Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology today is having an impact on various aspects of life. One of these aspects is transportation. Tech-based startups have emerged and are competing fiercely through various means, such as offering promotions or providing the best services for both users and drivers. The emergence of online motorbike taxi applications (ojol) has provided drivers with many options but has also created a problem: choosing the best application to use. Ojol applications have their pros and cons, such as differences in daily earnings, the number of or-ders, application commissions, bonuses, and driver satisfaction. Furthermore, conditions on the ground are dynamic, and these factors can change at any time depending on the region, time, and company policies. Given these challenges, drivers need a decision support system (DSS) to help them choose the best motorbike taxi applications for optimal decision-making so they can make optimal decisions. The research involved 30 drivers (respondents). It was conducted using a quan-titative method with a DSS approach that combined the AHP and MOORA methods. The AHP method was used to determine the weights of the criteria based on their level of importance. The MOORA method was applied to rank the alternatives. The results of the study, which used the AHP-MOORA hybrid method, show that Gojek ranks first among the recommended motorbike taxi applications that drivers can choose from, with the highest Yi value of 0.434975.. It is hoped that based on existing mathematical analysis, drivers can determine the best and most optimal de-cisions from several alternative motorbike taxi applications.

Abstract

Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems operating continuously for 24 hours generate large volumes of video data, requiring storage media that provide stable performance and high reliabil-ity under continuous workloads. Although dedicated CCTV hard disk drives (HDDs) are widely deployed in surveillance systems, studies that directly compare their performance with standard Personal Computer (PC) HDDs in Internet Protocol (IP) Camera-based surveillance environments remain limited. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of these two storage media using the Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize (PPDIOO) methodology. The experimental setup consisted of 10 Hikvision IP cameras with 1080p resolution connected to a Network Video Recorder (NVR). Performance evaluation was conducted based on sequential write speed, recording stability, frame drops, operating temperature, and storage capacity utilization. Testing was performed using CrystalDiskMark, iVMS-4200, Hik-Connect, and Hard Disk Senti-nel. The results demonstrate that the dedicated CCTV HDD provides more stable performance than the standard PC HDD. The CCTV HDD achieved a sequential write speed of 206.67–207.00 MB/s, while the PC HDD reached 205.10–205.85 MB/s. During continuous recording, the CCTV HDD ex-perienced only one dropped frame, whereas the PC HDD recorded approximately four to six dropped frames. In addition, the CCTV HDD maintained a more stable operating temperature throughout the 24-hour recording period. Storage capacity analysis indicated that a surveillance system with 10 cameras operating at a bitrate of 4 Mbps requires approximately 422 GB of stor-age per day or 11.6 TB for one month. The main contribution of this study is a comprehensive per-formance evaluation of dedicated CCTV storage compared with conventional PC HDDs, providing practical recommendations for selecting reliable storage media in IP Camera-based surveillance systems.

Abstract

In the digital era, the fingerprint-based attendance system used by University of Bumigora where considered ineffective and inefficient due to hygiene issues, physical vulnerability, the risk of for-gery, and slow processing speed during peak hours. In addition, as the digital attendance system develops, new challenges arise in the form of biometric data manipulation through presentation attacks (photos/videos/masks) and location manipulation using fake GPS applications. This dual vulnerability is a critical issue that can damage data integrity and the governance of educational institutions. To address these issues, this study proposes the design and development of a Smart Campus attendance system that integrates two anti-fraud security mechanisms, namely Face Recognition liveness  detection and Anti-Fake GPS Geofencing. Liveness Detection technology functions to detect real-life signs to distinguish real faces from fake representations, while An-ti-Fake GPS validates the signal consistency and physicality of users within a predetermined campus geographic radius (geofence). This system was developed using Agile methods to ensure adaptive and structured development. From a technological perspective, this system integrates the Vue JS framework in the user interface (UI) due to its robust performance, and the Laravel frame-work in the backend due to its advantages in Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, security, and high scalability. Through this approach, the study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a lay-ered anti-fraud mechanism in preventing fraud and measure improvements in administrative effi-ciency compared to conventional fingerprint systems.

Abstract

The learning process of Pancasila Education in elementary schools requires learning media that can improve students’ engagement and learning interest. This study aims to develop an An-droid-based learning media application for first-grade elementary school Pancasila Education as an interactive learning medium. The development method used in this study is Multimedia Devel-opment Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, test-ing, and distribution stages. The developed application provides learning materials, interactive drag-and-drop quizzes, and multiple-choice tests. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all application features function properly. In addition, usability testing involved 18 students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument and obtained an average score of 79,17, which is included in the "Acceptable" category with a "Good" adjective rating. The results indicate that the application is easy to use, attractive, and helpful in supporting students’ learning process. Therefore, the developed application can be used as an interactive learning me-dium for Pancasila Education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital checklist-based operational activity monitoring information system at the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG). The problem faced is that the monitoring process is still conducted manually using paper-based forms, resulting in unstructured records, difficulty in retrieving historical data, and time-consuming manual reporting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with the system development method using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The research stages include problem identification, data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies, system design, development, and system implementation. The results of this study are a web-based monitoring information system comprising 43 checklist items across three inspection categories (personal protective equipment, kitchen hygiene, and food ingredient preparation), six main modules, and eight user roles managed through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Compared to the previous condition, this system transforms the recording process from manual paper-based to digital, changes data storage from previously difficult-to-retrieve records to automatically documented data, and replaces the manu-al reporting process with automated PDF report generation. Functional testing using the black-box testing method across 8 test scenarios yielded a 100% success rate, confirming that all modules operate in accordance with the designed specifications.
