Abstract

Teaching materials is a thing that is needed by learners, especially foreign speakers who learn Indonesian. Teaching materials can also be used by Indonesian teachers to facilitate learning Indonesian language for foreign speakers. Teaching materials developed by researchers to facilitate the process of foreign speakers is LKS Bahasa Indonesia One of the teaching materials developed by researchers to facilitate the process of foreign speakers is LKS Indonesian Language people Foreign. LKS developed by researchers through this paper is LKS Writing Competency for Beginner BIPA Students. LKS developed by researchers based on word square learning model. Word square learning model is one of the contextual learning models that use media box answers. The problem in this research is how the needs of BIPA Beginner students and teachers in writing lessons that serve as learning materials development. The subject of this research is all BIPA students of Bina Darma University.

Abstract

The background is that students find it difficult to interpret the report text. The problem of how learning interprets the text of the observation report on class X students. The purpose of this study is describe the learning planning of interpreting the text of the observation report on class X students. This research method is classroom action research. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Based on the initial information questionnaire, it is known that 99.00% of class X students find it difficult to interpret the text of the observation report. (2) the average pre-cycle score shows that learning to interpret the text content of the observation report of class X is still lacking, namely 51.41. (3) The increase in the first cycle was 5.22. (4) Cycle II experienced an increase in score of 4.00. This increase is influenced by discovery learning and the problem of basic learning.

Abstract

Regional literature is a literature that lives and thrives in society and becomes a reflection of its people. Regional literature contains a philosophical life full of advice that contains a good moral message that can be a valuable learning for anyone. Unfortunately, there is a shift in value so that regional literature tends to be forgotten. The problem discussed in this research is how structural analysis of Levi-Strauss and what moral values ​​are contained in the story? Therefore, this study aims to analyze the folklore structurally to capture the learning of moral values ​​contained in LKSG. The method used is deskpitive. The approach used is the structural approach Levi-Strauss gives special attention to the myth. Discussion is divided into several episodes of the story to facilitate analysis. The results show that great powers are sometimes only myths that can be defeated with strong adhesions, confidence and use of common sense.

Abstract

Study has objectives, (1) describe the mistakes in the language in the field of syntax in the essay writing of foreign students in the regular class, and (2) describe the analysis of the mistakes in the language in the field of syntax in the essay writing of foreign students in the regular class in Bina Darma University. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study iswriting of foreign students in the regular class in UBD. The data is a form of language errors in the essay writting. Analyzed using a unified method and agih. Results can be divided into nine aspects, there are (1) sentence structure not standard, (2) sentence is ambiguous, (3) sentence is unclear, (4) diction is not appropriate in forming sentences, (5) contamination sentence, (6) coherence, (7) word redundant, (8) the word uptake used in a sentence, and (9) logic sentence.

Abstract

Textbooks are learning resources that are used as guidelines or handles in learning activities by students and educators (teachers). As a guide and learning material in learning activities in schools, textbooks must conform the standards of feasibility. Standards for the feasibility of textbooks as learning material, including the feasibility of content, language, and presentation. The results “Tematik Terpadu Kelas IV SD Kurikulum 2013”, namely: a) Feasibility of content: this book is appropriate and in accordance with the curriculum, KI and KD already implied in the textbook material;b) Feasibility of language: this book is feasible by using simple, communicative, and in accordance with the rules of Indonesian language that are good and correct; c) Feasibility of presentation: the presentation of this book is feasible, coherent, and interesting.
