Abstract

Penelitian ini termotivasi untuk menganalisis penerimaan SistemInformasi iCons pada karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk. diKota Semarang dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).Penggunaan model TAM didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa sejauh ini TAMmerupakan sebuah konsep yang dianggap paling baik dalam menjelaskanperilaku user terhadap sistem teknologi informasi baru. Untuk membuktikansecara empiris perilaku user atas perubahan Sistem BOSS ke Sistem iCons diPT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kota Semarang. Populasi  penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BankNegara Indonesia (persero) Tbk yang ada dikota Semarang. Penentuan sampeldilakukan dengan proportional sampling yaitu metode pengambilan sampelsecara proporsional berdasarkan sub populasi. Pengambilan sampel denganmenggunakan teknik proportional sampling dilakukan karena populasi dalampenelitian ini menyebar di kantor-kantor cabang di seluruh Semarang yangmeliputi Kantor Wilayah 05, Cabang Semarang, Cabang Karangayu danCabang Undip. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SEM (Structural EquationModelling) dengan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure).Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan hanya 8 hipotesis diterima dari total 16hipotesis yang diajukan. Hanya pada hubungan berikut yang terbukti signifikan:a) identification dengan perceived ease of use, b) compliance dengan perceivedease of use, c) self efficacy dengan perceived ease of use, d) self efficacy denganperceived usefulness, e) identification dengan perceived usefulness, f)identification dengan perceived attitude, g) compliance dengan attitude, h)perceived usefullnes dengan attitude. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa proses transisiperubahan sistem BOSS ke sistem iCons tidak sepenuhnya dapat dijelaskan olehTechnology Acceptance Model

Abstract

Business Development Hospitality or better known as the hospitality is growing and developing city of Mataram today, this growth trend is certainly an impact on economic growth, especially for stretching around the affected masyarakarat directly from destination tourism sector development is a mainstay of NTB's in an effort to improve Budgets. This study was conducted to see to what extent the role of hotels in absorbing and empower local communities that the spirit of development, as well as the extent of government involvement through BPMP2T institutions as partners businessmen, and representatives of the community.The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts of the ideals of this development has not optimally met along with various constraints that followed, while hotel’s role to support the local government’s program to enhance MICE tourism (Meeting, Insentif, Conference, Eksibition) at this time has collide with central government policy, whereas the domino effect which resulted from this kind of tourism is large enough not only for hotels ennterpreneur which has have decreasing worker, but also has decending in service sector and small-medium bussiness

