Abstract

This study aims to determine the satisfaction is an intervening variable there is a relationship between service quality variable, product varieble, price varieble and location to loyalty varieble in UD. Eva Group Mataram. The population in this study is all consumers who become customers at UD. Eva Group whose number is unidentified. Sampling technique used with purposive sampling method. Data were obtained from questionnaires distribution with total sample of 100 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method and data analysis method using path analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) customer satisfaction is an intervening variable on the relationship variable between service quality variable and customer loyalty variable, 2) Customer satisfaction is the intervening variable on the relationship variable between the product with customer loyalty variable, 3) Is an intervening variable on the relationship between price and customer loyalty, 4) Customer satisfaction is an intervening variable on the relationship between location and customer loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at KSU. Kori Amerta Sedana. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on the concept of Tri Hita Karana (THK) at KSU. Kori Amerta Sedana. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Sources of data from this study, namely primary and secondary data sources in the form of interviews and documentation from cooperatives. Therefore, in this study, researchers themselves or assisted by others were the main data collection tools. In this study there were informants, namely CSR actors at KSU. Kori Amerta Sedana and other related informants. Data collection is done by interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CSR in KSU. Kori Amerta Sedana has been carried out in an integrated manner and there are 3 (three) main references related to the implementation of CSR based on the THK concept, namely CSR parhyangan, CSR pawongan, CSR palemahan

Abstract

Hedging is an action taken to protect companies from exposure to exchange rates. Exposure to exchange rate fluctuations is the vulnerability of firms affected by exchange rate fluctuations. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the company's hedging policy. The population is a nonfinancial manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2011-2015. The data used comes from the financial statements of each company. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The research findings show that growth opportunity negatively affect the company's hedging policy, while liquidity, firm size, financial distress, leverage, and managerial ownership have a positive effect on company's hedging policy. This finding is expected to be a consideration for investors before investing in manufacturing companies in BEI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of Islamic financial literacy in lecturers and employees of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University and analyze the influence of psychosocial factors such as the level of religiosity, financial satisfaction and hopelessness towards the level Islamic financial literacy in lecturers and employees of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The population in this study were all lecturers and employees of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University T.A. 2017/2018, 50 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a number of selected samples of 45 people. Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation. The analytical tool used to prove the hypothesis is the t test and F test. The results of the study show that the level of Islamic financial literacy of lecturers and employees of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Intan Lampung is high. The results of the t statistical test show that the hopelessness variable statistically with α = 5% has a negative and significant influence on Islamic financial literacy (sig. 0.046 <from 0.05). Thus, H1 is accepted. Religiosity variables statistically with α = 5% do not have a significant effect on Islamic financial literacy (sig. 0.220> from 0.05). Thus, H2 is rejected. Statistically, financial satisfaction variable with α = 5% has a positive and significant influence on Islamic financial literacy (sig. 0.011 <from 0.05). Thus, H3 is accepted. The results of the F test were statistically significant with α = 5% show that variable hopelessness, religiosity, and financial satisfaction together have an effect on Islamic financial literacy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of current ratio, earnings after taxes, debt to equity ratio on dividend payout ratio, to real estate companies in 2015-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 41 companies. The hypothesis testing method used was logistic regression analysis by using the classical assumption of multicollinearity. The results show that earnings after taxes affect the dividend of the payout ratio, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not affect the dividend payout ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of human resource quality and organizational commitment to the success of financial management of Labuhan Haji Village District of East Lombok Regency of West Nusa Tenggara Province as a form of implementation of Village Law No. 6 of 2014. The diversity of situation and condition of village apparatus in managing village finance is assumed to affect the ability of the village head and village apparatus in managing village finances. Yet, the commitment of the village staff/officers also effect the villagers prospesity. The data collection is using questioners from the leader of the village with his staffs in finances. Hypothesis technique examining use multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources does not have significant effect on the success of village financial management. While the organizational commitment does have  significant effect on the success of village financial management. In improving the quality of human resources, it is necessary to conduct village financial management training as to increase the understanding of the village apparatus in the village financial management. Besides, the village staff should increase the organizational commitment in village government.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the factors that influence the success of local governments in the implementation of PP 71/2010 on Accrual Based Government Accounting Standard. This quantitative research employs the regression method to analyse the regulations, human resources, commitment, other supporting elements and training which seem to influence the accomplishment of local governments in the implementation of PP 71/2010 on Accrual Based Government Accounting Standard. The population of the study is the regional finance management personnel in 32 Government Work Units (SKPD) within the district government of West Lombok comprising of head of SKPD and/or the finance administration officer (PPK), treasurer, and the planning staff. Sample is selected through the purposive sampling technique in which 96 respondents are given questionnaires. Only 71 respondents return the questionnaires. Likert scale is used for the data measurement. The result of the study shows that regulation, human resources, commitment, other supporting, and training elements partially and simultaneously have positive effect to the accomplishment of local governments in the implementation of PP 71/2010 on Accrual Based Government Accounting Standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal control and public cparticipation in reducing the tendency of fraud in managing village funds in e Batukliang district of Central Lombok. The research method used a qualitative method approach with descriptive research types. The study was conducted in Batukliang district which consisted of 10 villages. For internal control variables, 10 respondents used were village secretaries taken from each village. While for the variable of public participation used 10 respondents, the respondents used ware one hamlet head for each village taken randomly. The results showed that internal control was seen from the control environment, risk setting, control activities, application of information and monitoring systems, on average 76% of respondents gave very important answers, 8% answered their roles and 16% answered enough to play a role. So it can be concluded that internal control plays an important role in reducing the fraud tendency of managing village funds in Batukliang district of Central Lombok. While community participation both in terms of planning and implementation aspects play a very important role in reducing the fraud tendency in the managing the village funds in the Batukliang district of Central Lombok Regency because 100% of respondents gave  very role answer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of both partial and simultaneous about the characteristics of work and work environment on employee job satisfaction on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch of Mataram. The type of research used in this study is an associative research. The sample in this study is the total number of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Mataram. While data analysis is generated through SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis, partial determination, F test and t test. The results showed that job characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously through F test, work characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction where the value of f count is higher than f table that is equal to 171.098 > 3.20. Work environment is the most dominant variable to affecting employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination also shows that the ability of independent variable consisting of work characteristic and work environment in explaining variation of dependent variable is considered high enough. It can be seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination that is equal to 0.876 or 87.6%. Furthermore, the residual value of adjusted R square (0.124 or 12.4%) is the influence by other variables which is not included in this research study.

Abstract

This research is to find out the role of Perception Organizational Support (POS) as mediator of relationship between Organizational Reward (O_R), Procedural Justice (PJ) and Supervisor Support on affective commitment on the teachers in Pondok Pesantren Al-Mubarok, Serang City. A total of 43 teachers were sampled in this study with sampling technique using random sampeling. Analysis of data used is Path Analysis with the Lisrel program 8.80. The results of his research indicate that Perceptions of Organizational Support (POS) have been shown to positively mediate between the Organizational Awards and Affective Commitments; Perception Organizational support (POS) has not been proven to influence mediation between Procedural Justice and Affective Commitment; Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has not been shown to have an effect on mediation between Supervisor Support and Affective Commitment; and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) proved to have a positive and significant impact on Affective Commitment. Implications and suggestions are discussed in this study.
