Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) is one of state polytechnic long-established in Indonesia. To date PNJ has seven courses and Information Engineering and Computer is the newest course. Hence the newly established, this course needed competent lecturers so that quality of the course can increase rapidly. To help and accelerate lecturer selection committee in assessing lecturers, then made a decision support system using simple additive weighting (SAW) method and for development system process using waterfall method. From the result of testing, system was be able to give recommendation lecturers selected by using SAW method that was displayed in a ranking table.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jember merupakan kabupaten agraris dengan mata pencaharian utama dari pertanian agroindustri yang mencakup industri pengolahan hasil pertanian tanaman pangan. Komoditas tanaman pangan tertinggi di Kabupaten Jember adalah padi. Padi adalah komoditi penting yang merupakan makanan pokok sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Sampai saat ini ketergantungan pangan padi masih sangat besar. Dari total kalori yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, hampir 60% dicukupi oleh beras. Meski komoditas tanaman pangan tertinggi di Kabupaten Jember adalah padi, tetapi masyarakat masih saja membutuhkan beras bulog sekitar 43.000 ton/tahun. Hal ini semakin tidak menguntungkan petani, maupun Negara Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya peningkatan produktivitas tanaman pangan dengan pengoptimalan penggunaan lahan pertanian yang tersedia. Pengoptimalan lahan yang dimaksud adalah dengan pemilihan lahan terbaik yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman pangan. Pemilihan lahan terbaik tersebut dinilai berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan antara lain curah hujan, suhu, ketinggian tanah, dan ph tanah. Keberadaan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam bidang pertanian dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian untuk membuat keputusan melalui perencanaan yang baik dan tepat dalam memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan untuk pencapaian sasaran dan hasil yang diharapkan yaitu meningkatnya produktivitas tanaman pangan.

Abstract

The problem of nutrition is still a public health problem in Indonesia. Malnutrition has not been resolved, the prevalence of overweight and obesity has begun to increase, especially in the middle and upper socioeconomic groups in urban areas. This is particularly troubling because it threatens the quality of Human Resources (HR) is indispensable in the future (Depkes RI, 2007). Changes in diet and physical activity resulted in the increasing number of people experiencing nutritional problems, such as overweight/obesity and malnutrition. Diet as the main factor nutritional problems, basically can be overcome by regulating the intake of good nutrition for consumption. But unfortunately, not many people know the setting of a good and proper diet. The Nutrition Plan was created as an expert system in determining balanced nutrition for adults based on body mass index and daily diet using forward chaining inference. This system will recommend what foods are suitable for every adult in accordance with the needs of calories per day in the hope of prevalence rates for the Indonesian people suffering from malnutrition and overweight can be reduced significantly. In addition to facilitating the public, especially normal adults to know the nutritional information in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Turbid warter is one of the characteristics of unclean water and unhealthy. Importance of water clarity to humans at this time then designed a device that could measure water quality using a LDR sensor, where the sensor can detect light from a diode light levels. LED penetrating the water, it will be detected water quality. Microcontroller in the system that became controlleris arduino uno. Out of this toolis the percentage rate that water quality will be displayed on the LCD. Testing water quality measuring instrument is using nefelometric. System testing is done by detecting changes in the level of water quality in five sampel of bottled water, drinking water processed two and three wastewater. The results are not clear, the higher the level of water or less clear water, the sensor output voltage is also higher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengklasifikasikan lagu daerah di Indonesia berdasarkan daerahnya. Pengklasifikasian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengetahui dan memetakan lagu-lagu daerah di Indonesia sehingga bangsa Indonesiadapat mengenali budayanya sendiri. Jumlah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 lagu dari berbagai daerah. Lagu daerah akan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan daerahnya. penelitian ini akan mengujimetodeekstraksi fitur term frequency – inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) dan snaïvebayessebagai metode klasifikasinya. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode ekstraksi TF-IDF dan klasifikasi dengan naïve bayes dapat digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi lirik lagu daerah berdasarkan daerah lagunya dengan akurasi sebesar 73,4% pada set Indonesia Barat dan Indonesia Timur.

