Abstract

Petanque is a form of sports game that aims to throw an iron ball closer to the wooden ball. This study aims to determine how much influencetarget training has cone and tireon the results ofaccuracy shooting at 9 meters forathletes Petanque Brebes. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research with the research method of Quasi Experimental Design. While the research design used Two Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample used was 8 athletes Petanque Brebes Regency. The results showed that the increase in targettraining cone and tireto the results of theaccuracy of shooting 9 meters based on the results of the calculation of thetable Test of Homogeneity of Variances obtained the value of Sig = 0.069. Homogeneity with a significance level of 5% or 0.05, indicates that the Sig value is 0.069> 0.05, so for the overall hypothesis variable Ho: accepted. The conclusion of this study is the effect of targettraining cone and tireon the results of the accuracy of shooting a distance of 9 meters at Petanque athletes in Brebes Regency.

Abstract

This research examines PT. "X" which engaged in automotive business sector, specifically in two-wheeled automotive under Honda brand. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT "X". This research provides benefits as material and study or consideration as well as contribution from author for common readers, and particularly as an input for decision makers to improve employee performance at PT. "X". The method quantitative with the approach casusal explanatory by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population of this research is 80 employees. The results shows that there is a positive influence between servant leadership and work motivation on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to analyze the subjective well-being and the burn out of medical personnel during the pandemic Covid-19. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of correlational test research, which is a study used to find the relationship between two or more variables. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the level of subjective well-being on medical personnel during the covid-19 pandemic was at the low level of 37.5%, while the moderate level of 31.25% and at the high level of 31.25%. The factors that influence subjective well-being consist of gender, goals, religion or spirituality, social relationship quality factors, and personality. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that subjective well-being has a correlation with burnout. There is a negative relationship between subjective well-being and burnout in medical personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the higher the subjective well-being the lower the burnout, and vice versa.

Abstract

Currently the system of automatic number plate recognition (ALPR, automatic license plate recognition) has started from anywhere in the country. Letter Plate there is a picture of the license plate number of the vehicle and then an image of the result of the algorithm for shopping alpha numerical images into text format. Although it may seem easy for humans, it turns out that plate detection is very complicated with computers while there are some location-related problems with, point of view, light, and occlusion. The purpose of this study is to know the results of the Can Plate Method Viola Jones KNN. This research methods the Viola Jones method (HaarCasscade) to build a plate detection system using the Python 3.0 programming language as well as the Open CV library. The information that lies in plate detection (from the way of insertion to completion and its supporting language programs) is minimal research in this field. At this stage, research can be done directly on the vehicle license plate object.

Abstract

Mass media in the middle of the community in providing information is very good both important because people have fast, precise and accurate information. Online media is an option to be able to information because according to reason and the pen many where and whenever. This research is further to provide an overview of the criticisms that occur in the Central Government related to the handling of Large-Scale Social (PSBB). Online media such as Tempo.com and Kompas.com frame the news for the criticism that the Central Government with the PSBB stipulates and the validity period of the economic sector. The decision made by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan as a measure of handling the Covid-19 virus was postponed by the Minister of Health Terawan and the final result on April 07, 2020. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with framing analysis model by Robert N. Entman. As a result of this study, both Tempo and Kompas's online news media criticized the site created by the Central Government. The tempo of the central government's policy is convoluted and very bureaucratic in psbb policy. Meanwhile, Kompas, framing the president of the MCC, Sohibul Iman the four of them in the absence of command from the leadership of the Republic of Indonesia which is handling Covid-19 became sluggish.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is anything to know how big the appearance of the field of health, pelitif and excellent service This research method of descriptive statistical analysis in a double way double with the method of double pardigma two free variables and one variable variable. each variable is a promise, the 33rd relationship, one by one or good. analysis of which analysis between analysis variables with Health Field Performance may be Y= 47.215+ 0.123X2 and double regression related between variables and excellent service together with health field performance again Y= 27.594+ 0.370 X1+ 0.127X2. From the results of this study, there is an influence between the capabilities of the health sector in puskesmas which is linked to the research hypothesis, namely there is an influence between the health sector and the health sector, there is the influence of excellent services with the field of health, and there is the influence of excellent capabilities and services together with the field of health in the Tanjungsari Health Center Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to analyze the work stress and the burn out of teachers of children with Special Needs during the pandemic Covid-19. This research uses a quantitative method with a type of correlational test research, which is a study used to find the relationship between two or more variables. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the level of subjective well-being on teachers of children with special needs during the Covid-19 pandemic was at a low level of 33.3%, while the moderate level of 35.5% and at the high level of 31.1%. Abstract

This research is based on testing whether the price that can not be done, the card, the numbered reading power and usefulness are bernyimat and intention for the user of the system in the applicationdriver. The Indriver Application System Acceptance analysis uses the exemplary Technology Acceptance click model. The data is from user applications from 100 indrivers in South Jakarta with a cavalier online questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted using the Element-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Compliant Model using SmartPLS3. The results of the 2020 price price and positive effects and energy on the use of indriver namedn. Easy pricing has a positive effect but not as low as indriver price. Plant-based power may have a positive and energizing effect on the user on the indriver. Its chewing uses are positive effects and energy on indriver users. The service room has a positive effect and speaks to its obvious uses. Room service services have a positive effect but not good on users in the year indriver. User promo users have a positive effect and very intent intention to driver on on. Located from the results of the study and above, it can be concluded that the price is positive and wide spread perception perception statistically.

Abstract

The research objectives are to describe: 1) the development of a collaborative supervision process to improve teacher professional competence in developing teaching materials; 2) increasing the professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Bunyu after applying the collaborative supervision approach. This research is a qualitative research, with aapproach phenomenological qualitative descriptive. Qualitative data were obtained from observation sheets and interviews. Meanwhile, the quantitative data were obtained from the test results. The test consists of two cycles. Data were analyzed using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which is a development model of Kurt Lewin's model. It is said that, because in a cycle consists of four components, the four components include: (1) planning, (2) action / action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The benefits of this research can be used as a reference to serve as an alternative approach to supervision to improve teacher competence and school quality as a result of increasing the quality of teacher work in carrying out their professional duties.

The purpose of this study is to data who obsgin specialists do not comply in clinical pathways in every way sectio caesaria medical education services. Qualitative research type by way of interview indepth how it works. The results of the study idawan each informant already understand the purpose and purpose of clinical pathways but has not been informed with four reasons, namely not in, the request of doctors, management of the word, and the unclear existence of the order. What this does leads to changes in quality and cost and patient safety so that hospital performance is patient.
