Abstract

The swift progress of technology can be harnessed to address the increasing demand for projects, particularly in various organizations like private universities that must cope with resource limitations and make critical decisions. Information Technology (IT) encompasses any technology, such as equipment or techniques, employed by businesses, institutions, or other organizations to process information, including computing, telecommunications technologies, consumer electronics, and broadcasting, as it increasingly digitizes. Choosing between dozens or hundreds of project alternatives presents complex multi-criteria decision-making problems for an organization's portfolio and priorities, necessitating clear-cut techniques, methods, and factor definitions for prioritizing decision-making. This literature review formulates the problem, specifically identifying the criteria for comparison and prioritization models, and seeks a framework and methodology for prioritizing portfolio management in private organizations, particularly universities. The literature review identifies the characteristics of private organizations and the methodologies and practices employed in researching the application of portfolio management priorities and explores the use of portfolio management techniques from prior studies tested in practice and project priority methodologies in private services. The results contribute to enhancing theories on techniques, methods, and, particularly, portfolio project management priorities for the private sector.

Abstract

The development of communications technology and the arrival of Medicine modern equipment in the health domain has caused the diagnosis and treatment methods to be considered from a distance and medical centers are equipped with telemedicine systems. Forensic medicine organizations with daily clients and outpatient examinations such as accident clients, Conflict returns as well as spousal abuse. Doctors and employees of the organization also serve as one of the powerful arms of the judiciary, following up on important cases in the medical, laboratory, and psychiatric commissions So that they can take steps to realize the rights of the people. Patient data security has become a serious concern for professionals and one of the methods is using data embedding to the protection against these risks. In this method, medical informatics, telemedicine, and forensic medicine organizations has played a pivotal role and any mistake in the reporting can be catastrophic. The main purpose of this research is to present data on EPRs with Enhancing data embedding Based on SSIM and HVS with the help of medical image segmentation and focus on brain MRI images. In this study, innovations include the addition of the HVS block based on the SSIM criterion to meet transparency and robustness conditions. Selection of the embedding coefficient K is considered adaptively depending on the degree of uniformity of the N - ROI region with the image quality factor. The coordinates of ROI areas in one of the DCT and DWT conversion blocks have been demonstrated to have better performance at Concealment EPRs. The choice of coefficients af,k which consists of the optimization frequency sensitivity function and spatial property is comparatively done to match the visual perception of the visual system. The present study aims to improve the effectiveness of the proposed method, improve the security level, and the confidentiality of patient information, and integrate the storage of patient information and image. The simulation results of the proposed method, considering the parameters of embedding and transparency in comparison with other methods, have been done using evaluation criteria including MSE PSNR, NC, SSIM, and BER.

Abstract

The clinic in Tangerang Regency, Indonesia is a healthcare institution where people seek treatment and medical advice. However, the patient referral system to the hospital in the polyclinic still uses the old method, which involves a letter of introduction from the clinic, a conventional way of documenting the chronology of the patient's illness and using a certificate or cover letter at the clinic. Patient data with problems going to the hospital is not stored in the database, and as a result, patients may have to postpone going to the hospital. The purpose of this study is to determine the current patient referral system from clinics to hospitals and design a web-based patient referral information system that can integrate patient data into the hospital. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze and design the system, employing the Object-Oriented System Design method. The output of this research is software, which is a web-based patient referral information system that displays completed patient data and disease chronology accurately and quickly, supporting digital concepts.

Abstract

The impact of information systems and technology on various industries, including internet services like Indihome, is substantial. However, providing seamless access to Indihome internet services remains a challenge for PT Telkom Akses, particularly at their Pasar Baru Tangerang branch. One of the issues faced by staff members when handling complaints from internet service users is the lack of integration between the manual data management system and Telegram, which could automate operations and streamline the process of distributing trouble tickets. The current process for distributing trouble tickets is also inefficient, relying on manual copying and pasting. To address these issues, the application was developed using the PHP programming language, Codeigniter Framework, and MySQL, and the Waterfall method was employed in the design process. The application includes features such as Add Data Datin, Add Data Non Datin, Close Data Datin, Close Data Non Datin, and Telegram bots to facilitate complaint monitoring and ticket distribution.

Abstract

The current era is marked by rapid technological advancements, with e-commerce being one of the most prominent innovations that caters to people's needs and saves time. In this study, we examine the factors that significantly influence user satisfaction in Shopee, a popular e-commerce platform, using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to students in the DKI Jakarta area. Our analysis revealed that Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness, and Fulfillment are all significant factors that affect user satisfaction. Together, these factors explain 78.7% of user satisfaction. Additionally, through T-tests, we found that only three variables have a significant and positive impact on user satisfaction: Ease of Use, Timeliness, and Fulfillment. These findings indicate that e-commerce platforms should prioritize these factors to enhance user satisfaction.

Abstract

The decision of the Indonesian government to relocate the nation's capital outside Java to the North Penajam Paser Regency has sparked controversy and misinformation on social media platforms. While sentiment analysis studies have been conducted on this topic, no research has yet analyzed the issue of hoaxes related to the relocation of the national capital. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing hoaxes related to the relocation of the Indonesian national capital on Twitter. The study utilizes data crawling, filtering with Hoax Booster Tools (HBT) ASE, data labeling, preprocessing, and TF-IDF weighting. The data is then classified using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms, and the results of both algorithms are compared. The study found that 85% of tweets had a positive sentiment and 15% had a negative sentiment. Furthermore, the SVM algorithm outperformed the RF algorithm with an accuracy of 95.24% compared to 86.90%. This study contributes to the understanding of the hoax issues related to the relocation of the Indonesian state capital and provides recommendations for government policies to address community concerns.
