There are three types of disease that generally affects the population Probolinggo district include Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), diarrhea and tuberculosis, diseases that often lead to extraordinary events in Indonesia. All three of these diseases can spread rapidly and cause death within a short time. Prediction of the occurrence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), diarrhea and tuberculosis in Probolinggo need to be made in the form of web-based GIS program. This system helps the government and the public to know the number of patients, in an area, such as an image display data in map form. The research method used is the method of data collection consisted of interviews, observation, and literature. While the development of the system used on the Web GIS uses waterfall method. The design of the map is displayed using the Google Maps API, software used in building this cycle is PHP. Results of this information media creation is "Mapping the Distribution of Disease in Probolinggo regency with the Google API" that can provide information to the community and the government to obtain information about the distribution of disease in Probolinggo through the Internet. As well as easy to use and can be accessed anywhere and anytime as long as there is internet network.

STEEL GT is a manufacturing company in Denpasar Bali. In August 2006 set up a branch in Jember and become a central plant that produces goods Kitchen Facility. Initial problems that arise in business company that is not doing promotion GT. STEEL online so that customers of this company only certain people are already known, or through friends of people who are already known. Besides recording and ordering data necessary control less effective and efficient, because the data is not centralized and done manually. Therefore GT STEEL need a system that can help resolve the problem. Classification method is a method that is widely used for the completion of the diagnosis of disease, particularly in humans. One type of disease that is dangerous is potentially emerging nosocomial infection in patients postoperatively. Approach classification method based upon the similarity of character data, there is also a reference to the emergence of statistical data. Some methods of classification needs to be tested in order to obtain the appropriate reference method for this case. The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of three methods of classification that Case Based Reasoning method (CBR), Neirest Neighbor-5 (NN-5) and Naïve Bayes for diagnosis of nosocomial infection. Test results showed that the method of CBR and NN-5 has a very good degree of accuracy than Naïve Bayes, Naïve Bayes but has a faster processing time.

Technology web services (Web Service) published to overcome the problems interoperabillitas between applications is a major obstacle in the process of data integration. This technology is a distributed computing technology that is widely used because of its simplicity and flexibility than previous technologies. There are three methods of data exchange which has been standardized in this technology, one of which is a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) is a protocol for the exchange of information with a remote procedure call mechanism through HTTP protocol in the form of XML. These methods has been widely applied in many cases but still have not measured the performance of this method, especially in the execution of data. In this study, the method of exchan ge of SOAP tested its performance in a distributed environment with different server platforms. Performance measurement results show the method has the SOAP protocol that is easy to understand by the client for the service descriptions using the standard WSDL (web services description language), while a web server that has the best performance in executing SOAP is a web server NGINX

Smartphones and tablets at this time became a popular gadgets and much liked by the community. Two of these gadgets have a wide range of brands and specifications. Many people who choose and buy two of these gadgets from the gadget specification and not a few of them who do not understand about the specifications owned two of these gadgets. Recommendation system is a system that can allow shoppers to assist in selecting a gadget based on the specifications of the gadgets owned. This system also can help buyers who do not understand about the gadget specification for the system made using the model Tahani Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Logic is a method that mimics human thinking by using the concept of vagueness nature of a value, so with the method of this system is expected to facilitate and can well understood by the buyer. This recommendation is made in the system in M - Commerce websites in order to facilitate buyers to access the system anywhere, anytime.

In today's technological era in the development of all areas with extremely rapid technological base. Various inventions and technological developments have made a lot of changes for a wide range of growing order of life in the community. This helps facilitate human progress in completing the work that had been considered difficult and almost impossible to do. One of them is the field control with the discovery of the microcontroller as a tool automatic control. Through this thesis the author will use the microcontroller ATMega32L as one of the few products to control the light output ATMEL home via SMS with the method on / off controller. The author uses the C programming language as programming for microcontroller ATMega32L. Control lights via sms is designed to turn on and turn off the lights with command via SMS. From the test results as a whole it can be concluded that the system can work well, it is seen from the results of testing that includes testing process.

Posyandu includes recording a baby's development and do still use the manuals that guide maternal and child health (KIA handbook) in general. Implementation and use of books Maternal and Child Health (KIA handbook) is only a small part of information obtained for both health care workers and users. This problem is the recording of the baby's condition is not good and is not documented. So the solution is carried out in activity is to design and create a Computer Application Monitoring Maternal and Child Health is devoted to data processing for KIA. Several stages in the implementation is (1) Analysis and Identification System, (2) Literature, (3) Program Design (4) Implementation/Programming, (5) Preparation Module, and (5) Evaluation and reporting. In the final stage of this activity is to operate a computer training program KIA, with modules that have been provided. However, due to the limited capabilities of each cadre Posyandu, it still requires continual assistance

Network security is an aspect that is always enhanced by the network administrator, the efforts both by optimizing hardware or software. Snort is a detection sensor against abuse on the network, this system functioned as a snort NIDS (Network intrusion Detection System), which works to detect any attempted intrusion (intrusions). The detection is done based on the rule that has been described by the administrator in the directory rule contained in the configuration file. Snort will analyze every packet and can record every activity performed on a network and report them if there is a potential intrusion on the network. Merging snort with SMS gateway can make the system more responsive to the potential for abuse, the log of alerts will be forwarded to the admin via SMS media, so that administrators can determine the condition of the managed network.

Human beings are creatures intact holistic or combination of elements of biological, psychological, social and spiritual. As biological beings, humans are composed of organ systems that are used to maintain life. As psychological beings, humans have personality structure, behavior as a manifestation of mental and thinking skills and intelligence. Personality is any pattern of behavior and human nature which is unique both hereditary emerged as a response and how adaptation to any kind of stimulation that comes from the environment or from within yourself. The uniqueness depending on the type of personality. We humans do not fully know what and how our personality characteristics. The problem that arises is that we as humans do not fully know what and how the characteristics of our personality. We as a unique individual, which means that human beings are different from one another and are not exactly the type of personality, that's why we need to know our personalities. The next problem that arises is the media to find out what and how our personalities are very difficult and rare to be found, unless we come to a psychologist to conduct a series of psychological tests to determine the process of our personality. Therefore, based on the above problems can be made an application to determine the type of personality that is an expert system-based human personality tests android.

Geographic information system flood prone areas Jember district is a system that can provide information on flood-prone areas in each district where the vulnerable areas are obtained based on the calculation of fuzzy Tsukamoto accordance with the provisions that have been determined, in addition to providing information prone areas can also provide information the health facilities and the events that preceded the flood. This system is implemented in the form of digital map information with the aim to further facilitate the delivery of information. The data used was obtained from BPBDs (Regional Disaster Management Agency) and BPEKAP (District Development Planning Agency) Jember are then processed into a system suitable and appropriate. At the end result of this system will display information about flood-prone areas, health facilities, as well as data that precedes the events that are implemented in the form of digital maps for easier delivery.
