Abstract

This service utilizes the steps of the Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) in maximizing the search for website addresses to accelerate recognition and marketing. The output target is the optimization of the Tunas Bangsa website through SEO which includes the ease of finding website addresses for visitors on search engines. The use of automated search engines can lower promotional costs than using traditional and conventional media such as newspapers, radio broadcasts, television, and so on. Website addresses that are used as promotional tools and digital introductions by the Tunas Melati Community Learning Activity Center must be designed properly and correctly, so that they can be an appropriate and optimal promotional tool. This step is followed by website optimization so that it is detected and indexed at the top on search engines like Google. The method used is in the form of steps and the use of SEO plugins on a wordpress-based website. The result of this activity is an optimal website indexing by search engines.

Abstract

The people in Kadibeso Hamlet, Argodadi Village, Sedayu, Bantul, have never received socialization and training on making instant herbal medicine. The methods used in conducting the socialization and workshop on making instant herbal medicine to the people of Dusun Kadibeso: counseling on "Utilizing TOGA" and a demonstration on how to make a "contemporary" drink from turmeric juice (Curcuma longa Linn) mixed with milk, as well as making instant ginger (Zingiber officinale). The results of interviews and distribution of questionnaires after the socialization and workshop on making herbal medicine “Curmilk”, all participants understood the material given with a 100% understanding percentage. Traditional herbal medicine in liquid form has the disadvantage that it is not durable, because it is easily overgrown by bacteria and fungi. So, the innovation of making instant ginger powder “provides a solution”, so that herbal preparations can be stored longer and can become a commodity for traditional medicinal products. Jamu which is packaged in the form of today's products is an opportunity to elevate traditional Indonesian medicines into superior products that are beneficial to health.

Abstract

Barru Membaca is a community library that provides community library services in Barru Regency. As the number of library collections and members increases, two fundamental problems are encountered, namely the difficulty of managing library collections due to the non-existent classification system and the difficulty of managing members who carry out library transactions. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide skills for partners to use the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) library classification system and integrate it with information technology using the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) software. This activity contains material on the DDC system and the practice of using SLiMS. The output of this activity is the implementation of training on the use of Electronic-Dewey Decimal Classification (E-DDC), which two lecturers facilitate from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, as implementers and assist my students as assistants. There were ten participants, consisting of the Barru Membaca manager and the local community. As a result of this activity, participants understood the DDC concept as a library material classification system and were able to apply SliMS software in managing library collections.

Abstract

Young entrepreneurs are now seen as having the potential to become the backbone or support for the country's economy. The problems of young entrepreneurs are still closely related to the difficulty of marketing. One of the factors that causes the distribution of goods to be less widespread is because young entrepreneurs have not done online marketing. Empowerment of young entrepreneurs is believed to be able to provide more benefits to businesses. But how business actors can make it part of a strategy that supports businesses in their respective core activities and supply chains is still an obstacle. The solution offered in this service program is to provide training and assistance that focuses on improving the ability of young entrepreneurs in the field of marketing communication through the website. For this reason, several sub-discussions will lead to promotion through the website, improving product quality through innovation and the use of technology. This program is carried out with the aim of encouraging and increasing the productivity of the young entrepreneurial community in Prumpung, East Jakarta so that they have both hard skills and soft skills so that they are able to be economically and socially independent.

Abstract

Empowerment is one of the strategies used in community development at this time. it can increase knowledge and power to reach a state of empowerment. one of the funding source empowerment programs comes from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Jati B Generation Main Unit sees that there are vulnerable groups that have the potential to be developed in their business management, these groups are the disabled community "Sadifa" Jepara. The approach used is by using a 4-pillar model, namely the community as a supporting system and community activities, MSME Center, a forum for communication and cooperation, and the development of environmentally friendly products. This empowerment program aims to strengthen the economy of the disabled community through various activities such as making herbal drinks, various types of soap, hand sanitizer, convection business, basic food business, and so on. In addition, the activities carried out include various types of training to strengthen MSMEs, providing equipment assistance, opportunities to develop networks by means of mass media publications as well as initiatives for sustainable and environmentally friendly economic activities.
