<![CDATA[Sistem komputer interaktif untuk dipakai oleh useruntuk mendukung pekerjannya. User merupakan object yang penting didalam pengembangan dan pembangun sistem. User adalah personal-personal yang terlibat langsung dalam pemakaian aplikasi. Konsep dari UCD adalah user sebagai pusat dari proses pengembangan sistem, dan tujuan/sifat-sifat, konteks dan lingkungan sistem semua didasarkan dari pengalaman pengguna Pembangunan sistem skoring test TOEFL paper based test (PBT) di UPT bahasa politeknik negeri cilacapmenggunakan metode UCD. Dengan menggunakan metode UCD sistem dapat  mempermudah dan mempercepat pendaftaran oleh calon pendaftar dengan tampilan antarmuka yang user friendly , mempermudah proses pengelolaan data dan rekap data pendaftar, mempermudah pengkonversian skor TOEFL yang dilakukan secara otomatis, serta meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan, duplikasi data dan duplikasi kegiatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemilihan pemimpin perusahaan harus dilakukan dengan sangat selektif sehingga dapat memperoleh seorang pemimpin atau direktur yang dapat memimpin dengan baik institusi tersebut dan dapat memberikan kebijakan strategis. Proses yang ada dalam pemilihan direktur di Politeknik Negeri Cilacap yaitu anggota senat akan memberikan suara untuk memilih direktur sesuai dengan pengamatan anggota senat. Masing-masing anggota senat akan memilih calon direktur yang dianggap layak untuk menjadi direktur tanpa memperhitungkan kriteri masing-masing calon direktur dan bisa terjadi anggota senat akan menilai dari satu kriteria tanpa memperhitungkan kriteria yang lain. Penilaian terhadap semua kriteria perlu dilakukan agar memperoleh direktur yang terbaik untuk institusi. Proses seleksi akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi pendukung keputusan yang mampu memberikan hasil skor yang diperoleh masing-masing calon sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi senat untuk memberikan hak suaranya serta metode AHP.]]>

<![CDATA[One of information system management that can ease and support information and decision making that needed by medium and upper level management is to provide the easy of acces towards information within or outside that relates with the organization’s goal. This study was conducted in the higher education that has organization structure includes lower, medium and upper level management. The method that used was software delevoping method, i.e. waterfall. The result of this study is this information system can be used to support data menagement of quality assurance for support benchmarking of the higher education, obtain information of the higher education activities that agree with target or visi and mission, and also compare the progress of each unit in the higher education. Therefore, from the exsist studies, it can be easy for the executive boards to make policy and decision for running the higher education.]]>

<![CDATA[Small and medium businesses are very rapidly growing in Indonesia. One of the activities in the small and medium business is the marketing process. The entrepreneurs tend to focus on production activities but for marketing strategies are not developed so that the market share is still local market. The problems that occur in marketing small and medium business products are little knowledge about marketing strategies, marketing targets and willingness to develop from the entrepreneurs themselves.Marketplace systems are built to increase market expansion so that it can help entrepreneurs to do marketing. The marketplace system is built based on the web, both entrepreneurs and buyers can communicate through the web marketplace. The results of this study are that the system can reach broader marketing with small and medium business marketplaces and more targeted.]]>

<![CDATA[The confession of professionalism can be stated in the form of sertificate awarding to lecturer bycompetent institutions. The best effort that needed for comitting certified lecturer until it is tried to be able to increase the quality of state polytechnic of Cilacap because of lecturer is the most important component to determine learning activity process. The lack of preparation will cause the lecturer who recommended on certified lecturer can not pass well. The simulation of intern score calculation of certified lecturer will be conducted by institution through committee of certified lecturer. This research focuses on the simulation of intern score calculation of certified lecturer which recommended. The method that used was software development method, i.e., prototyping. The finding of this research is this system can help to simulate the data of score evaluation. The committee of certified lecturer will be easy to make decision in committing certified lecturer and the calculation of automatic simulation score will decrease errors in calculating total score of certified lecturer.]]>

<![CDATA[The Presidential Election is one of the key elements in democracy which is regulated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). General elections (elections) in Indonesia are held every five years, and the people have the right to vote to elect a presidential candidate who they consider worthy of leading the country during the next term of office. The Presidential election process involves various stages, including nomination by political parties or individuals, political campaigns, debates between candidates, and the voting or election stage. The presidential election (presidential election) is held simultaneously with the legislative election. It is important to note that elections are the foundation for democratic governance, ensuring the active participation of the people in determining the direction and leadership of the country. The Presidential Election in Indonesia is a manifestation of the implementation of democratic principles in the country's political system. The AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method are methods that can be used in making decisions. A method developed by mathematician Thomas L. Saaty to help solve very complex problems by breaking down various decisions into several smaller criteria. The AHP and ANP methods can overcome assessments based on subjective viewpoints and personal preferences, and transform them into weights with consistent and rational values. Super Decisions is a tool developed specifically to support AHP and ANP calculation applications. Super Decisions provides useful tools in analyzing and processing comparison tables, performing consistency calculations, and assisting in AHP and ANP based decision making.]]>

The proposed solution is the establishment of a village coordination unit for business and marketing integration, as well as digital literacy training for artisans. <![CDATA[Activities in the library The process of finding references will be difficult for users and with the Covid-19 pandemic condition, work from home is enforced, this will also have an impact on administration and services in the library. Development of a digitalization system and library administration in improving the services of the PNC library using the software development method of the system development life cycle and the system built on a web-based basis. The design uses the UML concept, system testing using the blackbox testing method, boundary value analysis, and system evaluation with the concept of end-user computing satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to build a library digitalization system and library automation that can assist the administrative process and service to users. The result of the research is a digitalization system that can provide information, namely references in the form of final project books and industrial internships in web-based libraries and independent circulation systems in libraries that will support library services more effectively and efficiently.]]>

<![CDATA[Information systems can assist hospital management in improving services at a hospital. The software development method used in making hospital management applications is using the waterfall method which one of the stages is testing. The problem in system development is that the testing process is not optimal and focuses more on system development so that errors can be found at the implementation stage. System testing is a permit for an error in the system being developed. The aim of the research is to check the design details, use the program design control structure procedurally and run the program to find errors. The method applied to carry out the testing phase in the hospital management system is the Whitebox method using the cyclomatic complexity and graph matrix approaches. Testing will be carried out on the process of managing inpatient data in the application. The results of the research from testing the hospital management system using the cyclomatic complexity approach are that it can provide information on the minimum number of tests and ensure that all program structure paths are used at least once. In addition, the results of the graph matrix test are the probability side that will be carried out.]]>
