The main problem in this journal is about people who have memorized the Qur'an. What is the law if someone has memorized the Qur'an, then he forgets to memorize it. So in this journal hadiths related to the threat of forgetting to memorize the Qur'an will be reviewed or discussed. As it is known that forgetting is a trait that is owned by all humans, including a hafidz. In a hadith it is explained that the Prophet also forgot a verse. Forget what the hadith means. This is where the author is interested in discussing it in a journal.

This paper traces the occurrence of the 'Amwas outbreak by involving the social conditions of the community through the records of historians as well as an analysis of the policies of successful leaders in the past in tackling disease outbreaks, including the caliph Umar bin Khattab. So the problem that will be answered in this paper is how the policies of the caliph Umar bin Khattab in dealing with disease outbreaks in his time. So the method used to answer this problem, the authors use descriptive qualitative methods, namely looking for answers from various literatures that explain the summary of the policies of the caliph Umar bin Khattab in tackling disease outbreaks. The finding that in policies during the reign of the caliph Umar bin Khattab there were also restrictions on community activities to prevent the circulation of the 'Amwas virus, the same as what was done in preventing the circulation of the Covid 19 virus that hit the world today.

Discourses on issues of religion and state have attracted the attention of many Muslim scholars and are always interesting to study. This is because in Islam it is not explicitly explained. One of the highlights of this problem is Al Mawardi. Al Mawardi's political theories are considered to be relevant and provide sub-sanctions to regulate obedience. Indonesia, which involved religion in its establishment, is certainly very interesting when viewed from the theory put forward by Al Mawardi regarding the relationship between religion and state. The purpose of this study is to see the relevance of Al Mawardi's theory regarding the relationship between religion and state in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with a non-interactive qualitative approach, namely the main data source is the book Al Ahkam Sulthaniyyah by Al Mawardi by looking at the relationship between religion and the state of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between religion and state as stated by Al Mawardi has relevance to the situation in Indonesia, although it is not entirely the same as that stated by Al Mawardi, at least with the accommodative attitude of the Indonesian government towards religion. Of course this can show the goodwill of the state in relation to religion. This finding can certainly add to the wealth of Islam in the state, so as to create a hearmonization of good relations between religion and state.

From some of the explanations above, several conclusions can be drawn, including: Violence in household is human behavior (a person / group of people) that can cause suffering to others (individuals / groups). Meanwhile, forms of violence in household can be in the form of physical violence or psychological violence. Including physical violence is intercourse with a wife who is menstruating or forcing sexual intercourse.One example of domestic violence in terms of forced sexual intercourse includes: Forcing sexual intercourse when the wife is not ready or in her period. Sexual intercourse accompanied by torture, and Coercion of sexual intercourse in a way that the wife does not wantAllah forbids husband and wife relations when the wife is menstruating, because menstrual blood contains arsenic, iodine, and phosphorus. Menstruation is like a way to cleanse a woman's body and free it from toxins and impurities. Having intercourse with women while they are menstruating brings disease and dangers to both men and women

This paper will try to illustrate the concepts offered by Ibn Khaldun on State and government, with the main explanations regarding the concept of ashabiyah (group solidarity) and its role on state formation, rise and collapse. According to theIbnu Khaldun, ashabiyyah is the driving force of the country and the foundation for the establishment of a state or dynasty . Ashabiyyah have a major role in the expansion of the country after the establishment of the country's foundation. When ashabiyyah is strong , the states can be expanded otherwise if asabiyyah weak , then the area of the states appears relativelylimited

The problem of this research lies in the practise of setting wages for services to read the Qur’an at the graves of people who have just died with a certain number and determined by the party renting commercializing the reading of the Qur’an. The main pupose of implementation gurading graves of people who have just died is to help mayit in his barzakh, recitation of Qur’an as a helping media for mayit. Usually society carried out this guarding grave for their family or their parents which as long as their live in the world ignore their obligation to God of Allah and they had worse morals, as their faith to the spririt of their family or their parent’s spirit they looking for the people who has been prepare the service for reading the Qur’an at their graves and the recitation as a prayer for the spirit. To guarding the grave the reader had make a rate for a night as much as IDR. 1.000.000 it can be increase and can be decrease according to the agreement of two parties in their contract and based on the conditions of the the object in ijarah, this practise have not been fulfilled as a whole, namely the point of benefit the object ability of the object to be transacted in an ijarah agreement and this object include in an obedient of the heirs to pray for their parent’s spirit. This research written by qualitative descriptif method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documenation, and additional book as a literature references. The main discusssin in this research is an implementation of wages in reading the Qur’an at the grave and review of fiqh muamalah about that implementation. In fiqh muamalah review the implementation of reading the Qur’an in the grave with the rate of payment is forbidden in Islam based on narrative hadits “read the Qur’an and do not take eat something from it” read the Qur’an at the grave is allowed but not to be commercial to take much money from worship work Based on agreement of ulama Mazhab Maliki and Syafi’i allowed to take repayment from the Qur’an (as not to be commercializing) while Hanafi and Hanbali didn’t allowed to take repayment from the Qur’an and based on the benefit of the object of ijarah is not fulfilled and the object ability to be transacted.

