Abstract

Dalam struktur pendidikan nasional, pesantren merupakan salah satu subsistem yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan. Hal ini tidak hanya karena historis kemunculannya yang relatif lama, tetapi juga karena pesantren telah secara aktif dan kontinu ikut andil dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan memberikan pencerahan terhadap masyarakat, sebagaimana pesanten An-Nâsyiin yang telah berumur setengah abad lebih, dari penyelengaraan pendidikan lembaga yang berada di bawah naungannya telah banyak memberikan kontribusi yang konkrit dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya dari model pengembangan kurikulum pendidikannya yang mengacu pada integrated curriculum, yaitu kurikulum kepesantrenan, Kemenag dan Kemendikbud yang ketiganya ini dipadu dan dikemas dalam intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler pesantren, sehingga dengan adanya integrasi kurikulum tersebut, peserta didik (santri) An-Nâsyiin memiliki prestasi pengetahuan dalam bidang akademik keagamaan, akademik umum, akademik emosional-spiritual dan keterampilan, yang mana keempat prestasi tersebut merupakan beberapa indikator dari tujuan pendidikan nasional

Abstract

Islam as a religion in the world that rahmatan lil 'alamin lowered to bring change to the community. One of the changes is through Islamic education. Islamic education from birth experienced various ups and downs of development, ranging from the golden age, a period of stagnation and development of the synchronization and integration of Islamic education with modern education. Social change in a Muslim society is usually indicated by the development of civilization in the Muslim community. So the conclusion can be drawn that the substance of social change is the emergence of a strong Muslim civilization

Abstract

The violence against children can occurred anywhere and anytime, and it was also as a human right violation against children which cannot be justified either in the perspective of Human Right and Islamic law. despite the fact that they are often overlooked. Therefore it needs a strategic step to handle it. The handling problem of violence victim children should be done together because violence is a crucial problem, it cannot be solved only by one stakeholder, it needs to divide the role and creates the clear mechanism and responsibility of all related sector, such as government, komnas HAM, KPAI, PPT, LSM, social organization, university, mass media, professional institution, law enforcement, politician, social leaders, and family, social and children environment. The most important thing is the whole commitment to fight save them. Because children is not only the heir and generation , but same time as the owner and manager of the future

Abstract

The system of free-market as a modern society system, in reality, does not fully prop prosperity up for society. This as if contradicts to Invisible Hand theory of Adam Smith becoming background of free-market system. In one hand, it cannot be denied that the free-market system has helped the achievement of economic growth rapidly. But, in another hand, that growth is not gathered with equalization so it causes the social imbalance and discrepancy. In fact, the benefit of free-market system is only taken by the investors, while the poor people must allow their power to be sold to the investors. Therefore, by the imbalance fact of free-market system, it is proper that the existence of free-market as an income distribution mechanism is questionable.  By that fact, Islamic economy offers an alternative solution due to inefficient free-market system in capitalism system. That solution is by giving government opportunity as regulator.This is urgent because by their authority, the imbalance of market mechanism can be minimized. Their actualization in the public is based on Tauhid, al-Adl, and Khilafah principle as the basic of economic interaction. In this case, the main act of government is related to the fulfillment of basic need and guarantee in achieving the spiritual values implementation in the social life

Abstract

Allah creates human consists of two substances, they are physical and spiritual substance. Physical substance is the physical appearance of human such as bone, skin, meat, hair, eyes, nail and many others parts of their body. While spiritual substance is disappear things such as mind, soul, desire, and  heart. Those are called as soul in the sufism.Nafs or is often considered as something that is always comes to the ugliness, immorality, and injustice. Nafs is also considered as the object  in every human mistakes, even nafs is also considered as partner of devil. But is it true? this article will discuss a bit of the nafs, kinds of nafs, the tendency of nafs and nafs purification phases that finally comes to a conclusion that nafs is essentially nature like a blank paper. The quality of nafs sometimes can be fluctuative depends on the behavior of the owner of nafs itself. If the nafs is often purified by mujahadah and riyadah, those nafs will come to the goodness, but it the nafs itself was never purified, then it will get low quality and come to immorality.

Abstract

Organization and organizing are the two things interconnected, if the organization is like a container, the organizing is an organism which makes it live in a dynamic organization. Organizing is the second step in the management of the organization after planning. Good planning will not run perfectly, without no one to run and move it, without cleared the job and who will do it. That is the essence of the organizing. Good organizing will be produces the right organization, from the work system, structure, resources, and other aspects. This study will discuss in depth the organization examined from the al-Qurân and H}adith perspective..This study used a concept-analytical methods combined with a thematic approach. The data were collected through the al-Qurân H}adith are so many mentioned the importance of organizing and structuring the organization it self known by organizing in management. The results of the study show: in the al-Qur'an, Allah has shown a very clear in setting of the human life, including the creation of all on earth and the sky. Even them a in substances in the organizing containing composing tasks and its distribution, structure formation and selection of the appropriate resources mentioned in the al-Qurân and H}adith. This is the al-Qur'an giving guidance to the people, especially the manager (leader) of an organization

Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism has made East Java province a national halal tourism development area. This is supported by the existence of various religious tourism objects, natural and artificial tourism objects, organizing annual cultural events and adequate infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to review the potential and formulate halal tourism development strategies in East Java. This study uses secondary data with qualitative methods and SWOT analysis techniques. Internal analysis shows the strengths and weaknesses as well as external analysis shows the opportunities and challenges of weakness in the development of halal tourism in East Java. Strength factors include the diversity of tourist destinations, infrastructure supporting tourist mobility, and the level of tourist visits. Weakness factors include promotion and branding, experts who are experts and means of supporting halal tourism. Opportunity factors include the support of government policies, the existence of supporting institutions, the international reputation of Indonesian halal tourism. Threat factors include economic stability, security stability and competition for the halal tourism industry. Based on the analysis of internal and external factors, the formulation of halal tourism development strategies in East Java include: a) S-O strategy: encouraging domestic and foreign investment in halal tourism development in East Java; b) W-O strategy: development of East Java halal tourism multiplatform information based on IoT; c) S-T strategy: build a halal pariwistaa halal in East Java entitled "Khazanah East Java"; d) W-T strategy: Establishment of a Special Economic Zone for Halal Tourism which is supported by the establishment of an institution of the Halal Tourism Management Authority of East Java Province Keywords: Halal Tourism, Opportunities, Challenges, East Java

Abstract

This paper discusses the inculcation of religious values ​​in the mass media, so that the news is preaching and can be an intermediary to build a society that is in accordance with the guidance of Islamic law. With qualitative analysis, the results of this paper are elaborated in the form of a translation based on existing literature and data based on the Theoantropocentric Theory. Media actors as a profession have taken shortcuts by referring to the principle of benefits prioritizing the principle of benefits in their coverage and reporting, which is at the same time paradoxical to the professional ethics they carry. Compounded by the lack of respect for the principle of presumption of innocence in the name of the public interest in obtaining information, will increasingly make mass media and media actors as dominant individuals in reconstructing and manipulating social reality.

Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of prospective preachers is an effort made by the Islamic boarding school Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen to describe the direct experience of students who have passed the learning activities in the pesantren. The activity aims to optimize the abilities of the students before they become part of the community. This paper also explains about some of the things experienced by the students as prospective preachers while in the midst of society. This research results in a finding that the process of strengthening the capacity of prospective preachers is very closely related to the understanding of prospective preachers on their interpersonal competence, intercultural adaptability and good self-management. Of course, without denying the strong faith and maturity of religious knowledge that is owned as the most basic provision in every missionary activity.
