Abstract

Humans are creatures of God who have the character and nature of mutual need between one another. This is what is called muamalah. No one can have everything he wants without the help of others. For this reason, God inspired them to trade trades and everything that would be beneficial, one of them by buying and selling.The Islamic Shari'a encourages people to trade and advocates it as a way to gather fortune, because Islam recognizes procdutivity because Islam is the last religion that has been perfect and is universal, applies to all humans, all nations and the substance of their teachings brings the goodness of life. In addition, Islam is also an eternal religion (valid from one era to the next) until the Day of Judgment. Islamic teachings regulate all aspects of human life including about trading or doing business even to the procedure for taking legitimate profits.

Abstract

This research begins with an initial hypothesis that there is a positive impact on the issuance of regional regulations regarding the obligation to wear Muslim clothing in the city of Padangsidimpuan. This research was conducted in a sub-district in Padangsidmpuan City, South Padangsidimpuan Subdistrict, as an instrument for data collection carried out by direct observation. The results obtained from the observation and dissemination of the questionnaire obtained that the public's knowledge of the obligation to wear Muslim clothing showed that most people knew it. Abstract

Mustahik zakat is the people who are entitled to receive the assets of sakat issued by zakat payers. Mustahik zakat it self there are eight groups of indigent people, poor people, administrators of zakat, the Mu'allaf who are persuaded by their hearts, to (liberate) slaves, people who owe for the cause of Allah and for those who are on the journey, as a duty prescribed by Allah, and Allah is Knower, Wise.The law of making orphans as mustahik zakat can be seen from two sides as follows: Poor orphaned children, orphans who live in poor condition, especially fakir, it is permissible to get a share of zakat. If orphans have assets or are rich or have rich families who take care of them, the group of orphans may not be made as recipients of zakat because the orphans have property, while people who have unauthorized assets become mustahik zakat.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred thing, that is not just getting legal status, but also various consequences as a result of the engagement ('aqad) to be woven. In a legal marriage, it is mandatory for the husband to provide a living for his wife and submit accordingly. But the reality that occurs in the community, not infrequently husband and wife relations lead to divorce, which then raises new problems, namely the granting of rights in the form of livelihood. The provision of this income is related to the time limit for living, the deadline is the difference between Asghar Ali Engineer and the opinion of the majority of scholars.

Abstract

Marriage requirements must be fulfilled before holding the qobul marriage contract. The law of dowry is fardu and the sunnah. Mahar is given by the husband to the wife after the first wati, if the same is the acknowledgment before the marriage contract that he is an officer. If it is not official then it must be divorced, because unlawful marriage one of them has committed adultery willingly. Mahar agreed before and after the marriage contract. Mahar must be paid by the husband half if divorced before the first wati, but may be forgiven by his ex-wife or guardian, if before the marriage ceremony the dowry has been determined together and and there is no iddah, if there is regret the ex-husband wants to marry her from the beginning of the marriage, dowry, consent qobul. Abstract

Charitable which is its law isobliged to sin leaving it and reward do/conduct him by up to standard and its foundation. Charitable law which issunnah will complete lacking of religious service which isobliged to or which isfardu. Prayer sit among  two sujud واجبرني ought to be practiced by which is sunnah, otherwise hence inappropriate among word with deed. Difference among word with deed of hateful by matter of Subhanahu ta'ala wa Allah.

Abstract

HaqqulYaqin The Naqsabandiyah Order is one of the tarekat that developed in SimpangEmpatPasaman Barat, in spreading Sufistic teachings by using the method of remembrance as a form of ritual and its teachings. The purpose of the ritual activities carried out is to get mercy, pleasure, pleasure, get help in the world and the hereafter, get the advantages (supernatural powers and treatment) as well as the hope of efforts to achieve closeness with Allah as the ultimate goal.When considered HaqqulYaqin the Naqsabandiyah Congregation appears to have similarities with the muktabarahtarekat regarding basic teachings and practices and runs the Shari'a based on the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the qaul ulama. But in some ways HaqqulYaqin the Naqsabandiyah Order is different from the muktabarahtarekat, for example the acceptance of new followers, wirid, training, tawajjuh, and tends to spiritual welfare or individual supernatural powers

Abstract

Rizqi said often heard by us in everyday life. However, not everyone knows and understands the true meaning of Rizqi. Most people who think that Rizqi is only in the form of assets or money. Humans often see the rizqi only a matter of money generated from his labors to work, even though the rizqi of God is very broad. Basically, Rizqi is not only in the form of assets or money. If people knew this, surely they would always be grateful to Allah for what they have. The real meaning of Rizqi is everything that is beneficial that Allah permits for humans, be it clothing, food, wife and children
