break over the time limit is set, perform activities outside duties and functions as an employee, and behaviors of others. It is most likely to solve it is by monitoring the room (streaming webcam) using HP / SmartPhone, with the help of the PC, Modem, Network Internet, and Mobile devices themselves.Keywords: Mobile, Monitoring Room, Webcam, Performance Improvement.

Abstract

Each of Indonesian journalists must uphold the Code of Journalistic Ethics in carrying out any work in the field of journalism . However, this time not all Indonesian journalists make journalism ethics as a " crown " in the works . A reliable and professional journalists should have the following three criteria . First , master the skills of journalism . Second , control of field coverage. Third , understand and adhere to journalistic ethics .For that purpose made a post this time to find out what things are often a problem in the world of journalism ethics , so that could be a picture of good press and imaging and uphold the rules of the world press .The world press is also closely related to the world of communication and now it often becomes a problem due to a communication error is in disseminating information to the public , so the performance issues of the press in this case journalists interesting to do in-depth study on the ethics of their work to avoid errors chaos in the world of communication or communication that result in harm to others .The method used Relating to this study , the approach used in this study is using a qualitative approach using sychronization source of primary data and secondary data sources . Sources of primary data obtained through interviews to journalists as press personnel who perform journalistic tasks and conduct field observations , while secondary data sources which include regulations , code of conduct , official documents . books and reports the results of research in the form of secondary data material in this study .The results of this scientific journals can be proved with some interviews to journalists in Palangkaraya who admits that they can not work and understand 100 percent implementation of the code of journalistic ethics , particularly the clauses relating to the independence of the press to do the job .The conclusion in the press itself still needs some improvement in addition to providing training to journalists but also strengthen the structure and capabilities of the institution itself in the Indonesian press . Key Word : Obedience, Ethic Code, Journalism

Abstract

Based on empirical studies and theoretical studies that market orientation and strategic competitive advantage and a good marketing performance can be achieved by Industry Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) when they can meet-indigo value of each variable in an integrated manner. Therefore, the relationship of these variables influence is very interesting to do the assessment and tested empirically in the context of the Small Business Industry mengah (SMEs) in South Kalimantan Province.           The purpose of this study theoretically (long-term) is expected for the development of the science, especially in the field of marketing management related to market-oriented marketing strategies to achieve competitive advantage in order to improve the performance of SMEs Company marketing. While practical purposes (short-term) is the finding of this study is expected to provide information on the perpetrators indsustri small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as a basis for improving the quality of products and services through the process of market orientation. The method used in this study is a survey method, whereas this type of research is classified as explanatory research. Data analysis tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS)           The studies have shown that the market orientation positive significant effect on the competitive advantage Strategy and Performance pemesaran company. Competitive advantage strategy significantly positive effect on the performance of corporate marketing. Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the activity of parents in attempt to provide guidance to help students to learn responsible as a student at the school and to find out about the monitoring / supervision of student learning activities, both at home, at school, and in society.             The study population was all students and student MTs Negeri Banjarmasin Banjarmasin South 1, amounting to 148 people, which consists of 6 classes: VII D, VII E, VIIIA, VIIIB, IXA, IXB.            The efforts of parents in improving student discipline against such regulation is expected to increase discipline in bersosialisasikan children learn and be able to follow the learning process with a sense of security, calm, comfortable, so the learning process and result can run well and smoothly. Keywords: Effort, parents, students Discipline Regulation.

Abstract

Three objectives to be achieved, the first communication between the members to know the seller.Second to determine the communication between fellow shoppers, and the third to find out the communication between the various sellers with buyers. The experiment was conducted in April, May and June 2013 in the city of Banjarmasin. As a qualitative research, preliminary research was conducted to determine the characteristics of informants in various sellers tilapia and many buyers tilapia.The results showed that the first communication between the members of the seller is seeking the material, which consists of tilapia as a sideline business, a variety of businesses, specifically businesses. The location of the sale transaction market activity in farming locations, sold in the market and sold freely on the agreement. The second communication between fellow shoppers they give each other the location where the sales information tilapia and tilapia freely purchase, subscription, or in the form of foster father. The third communication between sellers with buyers both in the location of tilapia farming and market centers Banjarmasin Antasari conducted through face-to-face, via telephone, internet, messaging via SMS, or via private message. Communication link between sellers with buyers there is a change of pattern-free relationship, increase in subscription relationship. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motives and satisfaction withlistener loyalty programs humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . . The underlying motives for using media audiences and the satisfaction he felt after using these media will affect the loyalty to a media audience .According to Childers , et al . , ( 2001) in Christodoulides and Michaelidou ( 2010) , can be used as a basic motif that is useful in understanding the behavior of qkonsumensuch as satisfaction and loyalty . multiple linear regression analysis . results of the studyindicate that the motif of information and entertainment motifs are motifs listenerswhich has been able to be satisfied by the program humming dusk and information Banjarmasin Abdi Persada Fm Radio . While the motives of personal identity and personal relationships have not been satisfied . Directly proportional to the low condition of listener loyalty .