Abstract

Progran danaBantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS)dimulai sejal Juli 2005, telah berperanmesukseskan Wajib Belajar Pendidikan Dasar 9 Tahun. Mulai Tahun 2009, pemerintah mengembangkan peran BOS dari perluasan ditambah peningkatan kualitas.Penelitian ini inginmengetahui realisasi Program BOS dan dampaknya terhadap:a. beban pembiayaan orang tua murid; b. peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran; c. penanggulangan siswaputus sekolah, di Kabupaten Lombok Utara.Beban biaya pendidikan orang tua dilihat dari jenis,jumlah, dan sifat penarikandana.Peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar dilihat dari peningkatan kelulusan dan kenaikan nilai hasil ujian nasional tiga tahun terkhir. Selanjutnya penanggulangan putus sekolah dilihat dari  jumlah, sebab-sebab dan upaya penanggulangannya dengan bantuan biayadana BOS.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif expos facto, dilakukan pada SD//MI, SMP/MTs, dan Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/ Wusthodi tiga kecamatan yaituTanjung,  Kayangan, dan Bayan mewakiliKabupaten Lombok Utara(KLU),. Berdasarkan pertimbanganpurposive, ditetapkan sekolah sampel  denganklaster sumber data yang terdiri dari: 1. kepala sekolah 17 orang; 2. guru 34 orang; 3. pengurus komite/ yayasan 16 orang; 4. pengawas 8 orang; 5. siswa aktif 20 orang; 6. siswa putus sekolah 23 0rang; 7. wali siswa aktif 20 orang; 8. Wali siswa putus sekolah 17 orang; 9. kepala UPTD Pendidikan3 orang, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah 172 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.Pelaksanaan program BOS pada SD/MI, SMP/MTs, dan Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/ Wustho telah sesuai Peraturan Mentri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 76 Tahun 2012 Tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penggunaan Dan Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Tahun Anggaran 2013; 2. ProgramBOS telah dirasakan manfaatnya pada SD/MI, SMP/MTs, Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/Wustho; 3.Program dana BOS pada SD/MI, SMP/Mts, Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/Wustho  membantumengurangi beban pembiayaanpendidikan olehmasyarakat orang tua murid; 4. Dampak Dana BOS pada SD/MI, SMP/Mts, dan Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/ Wusthountuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan nampak pada penyediaan sarana prasaranadan alat bantu pembelajaran, peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik, dan upaya peningkatan kualitas  siswa; 5. Tetapi dampakbantuan dana BOSbelum nampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar dan pada penanggulangan  drop out padasiswa SD/MI, SMP/MTs, Madrasah Salafiyah Ula/ Wustho.Berdasarkan temuan di atas direkomendasikan beberapa perbaikan yaitu: 1. Pemerintah perlu mengatasi kelambatan penerimaan dana BOS; 2. Kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan alokasi dana BOS menunjang kualitas proses pembelajaran, penanggulan siswaputus sekolah, meningkatkan penggunaanmetode pembelajaran; 3. Pemerintah kabupaten terutama instansi pendidikan agar turut serta membina penanggulangan siswa putus sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment and Student Perception on Career Selection As Internal Auditor For Students Accounting STIE AMM Mataram. the Effect of Work Environment, and Student Perception Simultaneously (together) on Career Selection As Internal Auditor For Students Accounting Department STIE AMM Mataram. The results showed that the results of validity test correlation of each variable showed significant results, this means each variable is valid. The reliability test result shown in the Alpha value of all independent variables is reliable, since it has a value above Cronbach's Alpha Based on Standardized Items or larger 0.6 (α> 0.6). The result of regression analysis, the regression coefficient value of work environment variable and student perception as a whole is said to be significant because it has much greater value than (> 0,05). Testing simultaneously, there is a significant influence simultaneously (together) between Work environment, Student Perceptions of Career Selection As Internal Auditor of students majoring in accounting STIE AMM Mataram. The same thing happens, partially there is a significant influence between work environment variables, student perceptions of career selection as an internal auditor of students majoring in accounting STIE AMM Mataram

Abstract

One of the information technology developments by STIE AMM is the on-line academic system. This study aimed at identifying the effect of the students’ (user) interaction with information systems, Support/Reward/Punishment, information system security, information access speed/ease, information accuracy, computer network/Internet accessibility and utilities to the students’ satisfaction in using information system.Causality research was implemented in this study and it was conducted in STIE AMM Economics School. Questionnaires were employed to collect the data. 100 Students who are majoring accounting were chosen as the participant. The independent variables in this research were Support, Reward/Punishment, information systems security, information access speed/ease, information accuracy, computer network/internet accessibility and utilities. While dependent variable in this research was student satisfaction in using information system.Instrument analysis which is reliability and validity test was conducted and then continued with conducted the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test before implementing the analysis phase. After conducting classical assumption test the next step was conducting multiple regression analysis using T-test, F-test and determination test.The results of hypothesis testing with T-test showed that Students’ (user) interaction with information systems, information systems security and accessibility and computer network/internet utility had a significant effect on student satisfaction in using the information system. While Support, Reward/Punishment, information access speed/ease and information accuracy had no effect to the students’ satisfaction in using information systems

Abstract

This study aims to determine the overall picture of the financial performance of KSP. Madani NTB during 2007 to 2016 based on the Altman Z-Score method that has been equipped with a cut-off point to determine the classification of bankruptcy. Altman uses five financial ratios destined for the company : Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earning to Total Assets (X2), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), Book Value Equity of Total Liabilities (X4) And Sales to Total Assets (X5). This study is a descriptive study conducted on KSP.Madani NTB during 2007 to 2016. The results of this study indicate that the highest Z-Score score of 21.94 in 2007, the lowest Z-Score score of 8.56 in 2012 or The average Z-Score score of 14.02 is above the cut-off point of Z > 2.90 entering the criteria of not going bankrupt (the company is in good health)