Abstract

Barang Jasa is an application that used for Divisi Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa. Barang Jasa serves to record every purchase of goods and services used to meet the needs of both fleet and crew in the long term. Barang Jasa also serves to make the Nota Dinas to be processed by Divisi Keuangan on the purchase of goods and services that have been performed. This application was created by using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), which is a Microsoft technology to create desktop applications. This application was made using the method protoyping development,C# as a programming language, WPF as a interface design technology, and SQL Server 2012 as the database. WPF can present the appearance that can be tailored to user needs. This study discusses the interface, backend applications, and database design. After testing the flexibility of the interface on the screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 720, proves that WPF can adjust the screen resolution being tested. The test results showed that the backend of Barang Jasa application are functioning properly, the test is done using sql query by entering the required parameters, for example username and password to log in and match the query returns results with what is displayed by the application.

During this time the complaint management at PT. X is still less than optimal, this is due to the technical area and the development of Internet network services Pay TV PT. X very broad, covering all areas of the city of Surabaya and Sidoarjo. In addition, the submission of a complaint by the customer served through telephone communication with customer service section (CS). Weaknesses in the delivery of this complaint, sometimes difficult connected telephone communication on the part of CS for busy communications, where if in some time not connected communication with CS branch in Surabaya, the direct telephone communication automatically connected to the PT. X central Jakarta. It is often a misconception for Surabaya branch some managerial Jakarta Centre to handle complaints about bad customer. There is also to convey customer complaints directly with the coming into office of PT. X Surabaya. Nature of complaints submitted by customers varied, and from the technical side of the settlement sometimes complains that no once can directly, this is because usually there are technical problems that require analysis and long turnaround time. In addition, weaknesses in the management of the current complaint are the inability to handle the complaint in accordance urgency priority level. By building a Decision Support System Using Web Based Complaint Management SMARTER method, so as to accommodate the customer complaints effectively, and to provide decision support priorities in settling the complaint in accordance with the level of difficulty and areas of disturbance disorders, as well as the creation of a report that is capable of handling complaints clicking history of early receipt of customer complaint to completion. This is one of them functioned to support the development of the policy-making process-development of product technology features PT. X Surabaya.

Abstract

Bananas are one of the largest fruit commodities produced by farmland Lumajang compared with other fruit commodities. The amount of the production of bananas produced by Lumajang need to do a better collection of any amount of bananas each districts. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or information systems development based spatial is information system capable of providing spatial information (spatial reference) in which the information generated can be viewed along with the map pointer location. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Data Collection Banana Production in Lumajang used to assist in the collection of existing banana production earlier can also help related agencies namely the Department of Agriculture Lumajang in providing spatial reference information, especially the production of bananas. Data Collection Banana Production in Lumajang with this system can display information such as the amount of production per type of bananas produced by each of the districts in Lumajang and graph the results of banana production to inform the development of the production of bananas per year.

Abstract

Determination of the academic calendar is a very important process in an educational institution. Because with the academic calendar and schedule of activities will be organized and on time and on target. Academic calendar can also be used as a plan for future educational activities. On the Tools COBIT 4.1 or Control objectives for Information and related Technology there are several domains related to support the creation of Business Goal (BG) improving the efficiency of the academic activities of the students are PO8 and PO10. In this study conducted a measurement or measure the maturity of a prose IT support business processes for alignment between BG Process Efficiency and IT Activity Goal Submission of draft and Quality Standards and expense budget. After the measurement of maturity (Maturity) before and after the SPO added IT to support business processes and are also into the two domains COBIT as guidelines. The results of the comparison measure for domain PO8 maturity and PO10 significant increase of maturity is up 1 level so that the use of IT to support SOP Business Process indeed very important role.
