Abstract

Business Development Hospitality or better known as the hospitality is growing and developing city of Mataram today, this growth trend is certainly an impact on economic growth, especially for stretching around the affected masyarakarat directly from destination tourism sector development is a mainstay of NTB's in an effort to improve Budgets. This study was conducted to see to what extent the role of hotels in absorbing and empower local communities that the spirit of development, as well as the extent of government involvement through BPMP2T institutions as partners businessmen, and representatives of the community.The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts of the ideals of this development has not optimally met along with various constraints that followed, while hotel’s role to support the local government’s program to enhance MICE tourism (Meeting, Insentif, Conference, Eksibition) at this time has collide with central government policy, whereas the domino effect which resulted from this kind of tourism is large enough not only for hotels ennterpreneur which has have decreasing worker, but also has decending in service sector and small-medium bussiness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure, human resources, perceived usefulness costs, and perceived ease of use on the Computerized Accounting Information System at KPP East Mataram. This type of research used in this research is associative research. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The sample collection technique used is the nonprobability sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the variables of infrastructure, human resources, and perceived usefulness do not affect the implementation of computer-based accounting information systems, while the cost and perceived convenience significantly influence the implementation of computerized accounting information systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Social Media Influencers, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth on online purchasing decisions in Mataram City. So that the variables in this study consist of 3 (three) independent variables, namely Social Media Influencers (X1), Content Marketing (X2), and Electronic Word Of Mouth (X3) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely purchase decision (Y). Samples are taken using purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. Data obtained using questionnaires as many as 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that Social Media Influencers do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Content Marketing and Electronic Word Of Mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the f (simultaneous) test variables Influencer social media, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth influence simultaneously (together) on purchasing decisions, while in the determination test obtained R square which means that the 3 independent variables have an influence of 53.3% of the dependent variables while the remaining 46.7% of variables are not included in this study.

Abstract

Global food security faces serious challenges due to conflicts between countries and climate change, which increase food insecurity, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. Various programs, such as the national food barn and the revitalization of community food barns, have been initiated by the government to maintain food security. However, the integration of Islamic economics in this policy has not been utilized optimally. This study analyzes the application of Islamic economics in the revitalization of community food barns through a philosophical, contextual, and practical approach, using literature studies. The results show that the community's food barn has a strong theological foundation from the Qur'an and Hadith, and can be developed more effectively through Islamic economic instruments, such as zakat, infaq, and sharia financing. The research recommendations include the application of Islamic economic integration in the management of community food barns and the development of an operational framework to support its implementation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Perwakilan BEI NTB. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif .menggunakan tekhik sampling snowball sampling yang merupakan bagian probability sampling.Tehnik pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability.metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualittatif model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelatihan (TOT, sekolah pasar modal, klinik investasi ) yang mumpuni dan disiplin kerja juga sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan KSPM sebagai perantara nasabah dan bursa efek. Pelatihan yang diberikan bursa efek untuk melatih mahasiswa dan karyawan inti dinilai sangat membantu peningkatan baik dari jumlah investor sampai dengan penambahan jumlah transaksi investor setiap bulan.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan jumlah investor pada dua tahun terakhir. Selain dari itu peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sampai dengan faktor peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada KP BEI NTB terletak pada kualitas pelatih dan banyaknya KSPM yang mulai dibentuk. Seiring dengan penambahan jumlah KSPM yang dibentuk mengakibatkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih meluas dan dapat menjangkau wilayah pelosok.Penambahan KSPM dapat diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah pelatihan rutin untuk dapat menjamin informasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan keadaan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at BAWASLU LOBAR. It was associative research using a quantitative approach. The independent variables were leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. The dependent variable was employee performance. The population was 55 employees and supervisory officers of BAWASLU LOBAR. Data was collected through distributing 55 questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 23. The results showed that leadership and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and job satisfaction had little effect. The study found that the four independent variables could influence employee performance by 39.4%, while the remaining 60.6% was influenced by other external variables not included in the regression model. In conclusion, leadership and organizational culture most impacted employee performance at BAWASLU LOBAR.
