Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan produk berupa bahan ajar matematika berbasis etnomatematika yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RD) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Mia 2 SMA N 1 Purbolinggo. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa angket validasi oleh ahli, angket respon peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil analisis validasi Bahan Ajar Matematika Berbasis Etnomatematika adalah 88% masuk dalam kriteria valid, rata-rata hasil penilaian/respon peserta didik adalah 80% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat kuat/respon positif, dan ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik mencapai 86%. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika berbasis etnomatematika yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

This qualitative research aimed to describe the critical mathematical discourses in Socrates' scientific learning. The subjects of this study were 9 students of class VII-2 of SMP Global Madani Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019 who were chosen purposively. Then, 9 students were selected as research subjects consisting of three students with high, medium, and low mathematical abilities. This research data was qualitative data about students’ critical mathematical discourses obtained through observation, interviews, and documentations. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: (1) The students’ critical mathematical discourses that occurred in Socrates scientific learning more dominantly led to indicators of students’ critical thinking abilities, namely interpretation and analysis, (2) Students’ mathematical critical discourses appeared more often when the teacher asked Socrates questions of type of clarification and the reasons and evidence of the investigation, (3) Students’ mathematical critical discourses were more dominant when students do the scientific stages of associating and communicating.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the teacher's perception of the importance of the role of the assessment of mathematics learning and to develop an Jurnal Matematika Mandiri (JMM) as an innovation assessment in class X mathematics learning. the mathematics learning assessment literature continues with its production, then testing the use of the assessment is conducted. The next stage is to distribute journals in several high schools in the Cilacap Regency. Research subjects involved in this study include mathematics teachers and students of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Kroya. The results of the study in terms of teacher perceptions indicate that, teachers have not been able to distinguish between assessment and evaluation so that the teacher has not maximized his teaching experience using learning assessments. Based on students' responses to JMM, there are six students in category A, 11 students in category B, seven students in category C and six students in category D. In addition, giving ratings on teacher performance from the student's point of view shows that students quite like the method the teaching applied by the teacher in the class..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) memperoleh gambaran miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) memperoleh gambaran miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita yang menerapkan model pembelajaran SSCS; (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran SSCS terhadap miskonsepsi siswa pada soal matematika bentuk cerita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode True Experimental Design dengan bentuk posttest-Only Control Design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes miskonsepsi dengan menggunakan tes diagnostik two tier multiple choice disertai certainly response indeks (CRI) dan angket respon siswa. Tes diagnostik berupa tes pilihan ganda dengan alasan terbuka sebanyak 17 pertanyaan. Hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata miskonsepsi pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 29% lebih rendah dibanding persentase rata-rata miskonsepsi pada kelas kontrol.  Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran sscs (search, solve, create, share) terhadap miskonsepsi siswa pada konten matematika soal bentuk cerita.   Kata Kunci:  miskonsepsi, sscs, two tier multiple choice
