This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and  motivation on the performance of Board Members of the Community Self-Reliance (BKM) on PNPM Mandiri program in the city of Mataram. This study was a quantitative research with the formulation of the problem is associative, that is a question of research that is to question the relationship between two or more variables. This study can be regarded as causal research, which is to look at the relationship of several variables is uncertain. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis.Population  in this study is 556 people and the sample used is 85 persons. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and motivation had positive effect on the performance of limbs community self-reliance in the program of PNPM Mandiri in the city of Mataram

This study aims to describe whether a high current ratio reflects good banking performance. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach by conducting a literature review. The result of this research is that the effect of current ratio (liquidity) on ROA (profitability) is inversely proportional. The high current ratio illustrates the high level of liquidity. High liquidity results in high idle cash. It can be concluded that the relationship between the level of the current ratio and the company's return on assets is inversely proportional. If the current ratio level increases, the rate of return on assets will decrease. And vice versa, if the current ratio decreases, the return on assets will increase.

This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Income Level Interpreter Mataram City Centre". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parking rates and volumes partially parked on the income of parking attendants in Mataram. And to determine the effect of parking rates and parking volume predominantly to earnings parking attendants in Mataram. The method used in this study is a sample survey method is a study of a portion of the parking attendants population in Sub Cakranegara Mataram. In this study the number of parking attendants who researched many as 25 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis partially on variable parking rates indicate that the test is smaller than t-table, this means parking rates partially no effect on incomeMataram. Meanwhile City parking attendants parking volume variable indicates that the t-count is greater than t tables, this means the partial volume effect on the parking revenues parking attendants Mataram. From both of these variables indicate that the value of the variable parking volume greater than the value of the variable parking rates, this means that the variable volume parking most dominant influence on the income of parking attendants in Mataram. While the simultaneous regression analysis results indicate that the F-count is greater than the F-table means variable parking rates and variable volume parking simultaneous and significant effect on the income of parking attendants in Mataram

The aim of research to analyze the influence of capital and labour to the level of income entrepreneurs in the village weaving Sukarara Jonggat District of Central Lombok regency. This research data obtained from the questionnaire (primary) and some of the observations and direct interviews with stakeholders of the weaving industry. The research findings indicate that the independent variables which consist of capital, labour jointly significant effect on the income of entrepreneurs woven at a significance level of 10 per cent. Capital weaving effect on income entrepreneurs, labour weaving effect on income entrepreneurs. Amounting to 99.2 per cent of the variation in the independent variable does so variations in the income variable used weaving entrepreneurs in this model, while the remaining 0.8 per cent is explained by other variables

This study aimed to determine the process of transparency and accountability in the financial management of the BKM at Montong Are Urban Village West Lombok. The method used in this research is using qualitative methods. Qualitative method is a method of research used to examine the condition of natural objects, in which the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are combined, data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. The conclusion of this study is BKM Lestari Montong Are capable of running the Transparency and Accountability in good financial management.

Apart from the increasing progress of the tourism sector, good tourism management will benefit industry players who have an impact on overcoming unemployment and poverty. The purpose of this study is to find out how the public's perception of the development of the tourism industry in improving the welfare of the community in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Mandalika. The analytical technique used in this research is using convenience sampling technique which is rarely used in previous tourism research on Lombok Island in general. The results showed that the development of the tourism industry in improving the welfare of the people in the Mandalika SEZ got the highest perception and there was also the lowest perception of the average value of 281 sample respondents. The findings from this study, the perception of both the public and the private sector on the sustainability of the development of the tourism industry has a direct and insignificant effect on the welfare of the community. This shows that the existence of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) does not play a significant role in the welfare of the community. This means that both the community and the private sector in the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) can strengthen cooperation and have dual functions.

Feed plays a very important role in livestock business, both in terms of quality, quantity, and continuous availability. The biggest obstacle for farmers in running their business is the increasingly expensive feed price. Among the many alternatives in producing animal feed, insects are an alternative source of protein that can be used in animal feed. Maggot or larvae of the black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) is a feed substitute as a source of protein. Market chain is a chain that is used to describe a number of networks that connect all related actors and transactions that occur in the movement of agricultural or livestock goods to final consumers (Lundy.et al, 2004:15). The purpose of this activity is to educate livestock groups in the promotive aspect to increase knowledge and apply it in marketing activities for maggot cultivation. Community service activities in the form of marketing counseling for maggot (maggots) cultivation as an alternative to animal feed in Mataram City were carried out on Saturday, August 21, 2021. This community service activity was carried out through counseling on discussion methods and presentations through lectures. Counseling is in the form of mapping the marketing of maggot and its impact if it is mass-cultivated. After giving the material, it was followed by discussion and question and answer from the participants.

One sector that has an important role in the growth rate of the economy in Indonesia is the agribusiness sector. The Indonesia Stock Exchange has created an opportunity for agribusiness companies to go public. This research was conducted by direct observation at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) representative office of NTB. Multiple regression analysis method. The profitability variable (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock price movements. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which has a t-value of 0.471 with sig. t is 0.000 (p < 0.05). The solvency variable (DER) has a positive and significant effect on stock price movements. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which has a t-value of 1.126 with sig. t is 0.002 (p < 0.05). Profitability (ROA) and solvency (DER) variables simultaneously affect stock price movements. This is evidenced by the results of the F-test which produces an Fcount value of 23,635 with sig. of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The contribution of profitability (ROA) and solvency (DER) variables to stock price movements in the Indonesian agribusiness sector is 40.1 percent, while the remaining 59.9 percent is influenced by other variants outside the research model.