Abstract

Improving customers’ satisfaction is important in the hospitality industry. On the other hand, quality services encourage customer satisfaction. Therefore, offering product (tangible) and services (intangible) to customers need to be standardized.Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali committed to excellent serviceby implementingLeading Quality Assurance (LQA) standard.LQA standard is specializes in providing quality assurance audits, benchmarking analysisand training services to the luxury hospitality industry. This research is aiming to evaluatethe implementation of LQA standard to improve the customers’ satisfaction in front office department. Data is analysed by using Context, Input, Process, and Output (CIPP) method and supported by SPSS 17.0for windows. The finding of implementing LQA standard is in excellent categories. The finding proved that LQA standard is well implemented by Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali management

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the significance of the effect of financial compensation to the Employee work motivation. (2) To determine the significance of the effect of non-financial compensation for work motivation. (3) To determine the significance of financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (4) To determine the significance of non-financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (5) To determine the significance of the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction.This type of research used in this research is associative or causal (causal). Data collection method used in this research is census method on 128 Employee Dikpora East Lombok. Data collection tool using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis (path Analysis) with the help of the program Amos 21 for windows.The results showed (1) Compensation Financial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (2) Compensation Nonfinancial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) Financial compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Financial compensation has a significant impact on job satisfaction when through work motivation (4) Compensation Nonfinancial have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation Nonfinancial have a significant impact on job satisfaction through work motivation. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction

Abstract

This research analysis titled  the quality of services in a Clinic Laboratory Gora. The purpose of this research was to know if the quality of service in terms of dimensions consisting of tangible services, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy by Clinic Gora.Type this research, descriptive research in methods of data collection the sampel survey.The sample of the trophy is some 82 respondents to technique purposive sampling.Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and question form.Instrument data collection used is the questionnaire.Instrument the analysis used is analysis quality value services and diagrams of the kartesius. Based on the results of data analysis quality value services shows that the quality of services applied when viewed of the dimensions of service exhibited by clinic gora is in the category of less than good. This is shown by the result of reckoning NKJ 0.92 as much as .Where based on the assessment criteria that NKJ< 1,So the quality of services applied is less well.While on a Cartesian Diagram, the quality of service that is considered important by pasen for improved again in this Clinic Gora is on dimensions of service skills and knowledge of employees, cleanliness and comfort of the room, intensifitas information provided companies, companies will need pasien, guarantee an effective service, and courtesy to pasien

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions of cakes at UD Ratna Cake & Cookies as well as to obtain information about the variables that have the most dominant influence on the purchase decision. This type of research is associative, while the technique of collecting data is through observation and interviews with questionnaires as an instrument. Data analysis was first conducted to test the validity and reliability of the instrument, followed by a classic assumption test including normality test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Then performed multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test to determine the truth of the hypothesis and is followed by the analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed the following equation Y = 0.354 + 0,230X₁ + 0,184X₂ + 0,517X₃. These results suggest that price, promotion and product quality have influence on purchase decisions. Based on t test results obtained at the price variable t <t table (1.698 <1.985) so it is said that the price variable (X₁) had no significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y). On promotion variable results obtained t count> t table (2.022> 1.985) so it is said that the promotion variable (X₂) has a significant influence on purchase decision variable (Y). On quality product variable, it obtained by the t count> t table (4.085> 1.985) so it is said that the variable of product quality (X₃) has a significant influence on variable of purchase decisions (Y). Then based on the F test results obtained F count> F table (32.627> 14.475), which means that the real level of 5%, the price variable (X₁), promotion (X₂), and product quality (X₃) simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase decision variabel (Y). Through coefficient test of determination (R²) obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 50.2%. It means 50.2% variable purchase decisions are influenced by three independent variables which are price, promotion and product quality and the balance of 49.8 influenced enumerated by other variables which not included in this study.
