Abstract

Backgroud: A hospital was a part of a whole system health services which aims to carry out health services, these services through the effort to healing patients .In order to to support these health services then required health information of the members of the data that is neither of the patients medical record. Objective:to determine the usage of electronic medical record in hospital. Method:The method used in this research was normative yuridis.  The data presented in the form of the patient medical record manually and electronic medical record , and the data it is very important to the hospital .Because of that , needed  there is research on how the comparison between medical record manuals by electronic medical record if record of profit and weaknesses and how in terms of safety data storage electronic medical record compared to manual medical record and assess whether electronic medical record can be used as an instrument the evidence in the investigation in the provision of health services related to not repeat this research with methods of juridical normative. Result: This research gained an electronic medical record. The results showed that has certain excellence that more so than with manual medical .Medical can also record it becomes a tool the evidence in the investigation in a similar way manual medical record. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research was the usage of electronic medical record is more savety, accurate and effective in hospital

Abstract

Background: Bath Tub is one of breading places of DBD (Dengue Fever) Vector. Presence or absence of Aedes mosquito larvae in a bath tub is depend on the type, color, material,condition and volume of bath tub.Purpose: the purpose of this study was to know the relationship of bath tub volume with presence of Aedes Aegypti Morsquito larvae and relationship between bath tub volume with dengue fever case in Winong Kotagede Yogyakarta.Methods: the method of this study was observational analysis with statistical chi square. Data collecting was done by using larvae survey of bath tub in the house and also larvae single method. The result of statistic tes used pearson chi square.Result: there was a different significant between the biggest, big, middle bath tub of larvae (H1= 74, 28 %, C1= 76,79 %) There was a significant between bath tub volume with larvae. There was a relationship between bath tub volume with dengue fever by using pearson chi square.it showed that the value of 16, 308 and sig P=0,001. Spearmen correlation showed value of 0,515 and sig p=0,000. The value of sig 0,05. So that, there was a different significant between the biggest volume (500 liter), big (250-500), middle (100-249 liter) with dangue fever. The value of odds ratio (OR=4,417) it means that the family who have the biggest, bath tub middle and small will get 4,4 times dengue fever. Then the other who have a small bath tub.Conclusion:the smallest bath tub can be minimized of larvae and less the dengue fever risk. There was different significant between bath tub volume with Aedes Aegepthi Mosquito Larvae and dengue fever case. There advised to seek regular cleaning of bath tub, so it does’nt arise dirt/ moss which causes the impression of being a dark bath tub.

Abstract

Background: PTM is a disease that is not caused by bacterial infection including degenerative chronic disease. Integrated Guidance Post (Posbindu) is one of the empowerment program that aims to increase community participation in controlling risk factors for non-communicable diseases. Based on data obtained in Dusun Tegalsari, Donotirto village, Posbindu PTM activity was attended by 30 participants from 478 people aged 15 years and still low in its utilization and participation. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of knowledge, attitude and family support with the utilization of Posbindu PTM in Degotary Tegalsari Donotirto Village Kretek District, Bantul Regency. Method: This research type is descriptive quantitative research with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study as many as 30 people in which researchers took from the population of Degotary Tegalsari village Donotirto 15 years old and actively participate in the activities posbindu PTM. Sampling using samples saturated as many as 30 people.Instrument in this research is questionnaire by using Chi Square test. Result: The result of Chi Square test shows that there is no correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM with the result of significant value (P value) the correlation between knowledge with PTM Posbindu utilization is 0.778 (P value a ). The existence of correlationbetween attitude with utilization of Posbindu PTM with result of significant value (Pvalue) equal to 0,003 (Pvalue a). The existence of correlationbetween family support with utilization of posbindu PTM with result of significant value (P value) equal to 0,001 (P value a). Conclusion: There is not significant correlation between knowledge with the utilization of Posbindu PTM, the correlation between attitude with the utilization of Posbindu PTM and family support with utilization of posbindu PTM.

