<![CDATA[This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Income Level Interpreter Mataram City Centre". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parking rates and volumes partially parked on the income of parking attendants in Mataram. And to determine the effect of parking rates and parking volume predominantly to earnings parking attendants in Mataram. The method used in this study is a sample survey method is a study of a portion of the parking attendants population in Sub Cakranegara Mataram. In this study the number of parking attendants who researched many as 25 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis partially on variable parking rates indicate that the test is smaller than t-table, this means parking rates partially no effect on incomeMataram. Meanwhile City parking attendants parking volume variable indicates that the t-count is greater than t tables, this means the partial volume effect on the parking revenues parking attendants Mataram. From both of these variables indicate that the value of the variable parking volume greater than the value of the variable parking rates, this means that the variable volume parking most dominant influence on the income of parking attendants in Mataram. While the simultaneous regression analysis results indicate that the F-count is greater than the F-table means variable parking rates and variable volume parking simultaneous and significant effect on the income of parking attendants in Mataram]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to make spiritual-religious ethics as a basis of professional accountants. This study uses a spiritualist paradigm (spiritual paradigm) and the design of this study spiritualist (spiritualist research design). Through the method of prayer, tafakkur, and dhikr, researchers gain inspiration consciousness Tawheed as the research methodology. The data used is secondary data obtained in a rational and intuitive. The results of this study indicate that religious-spiritual that has been imprinted in themselves an accountant, can provide a creative spirit for accountants goes beyond professional tasks that allow accountants to find solutions in the stalled situation. Instead accountants who have a low spirituality tends to perform unethical behaviour in their work as a professional. <![CDATA[This study examined several variables that predicted affect the timeliness of submission of financial statements, the size of the company, size of the firm, the company's profitability and debt to equity ratio. The research object is the Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Stock Exchange which publishes audited financial statements consistently in the years 2011-2015. By using purposive sampling method obtained 46 samples were then tested using regression at a significance level of 5 per cent. <![CDATA[Some students find difficulty in writing activity although only write one paragraph. Hence, it needs one media to make easier in this problem. The aim of this research to describe the students’ progress in writing a short story using a picture at SMPN 22 Mataram in 2014-2015. The method of this research is blending which combine the qualitative and descriptive. The write conducted this research in 3 cycles. From the result we can see that in the first cycle, there are 9,5% students have been a success in this activity, for the second cycle, there are 50% progress and the third cycle all the students can pass or qualified in doing writing activity. <![CDATA[Along with the passing Autonomous Region, shifted the paradigm of the organization that is giving autonomy broadest possible as stipulated in Law No. 32 the Year 2004 on Regional Government, policy change setting regional government are aligned with changes in policy towards Taxes and Levies as a foundation for regions in mobilizing the potential of local revenue, especially PAD, namely Law No. 28 the year 2009 on regional Taxes and Levies Settings local Taxes in Indonesia rooted in the constitution namely State Constitution RI 1945 Article 23A then specifically regulated in the Act number 28 the Year 2009 on regional Taxes and Levies Daerah. Pengaturan local Taxes in Central Lombok and East Lombok as a follow-up of implementation UU regulation No. 28/2009 then ditapkanlah areas: Central Lombok District Regulation No. 14 the Year 2010 on regional Taxes; East Lombok District Regulation No. 10 the Year 2010 on Regional Taxes; and East Lombok District Regulation No. 17 of 2010 Concerning Tax on Acquisition of Land and Buildings. <![CDATA[This study aims to estimate receipts revenue (PAD) in North Lombok regency. By estimating local authorities have an idea of the extent of his ability to run the regional autonomy in the future. This type of research is classified as descriptive research. Variables to be researched the development of revenue (PAD) using data periodically from 2009 to 2015. Analysis of the data regarding our reception area while using the descriptive analysis to estimate the acceptance of PAD using analytical tools Trend Linear Least Squares Method (Method of Least Square). The results showed that the income of acceptance Realization (PAD) in 2009 up to 2015, an average of 59.9% comes from local tax revenue, 13.5% of the levies, 1.9% Income results Wealth Management Areas separated and 24.7% of the other legal PAD. Realization of local revenues derived from PAD 10.47%, 87.70% came from revenue transfer, and 1.83% comes from other