Abstract

There are many of food processing of raw materials are still using a separate tools of coconut grater and squeezer, which causes a long production process. Basically the grater machines on the market only can be used to scrape away the coconut meat. While the tool for extracting the coconut milk is still using coconut sieve and squeezed by hand. The Research initiated with a survey into traditional markets and entrepreneurs of coconut grater services around Semarang. The survey aimed to identify the tools used in the market and the needs of potential users. The survey obtained data of customer’s need that will be used as a reference for developing the concept of making tools. Anthropometric data needed to design the dimensions of the tool, with the purpose of the tool made will be ergonomics and comfortable to be used by the operator. Grater and Squeezer of Coconut Milk Tool which designed has dimensions of 105 cm height and 74 cm width. It has parts: the framework, grater, bleeder screw, motor, gear box, water container, and a pulley / wheel.

Abstract

Cilacap Regency is one of region whose good potential in process of waterpark cultivation. The resource potential of fresh water cultivation and brackish water and is distribution is almost in CilacapRegency, and it still has potential to develop. This research discussed the application of simplex method on the productivity of fresh water cultivation and brackish water in Cilacap Regency. The optimal solution from simplex method was tested its change of reliability with sensitivity analysis. The maximum productivity of fresh water and brackish water in 2014 till 2016 was 28.784,4494 tons.

Abstract

Bolting machine is a machine which is designed to conduct the making process of outside thread without rotating the handlebar of workpiece using hand manually, Therefore, the machine can help the processing in some industries which do not have qualified operators. The purpose of the designing and calculating of machine elements on senai machineis to create a design and make it in real product that can create outside thread with the maximum size of M11, to calculate parts of machine elements, i.e. axis diameter and sprocket chain and to create the real machine product. The designing method used follows these steps, i.e. problem identification, initial idea, improvement of the idea, analysis of design, decision making, and implementation. The result of the evaluation on concept design was the cutter holder on the chuck variable and themover shaft handle. The result of machine elements calculation showed that the electric motor power was 40 watt, shaft diameter was 25 mm with inside diameter of 16 mm, the bearing used was 6205 Ball Bearing, and the thread capacity was M11 metric thread.

Abstract

Information about UMKM is very much needed by the Cooperative Office of UMKM in determining the direction of MSME development. Accurate data will have the right impact in determining development programs and services for SMEs. The problem that often occurs in managing UMKM data and Consultation is that management is still done  manually using a book, so the risk for data loss, double data, and data retrieval are difficult when data is needed quickly. So based on these problems it is necessary to have an Information System to manage MSME data. The method used is the waterfall software development method. The results of this study are systems that can facilitate datamanagement, speed up the data search process, classify according to criteria so that it can be used as a reference in the development and service of MSMEs and assist cooperative service consultants in the business consultation process.

Abstract

Small and medium businesses are very rapidly growing in Indonesia. One of the activities in the small and medium business is the marketing process. The entrepreneurs tend to focus on production activities but for marketing strategies are not developed so that the market share is still local market. The problems that occur in marketing small and medium business products are little knowledge about marketing strategies, marketing targets and willingness to develop from the entrepreneurs themselves.Marketplace systems are built to increase market expansion so that it can help entrepreneurs to do marketing. The marketplace system is built based on the web, both entrepreneurs and buyers can communicate through the web marketplace. The results of this study are that the system can reach broader marketing with small and medium business marketplaces and more targeted.

Abstract

General elections or elections are one part of the democratic system to elect  representatives in the people's representative institutions. The Indonesian nation on April 17, 2019 will implement a mechanism for the succession of elections to determine the president for the period 20192023. This paper discusses the decision making to elect the 2019 RI presidential candidate. The author uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and is assisted by super decision software to see the consistency values of each comparison table. This method is expected to be able to help all parties, especially the millennial generation in Indonesia, to find out what factors are taken into consideration in choosing RI 2019 presidential and vice presidential candidates. The object of the research is the Cilacap State Polytechnic student of the Informatics Engineering Department in 2018. that the main factor in choosing the president and vice president is  popularization and the Jokowi-Ma'ruf pair is a pair chosen by millennials because they are populist.

Abstract

Nowdays, Alumunium is widely used and utilized in industrial activities because of light properties and having well mechanical strengths. The use of alumunium does not only limit on the use of new alumunium, but also the used one. The main purpose of this research, i.e., (1) testing of physical and mechanical properties of Al-Zn7 from the fussion of Crucible furnace; (2) analyzing crucible furnace of the Al-Zn7 fussion by comparing to the result of the first and second fussion. The method of this research was experimental research with the average value of each the first casting was 49,2 HRB and the second one was 50,3 HRB. Based on the test result showed that the quality of crucible furnace was good because it did not experience the significant changes.

Abstract

Violence is one of the characteristics needed by the ball mill. To get this trait up to now is still done by trial and error so it is very ineffective. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the parameters that affect the hardness of the ball mill and the optimal level. There are three parameters that are thought to affect ball mill hardness, namely the temperature of raw material (Tm), the initial temperature of the quenching process (Tq) and the final temperature of the quenching process (Tt).