Abstract

Background: Elderly is the final stage of the human life cycle, that is part of the inevitable life process and will be experienced by every individual. At this stage the individual undergoes many changes both physically and mentally, especially setbacks in various functions and abilities he once had. Preliminary study in Social House Tresna Wreda Yogyakarta Budhi Luhur Units there are 16 elderly who experience physical immobilization. In the social house has done various activities for the elderly are still active, but the elderly who experienced muscle weakness is not able to follow the exercise, so it needs to do ROM (Range Of Motion) exercise.   Objective: The general purpose of this research is to know the effect of Range Of Motion (ROM) Active Assitif training to increase the range of motion of joints in elderly who experience physical immobility at Social House of Tresna Werdha Yogyakarta unit Budhi Luhur.   Methode: This study was included in the type of pre-experiment, using the One Group Pretest Posttest design in which the range of motion of the joints before (pretest) and posttest (ROM) was performed  ROM. Subjects in this study were all elderly with impaired physical mobility in Social House Tresna Wreda Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Luhur a number of 14 elderly people. Data analysis in this research use paired sample t-test statistic  Result: The result of this research shows that there is influence of ROM (Range of Motion) Active training to increase of range of motion of joints in elderly who experience physical immobility at Social House Tresna Wredha Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Luhur.  Conclusion: There is influence of ROM (Range of Motion) Active training to increase of range of motion of joints in elderly who experience physical immobility at Social House Tresna Wredha Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Luhur.

Abstract

Background: Children under five years old, in a period of their growth, are represent group which is influenced by existence of the change intake consume food. The cause of children under five years old who have lacked of nutrition are generally they lacked of intake food, they often sick or they have infection. The aims of this study is to know the correlation between eat pattern with nutrition status of children under five years old in transmigration area of ring I Trisik, South Coastal of Kulonprogo.Methods: This research was a descriptive research with cross-sectional design. This Research represent analytic descriptive research with device of cross sectional. The subject of this research consist of children under five years old in transmigration area of ring I Trisik, South Coastal of Kulonprogo. The data was taken by total sampling (n=30). The data were collected through observation weight of children under five years old and distributed questioner about eat pattern to respondent.Result: The finding of the research show that children under five years old who have proper eat pattern can be classified into 17 children under five years old (56,67%), 12 children under five years old (40%) having enough eat pattern, and only 1 children under five years old (3,33%) having lack of eat pattern. Most of the children under five years old have proper nutrition status with 22 children under five years old (73,33%) and 8 children under five years old (26,67%) having lack of nutrition status. The result of chi square test that relates between eat pattern with children under five years old is 0.001 for p value.Conclusion: There is a significance relationship between eat pattern and nutrition status of children under five years old in transmigration area of ring I Trisik, South Coastal of Kulonprogo

Abstract

Background: Mercury (Hg) is used illegally in cosmetics as a whitening or skin lightening agent because of its ability to inhibit melanin formation on the surface of the skin. Mercury can make white skin smooth in a relatively short time, but this substance has a negative effect on health because it can accumulate in the body. This is because mercury that enters the human body is not easily excreted. This mercury can accumulate in the human body especially in the kidney, liver and brain organs.Objective: This study is aimed to find out whether mercury is sold in skin whitening product by Online Shop.Methods: This research was a descriptive study by using the color reaction test method. The samples in this study were 6 samples taken from the Online Shop. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The procedure of the color reaction test was the sample is weighed 2 grams and then added 25 ml of mineral water and 10 ml of mineral water, then evaporated until it was almost dry. At the last evaporation added 10 ml mineral water. Then it was heated for a while, cooled and filtered. The next step on Potassium Iodide was 0.5 N 1 ml of sample solution put into a test tube and then add 2 drops of Potassium Iodide slowly through the tube wall, if there was a change in the color of orange with precipitate, then the positive reaction contains mercury.Results: This study showed that the six samples of non-facial skin whitening products which is sold in the Online Shop obtained three positive samples containing mercury, due to an orange discoloration with sediment and three samples containing negative mercury.Conclusion: There were three positive samples containing mercury marked by an orange discoloration in skin whitening purchased by Online Shop.Keywords: Mercury, Skin whitening products, Color reactions.

