Islamic work ethic is very important in improving the quality of human resources at the boarding schools in Banten. A lot of researches on ethics of Islam have been conducted, but still rarely carried out with the object of study in Islamic educational institutions. This study intends to reexamine the role of Islam in influencing the work ethic of intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and its impact toward organizational commitment. The population in this study is all teachers who work at the boarding schools in Banten. 245 teachers gave answers to this research. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis showed five accepted hypothesis and one hypothesis is rejected, that is a negative influence and insignificant between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepatuhan laporan keuangan yang disiapkan Rumah Yatim Arrohman sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keua-ngan (PSAK) Nomor 109 tentang Akuntansi Zakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pende-katan deskriptif kualitatif dengan membanding-kan antara laporan keuangan yang disusun Rumah Yatim Arrohman dan PSAK 109. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Rumah Yatim Arrohman sebagai salah satu Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) sudah sepe-nuhnya menerapkan penggunaan PSAK 109 dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan. Faktor utama Rumah Yatim Arrohman mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan sesuai PSAK 109 adalah karena mereka memiliki manajemen organisasi pengelola zakat yang profesional dan telah memiliki software khusus untuk laporan keuangan, sehingga hal itu sangat memudah-kan dalam praktik penyusunan laporan.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991) sebagairancangan model empiris pada penelitian ini yang meliputi komponen sikap berwirausaha, normasubjektif, kontrol perilaku dan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa jurusan manajemen yang adadi kota Serang. Sebanyak lima perguruan tinggi di kota Serang yang memiliki jurusan manajemenyang akan menjadi tempat penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive samplingdengan kriteria mahasiswa yang telah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Analisis datamenggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) sesuai dengan model pada persamaan structural(SEM). Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa dua hipotesis diterima yaitu Normasubyektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa danKontrol Keprilakuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intensi BerwirausahaMahasiswa. Satu hipotesis ditolak yaitu Sikap berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IntensiBerwirausaha Mahasiswa. Implikasi, keterbatasan dan saran dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine how the influence of dividend policy and debt policy to corporate value. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2016. Sampling using Puropsive Sampling. A total of 13 manufacturing companies listed on the BEI to be sampled in this study. Regression analysis used in this study to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable either together or individually. The analysis results show that during the period 2012-2016 both dividend policy and debt policy have no significant effect on corporate value

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on compensation; the influence of leadership style on employee performance; the effect of compensation on employee performance and the influence of leadership on performance through compensation in the Sub-Department of Highways Administration of South Jakarta Municipality. The population in this study amounted to 260 employees, using Simple Random Sampling. The sample collected are 72 respondents. The analysis method used in this research are descriptive method and Path Analysis. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on compensation; The leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on performance; compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a positive and significant influence on performance through compensation.

This research is to find out the role of Perception Organizational Support (POS) as mediator of relationship between Organizational Reward (O_R), Procedural Justice (PJ) and Supervisor Support on affective commitment on the teachers in Pondok Pesantren Al-Mubarok, Serang City. A total of 43 teachers were sampled in this study with sampling technique using random sampeling. Analysis of data used is Path Analysis with the Lisrel program 8.80. The results of his research indicate that Perceptions of Organizational Support (POS) have been shown to positively mediate between the Organizational Awards and Affective Commitments; Perception Organizational support (POS) has not been proven to influence mediation between Procedural Justice and Affective Commitment; Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has not been shown to have an effect on mediation between Supervisor Support and Affective Commitment; and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) proved to have a positive and significant impact on Affective Commitment. Implications and suggestions are discussed in this study.

Pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan upaya mengaplikasikan hasil riset atau teoripada masyarakat luas di berbagai aspek keilmuan. Pelatihan Kewirausahaan di pesantrenpada prinsipnya membangun jiwa santripreneur agar dapat para santri memilikikemandirian dan life skill. Banyak santri/murid yang telah lulus dari pondok pesantren,meski secara keilmuan relatif berhasil dan diakui di masyarakat, bahkan cenderungditokohkan di daerahnya masing-masing, namun disisi lain masih banyak yangmengalami masalah kekurangan ekonomi. Oleh sebab itu perlu diupayakan langkahkonkrit, khususnya pemberdayaan potensi kewirausahaan santri. Pelatihan kewirausahaandi pondok pesantren Al-Mubarok Kota Serang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu(1) Analisa Situasi dan Kebutuhan, (2) Seminar dan Talkshow Kewirausahaan, (3)Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan dari bahan Akrilik, dan (4) Pelatihan ManajemenKewirausahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini berupa barang kerajinan tangan yang bernilaiekonomis serta para peserta mendapat suatu keahlian yang dapat terus dikembangkan dandikreasikan. Sehingga kegiatan ini dapat membuat santri lebih produktif dan dapatdiimplementasikan untuk menjadi seorang santripreneur.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan kemampuan kerja antaratenaga kerja lulusan SMA dan SMK di industri permesina modern dan mengetahui apakah tenagakerja di indutri permesiann modernan juga didominasi oleh tenaga kerja lulusan SMA. Metodepenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para tenaga kerja diperusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di wilayah Banten, setelah terkumpul data diolah menggunakanuji beda dibantu dengan program SPSS. Uji analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji bedamenggunakan Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Teknismemiliki perbedaan antara tenaga kerja lulusan SMA dan SMK, sedangkan KemampuanKonseptual dan Kemampuan Sosial tidak memiliki perbedaan antara tenaga kerja lulusan SMAdan SMK di industri permesinan modern. Tenaga kerja lulusan SMA mendominasi pekerja diindustri manufaktur dan non manufaktur. Selanjutnya diskusi dibahas dalam artikel ini.

This study entitled Analysis of Influence of Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Organizational Performance with Job Productivity as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at BPJS Kesehatan Branch Serang). Methods of data collection used random sampling methods, and the respondents were all employees totaling 46 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis, which was operated by SmartPLS. The results showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational performance and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job productivity. The path analysis found that job motivation and job satisfaction do not affect organizational performance through productivity. Thus, it can be concluded that productivity does not become an intervening variable between job motivation and job satisfaction.