legitimate income areas. Thus it can be said that the contribution of revenue from PAD to total local revenues in North Lombok is very little that is 10.47%. This indicates that the level of Financial dependencies North Lombok regency government against the central government is very high, especially from Central Government Transfers - Balance Fund. The average growth in revenue during the year of observation in 2009 to 2015 is still low in terms of quantity as well as with the average estimate of PAD acceptance for the future that is 2016 and 2020 are also low in terms of quantity despite estimated revenue estimation PAD terms the percentage will be increased by an average 20% per annum or at Rp 328,983,938,234.31 year]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled Effect of Economic Growth Rate Of Manpower Absorption in West Lombok. This research was conducted with the aim of: 1). Knowing the general description of the growth rate of the industrial sector, investment and wages on employment in Lombok Barat. 2). Analyze the effect of the growth rate of the industrial sector, investment and wages on employment in West Lombok. 3). Analyze the effect of the growth rate of the industrial sector, investments and wages simultaneously on employment in West Lombok. This study was designed with quantitative research, quantitative approach basically emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with statistical methods. With quantitative methods will be acquired significance or significance of group differences in the relationship between the variables studied. This research. aimed to describe and analyze the rate of growth of the industry sector, investment and wage employment towards industry sector in West Lombok. The results showed that the development of industrial sector growth rate during the year of observation showed a decreasing trend with an average growth of 5.42%, the growth rate of the industrial sector variables affects the industrial sector employment in West Lombok. Variable investment and significant positive effect on employment in the industrial sector of West Lombok. So that when investment rises it will be followed by the industrial sector employment in West Lombok. Variable salary positive and significant effect on employment in West Lombok. So that when wages rise, the industrial sector employment will rise. Based on the test together shows that the independent variable growth rate of the industrial sector, investments and wages simultaneously affect the labour industrial sector in West Lombok]]>

<![CDATA[This research entitles the "Influence of Brand awareness and brand loyalty top-rated To Consumer Decision In Buying Product of Cosmetic Wardah in Mataram City". This research Target is to know the assessment of consumer at Mataram City for Brand awareness and brand loyalty top-rated owned by-product of cosmetic Wardah and to know the influence of brand of the product of cosmetic Wardah to the decision of consumer purchasing in Mataram City. This research represents the type of research of asosiatif eksplorasi, method of data collecting used is the method of sample survey by means of data collecting in the form of the questionnaire allowed to 100 responder people, with the technique of intake sample in the form of accidental sampling. Analyzer used is Doubled Linear Regression. Result of analysis proves that variable of the dimension of brand awareness, impressive and brand loyalty top-rated by the consumer of product of cosmetic Wardah in Mataram City. All variable have an effect on by significant to consumer decision in doing purchasing of Wardah cosmetic of either through parsial and also simultan. Assess the coefficient of regression of variable of Brand Awareness (X1) of equal to 0,358 indicating that variable of Brand Awareness represents the dominant variable influence the consumer decision buy the product Wardah. Assess the R square of equal to 0,866 indicating that ability of variable of Brand Awareness (X1) and Brand loyalty (X2) in explaining variable of consumer decision buy the product Wardah is equal to 86,6%, while the rest 13,4% explained by other dissimilar variables outside research model which input do not in the research model]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is "The effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions at PT. FIF Branch Mataram employees". Aims (1) To determine significant simultant effect of Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram; (2) to determine the significant partial effect of Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram; (3) to determine dominant effect among Organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees at PT FIF Branch Mataram. In accordance with the purpose of research, the type of research used in this research is causal. The population is all of the employees about 122 peoples. Determination of the respondents in this study carried out on all members of the population, it has been called a census. To collect data in this research used questionnaires. To determine the responses of respondents to variables assessed, used Likert Scale analysis with the 5 scales answered point. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant simultant effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions of employees at PT. FIF Branch Mataram, (2) There is a significant partial effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intentions of employees at PT.