Abstract

Background: The ABC behavioral model was used to understand why some behaviors can occur and become an effective way to improve the expected behaviors because in ABC behavioral model there are consequences that can be used to motivate the frequency of expected behaviors to increase. The result of Balai Yasa Yogyakarta clinical report documents observation was known that 80% accident incident reported caused by unsafe action. The usage of PPE is the spearhead of accident prevention applied in Balai Yasa because other risks control measures such as elimination, substitution, and modification cannot be applied because all the control efforts are related to the work process. Some efforts to control risk by administration has been implemented but not maximized due to continuous socialization efforts besides the safety talks cannot be implemented.Objective: To understand safety behavior of UPT Balai Yasa Workers especially personal protective equipment (PPE) utilization used ABC Approach. Methods: This research used qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research subjects were 15 people. The data analysis used content analysis.Results: Activator (A) which plays a role in the usage of PPE was the role of management, knowledge, awareness, and attitudes of workers. Both external and internal activators were interrelated and cannot stand on their own to be able to generate the safe behaviors at work. Consequences (C) in the use of PPE in UPT Balai Yasa Yogyakarta has not run well, that make the less role in the formation of workers behavior. Some reasons workers did not use PPE during work were: (a) PPE was unavailable, (b) PPE was uncomfortable, (c) lack of strict consequences, (d) low worker awareness of the importance of using PPE.Conclusion: The formation of obedience behaviors of the PPE usage by production workers need synergy between the activator element(A) and consistency of implementation of consequences (C). Keywords: Safety Behavior, ABC Approach, Behavior Based Safety, PPE utilization.

Abstract

Background: Medical record units as part of supporting medical services in hospitals have an important role in improving the quality of services in hospitals. The indicator of service quality in hospital is measured by incomplete inpatient medical record files. Based on several studies in various hospitals, the complete of inpatient medical record files is around 70% - 80% from 100%. Based on the preliminary data in action research in PKU Muhammadiyah hospital, there were 60 % incomplete in filling the medical resume from 100% target. There are many things that occurred, one of them are about human resources that is affected by behavior, the implementation of operational standards in filling medical records, punish and reward files. Objective: To review the factors that affect the quality of service in medical record units related to improving the quality of hospital services.  Methods: the method of this study used relevant health databases including Scholars by using a combination of  terms: hospital service quality indicators, incompleteness in filling medical medical records, quality of medical record services. Results: The result of this study said that there were related between medical record services and quality of hospital services. The quality indicator in the medical record can be able to be measured was the number of incomplete filling in medical record files. Abstract

Background: Problems of malnutrition were found in developing countries, one of them was anemia. The highest proportion of anemia in Indonesia in pregnant women was 37,1%, followed by underfives 12-59 month was 28,1% and population ≥1 year was 21,7%. Adolescents also become susceptible to anemia. Anemia can lead to fatigue, disturbed concentration resulting in decreased learning achievement and work productivity, resulting in a weak immune system that causes infection easily. The purpose of this research is to know the frequency distribution of anemia occurrence at students of Fadlun Minalloh Boarding School. Methods: The study used cross-sectional design with 43 female students at Fadlun Minalloh boarding school. Hemoglobin levels were measured using the Hemo-Cue system, weight measured using digital scales and height using microtoise. Body image and breakfast habits were measured using questionnaire. Chi Square test was used for bivariate. Result: The percentage of anemia in PP Fadlun Minalloh was 58,3%. Anemia is most prevalent in v the 12-14 years age group of 44%. Most santri have breakfast habits of 88.4%. Most santri have good nutrition status that is equal to 48,9%. Most of the respondents had a positive body image of 60.5%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed no significant relationship between age (p =0,14), BMI (0,85), body image (0,94) and breakfast habits(0,93) with anemia in female students.  Conclution: More than 50% of female students at Fadlun Minalloh boarding school were anemia.The greatest incidence of anemia in the 12-14 year age group. Most respondents have breakfast habits, good nutritional status, and positive body image. There was no significant relationship between age, BMI, body image, breakfast habits with the incidence of anemia on adolescent girls. Keywords: anemia, body image, BMI

Abstract

Background: Traditional herbs are ingredients or herbs in the form of plant material, animal ingredients, mineral ingredients, galenic preparations or mixtures of these ingredients, it has been used as medicine traditionally.Objective: This study is aimed to Identify of Sildenafil Citrate on “Jamu Kuat” (Herbal Medicine) products.Methods: This type of research was descriptive and the sample was determined by quota sampling. The method used Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) which was a physicochemical method. There were seven samples were extracted by the soxhletation method until a thick extract was obtained to be spotted in the quite phase of TLC silica gel F254. The motion phase used to identify sildenafil citrate was chloroform: ethyl acetate (6: 4). Spots detection was done by observation under UV light 366 nm and the spots that appeared were calculated of Rf value and compared with the comparable Rf value of sildenafil citrate.Results: From this study, there were samples containing sildenafil citrate. Sample C with a sample Rf value of 0.75 and sample D with Rf value of sample 0.78 and a comparable Rf of sildenafil citrate 0.77.Conclusion: The seven samples of “Jamu Kuat” contained sildenafil citrate in Banguntapan and Pleret Districts, Bantul Regency.
