Abstract

Abstract-Network security system on a computer that connected to the internet must be well planned and understood in order to effectively protect the resource in the network. how to find out the vulnerability of a network, so that by knowing the weaknesses in the network, then steps to overcome this drawback can be done. One of the forms taken includes conducting periodic analysis, both logical and physical. so that later it is expected that the analysis will produce an audit report containing the detection of various existing vulnerabilities, then take appropriate protective steps, which needed as a guarantee of security for the sustainability of the system. Nipper works by benchmarking the configuration of a router. After completing the inspection, you can see the configuration information as well as the security level of the router. Nessus works by scanning predetermined targets, such as a set of hosts or a separate host. Once the scan activity is complete, you can see the result information in either a graph or a line

Abstract

From an environmental perspective, implementation and awareness of environmental sustainability are translated into sustainable development policies. To become a sustainable development, the performance of development must consider environmental, social, and economic factors based on living resources that ensure the quality of life of present and future generations. The rapid development of the city will always be followed by population growth. It will lead to land-use change, especially in areas that have potential land values ??for development. The Regional Government's role in controlling the conversion of land functions is by determining the allocation of agricultural land for food crops. However, the community often responds to this directive as discriminatory treatment because of restrictions on the right to build on their land, which is different from other people's land in areas designated for settlement and tourism. There is an indication of a common form of space utilization control. Besides, the principle of justice is not created for the people who own land for agricultural purposes. In terms of utilization, land allocated for agriculture cannot build buildings that are not following their original function, but landowners' incentives are not optimal. Likewise, investors who make villas and restaurants on land designated for agriculture are not subject to appropriate disincentives. This phenomenon that occurs in Canggu Village reflects that the control of spatial use listed in the RTRW direction of Badung Regency does not yet have the principles of justice and the principles of sustainable development. Concerning the preceding, as an effort to overcome the phenomenon while preventing further similar phenomena from occurring and protecting the values ??of social justice in society, management of spatial use control is required, especially on land designated for food crop agriculture.

Abstract

The development of information technology has spurred new ways of life that meet people's electronic needs, such as e-commerce, e-government, e-education, and so on. IT involvement in an institution or organization causes system changes that have an impact on changes in the way of performance [1]. Good use of technology is important for local governments [2]. In addition to facilitating the reporting process, information systems can support the main tasks and functions of government. The online presence system is one of the supporting tools in government to support the implementation of e-government. To support the quality of the system and increase the trust of interested parties, it is necessary to conduct an audit of the online presence system development process. Measuring the level of maturity of the online presence system development process using the CMMI framework. The percentage of maturity level in the presence system development process is 73.33 at level 2. Each process area of ??CMMI can be achieved through a questionnaire that has been distributed to the team involved in the online presence system development process.

Abstract

Architectural researchers have conducted researches on the architectural orientation of vernacular settlements, both explicitly and implicitly. The study results differ based on the understanding of the resident's culture of the community, their beliefs, and the context of their settlements. They understand that vernacular settlement architectural orientation results in a different orientation direction in one territory from another in Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelago country with various tribes spread throughout the Indonesian archipelago. Each ethnic group has a different culture of living, so that the orientation of the Settlement as a form of relationship between tribal people and their "priority" is also different. The complexity of vernacular payments in Indonesia is fascinating to trace the grand conception through inductive studies. This study aimed to examine the conceptual orientation of the elaborate architectural direction of vernacular settlements in Indonesia using the literature method through the hermeneutic approach. The object of the study is the publication of research results in the form of journals and proceedings. The research results are (1) the conception of symbolic analogy, which means expressing an identity of immanent and transcendental relationships between people in a vernacular architectural territory with their "priority"; and (2) logical conception, understanding the existence of a place of residence as a necessity of life.

Abstract

Concerns about the waning identity of Balinese architecture led the Provincial Government of Bali to issue Perda No. 2, 3, 4 of 1974, which was later revised to No. 5 of 2005 concerning Architectural Requirements of the Building. . This requirement emphasizes that building architecture in Bali must have the characteristics of Balinese traditional architecture, especially in tourism areas where there are many tourist accommodations. But on the other hand, there are various perceptions and interpretations according to the interests of each architect regarding the Architectural Requirements of the Building. Architects as practitioners in architectural design have a responsibility to maintain environmental quality, especially architecture in Bali. This study aims to identify the Architectural Requirements from an architect's point of view. The subject is architects who practice in Bali, selected by purposive sampling technique with the keyword tourist accommodation architectural designers in Bali. The variables of the design process that are the focus of the study are aspects of creativity dan critical issues. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed by ranking each statement variable to obtain a comparison between the architect's interpretation variables. This study identifies two broad categories, namely how architects view traditional Balinese architecture as a priority issue that must be considered in designing and how the architect's cognitive response to Architectural Requirements in the design process.

Abstract

The development of information technology that has developed in government is very helpful in the process of managing government infrastructure. In the Gianyar Regency Development Section which has implemented a system, namely the TEPRA. TEPRA is a system used to carry out the process of monitoring the realization of the budget given to each OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) in Gianyar Regency to find out any problems or obstacles that might occur when realizing the program of each related OPD. The frequent mistakes made by TEPRA Operators in completing data information about the program of the relevant OPDs are the reason that it is necessary to carry out an audit of the TEPRA information system. The audit process of the TEPRA information system uses a framework, namely COBIT 4.1. In the research process carried out using COBIT 4.1 and with a total of 110 respondents consisting of the Head of the Bagian Pembangunan, the Head of the Sub-Division of Pengendalian and Pembangunan , TEPRA Staff, and TEPRA Operators in each related OPD, resulting in a maturity level of 3.09 (defined). From the results obtained, generally the TEPRA system has been running or implemented properly. With this maturity level, there is a maturity gap so that improvements need to be made in order to achieve the expected maturity level.