تحظر الحكومة عودة الشعب الإندونيسي إلى الوطن مرتين، أي في عامي 2020 و 2021 بحيث يكون هناك العديد من النزاعات من المجتمع. لا يتفق الكثيرون مع الحظر ويتفق البعض على أن هناك اضطرابات بين الناس، خاصة أولئك الذين يعيشون ويعملون في المناطق الحضرية، لذلك من المثير للاهتمام إجراء دراسة متعمقة. يعتبر هذا البحث بحثاً قانونياً وصفيًا نوعيًا، أي البحث الذي يتم من خلال ملاحظة ظاهرة عودة العيد النوعي إلى الوطن الممنوعة ثم وصفها وصفيًا.الغرض من هذا البحث هو شرح تحريم عودة العيد إلى الوطن خلال جائحة كوفيد -19 في مراجعة للثقافة الإسلامية والقانون.يتم الحصول على بيانات البحث بطريقة دراسة التوثيق ومراقبة الظواهر، حيث يوجد حظر على عودة العيد إلى الوطن ويجب أن يكون ذلك مقبولاً.ثم بعد جمع البيانات، تم إجراء تحليل البيانات باستخدام طرق التحليل النوعي الوصفي. وأظهرت النتائج أن حظر العودة إلى الوطن من وجهة نظر ثقافية هي ثقافة توارثتها الأجيال قبل عصر ماجاباهيت والتي تغيرت بعد ذلك مع وجود الإسلام في جاوة ونفذت لحظة العودة إلى مسقط رأسها في عيد الأضحى المبارك. -فطر.ورد حظر العودة إلى المنزل في مراجعة قانونية إيجابية في قانون (UU) رقم 6 لعام 2018 بشأن الحجر الصحي وهو منتج قانوني تم تقنينه في 7 أغسطس 2018 كمحاولة لمنع انتشار فيروس كورونا.ثم في مراجعة الشريعة الإسلامية تحريم العودة إلى المنزل لاتباع مبادئ فقيه الفراء مع فقيه الدروري. نظرا لحالة فيروس كورونا المستشري، فمن الأفضل تجنب الطوارئ والقيام بالعودة إلى الوطن، ليس فقط في العيد. أفضل ما في الأمر هو أن هذه المقالة نُشرت في الأصل باللغة الإندونيسية.

Islam merupakan risalah rahmat yang telah popular dikalangan umat. Namun konsepnya belum dielaborasi secara serius dan memadai sehingga pengetahuan tersebut tidak berkembang menjadi wacana yang menghasilkan ketentuan atau kriteria tentang keislaman yang jelas dan operasional. Maka dari itu tidak aneh jika ada gerakan-gerakan umat yang memiliki orientasi yang saling bertentangan sama-sama mengklaim menjadi gerakan untuk mewujudkan Islam sebagai agama rahmat. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis dan menggali lebih dalam lagi tentang konsep negara ideal menurut QS. Al Baqarah ayat 126.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis syariat Islam terhadap masalah penguatan perkawinan dari aspek kajian sosio hukum dan meninjau metode yang mengurangi tingkat perceraian perspektif syariat Islam dan sosiologi hukum serta memperkokoh hubungan perkawinan. Meningkatnya perceraian merupakan salah satu indikator bahwa suatu perkawinan haruslah terdapat model penguatan guna menggapai keharmonisan rumah tangga, salah satu aspek penting dalam hal tersebut adalah mendalami syari'at islam dan prinsip prinsip sosial masyarakat dengan kajian sosiologi hukum atau sosio hukum. Metode, penelitian padamyang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah yuridis, normatif dan Sumber data yangnya adalah data sekunder sedangkan teknik penelitian ,, data yang digunakan ,, adalah teknik penelitian ,, penelitian perpustakaan(kepustakaan). Oleh karena itu penelitian memberikan variabelitas cara melakukan penguatan terhadap perkawinan rumah tangga.

This paper tries to explain the concept of child care, maintenance and adoption in Islam in terms of the perspective of children's rights in the family in Islamic law and several decisions made by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The aim of this paper is to contribute to a better understanding of the Islamic view of child rearing, child support and adoption.
