Abstract

Mass media in the middle of the community in providing information is very good both important because people have fast, precise and accurate information. Online media is an option to be able to information because according to reason and the pen many where and whenever. This research is further to provide an overview of the criticisms that occur in the Central Government related to the handling of Large-Scale Social (PSBB). Online media such as Tempo.com and Kompas.com frame the news for the criticism that the Central Government with the PSBB stipulates and the validity period of the economic sector. The decision made by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan as a measure of handling the Covid-19 virus was postponed by the Minister of Health Terawan and the final result on April 07, 2020. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with framing analysis model by Robert N. Entman. As a result of this study, both Tempo and Kompas's online news media criticized the site created by the Central Government. The tempo of the central government's policy is convoluted and very bureaucratic in psbb policy. Meanwhile, Kompas, framing the president of the MCC, Sohibul Iman the four of them in the absence of command from the leadership of the Republic of Indonesia which is handling Covid-19 became sluggish.

Abstract

Molecular techniques have been applied as fast and accurate detection methods of plant pathogenic bacteria. Bacteria-specific primer 27F paired with the universal primer 1492R was used in PCR to detect plant pathogenic bacteria in symptomatic leaves of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.), chili pepper (Capsicum annum L.), napa cabbage (Brassica rapa subsp. pekinensis L.), cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.), and longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.). The targeted single bands with length of 1400 bp were obtained but bidirectional sequencing of the PCR products recovered partial sequence of chloroplast instead of bacterial genomes. Thus, this result confirmed cross amplification of 27F/1492R primer pair against chloroplast genome of plants. Phylogenetic tree was constructed to separate the tested isolates according to their taxonomic relations: Order Sapindales, Solanales, and Brassicales. In-silico analysis on the new five and nineteen selected sequences in NCBI GenBank detected at least seven conserved regions with some single nucleotide polymorphisms. This report might be a cautionary advice for other researchers to avoid false positive results which could lead to misdiagnosis of bacterial plant diseases.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan tipe hewan yang mudah dalam pemeliharaan. Dalam pemeliharaan hewan, memiliki aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu terkait pemberian pakan. Tetapi, kadang kala aktivitas pemberian pakan sulit dilakukan jika pemilik hewan sedang sibuk dalam aktivitas atau sedang berada di luar rumah. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things yang dapat mempermudah manusia dalam memantau sesuatu dari jarak jauh, penelitian ini memberikan solusi untuk membuat alat pakan kucing otomatis yang dapat dipantau melalui aplikasi Android dari serta dapat membuat penjadwalan pemberian pakan. Adanya sistem ini, dapat memudahkan pemilik kucing untuk melakukan aktivitas pemberian pakan pada kucing sesuai waktu yang telah ditentukan, dan juga dapat melakukan penjadwalan pemberian pakan dengan menetapkan waktu pemberian pakan dan takaran porsi pakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ADDIE. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan setelah melewati pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat pemberian pakan otomatis yang dibangun dapat mengeluarkan pakan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 95,62%, dengan rata-rata error 4,38% atau selisih sekitar 1-3 gram dari berat porsi pakan yang dimasukkan pengguna. Aplikasi Android yang dibangun juga dapat menerima informasi mengenai berat pakan, notifikasi aktivitas alat, serta melakukan pengaturan jadwal dan notifikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public understanding and trust levels on low fintech-based financial inclusion in Asahan Regency. The phenomenon of inequality between high digital penetration and low fintech adoption in rural areas is the main research background. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method of 100 respondents spread across 25 sub-districts, using a Likert scale-based questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study indicate that public understanding and trust have a significant influence on digital financial inclusion. This is proven through hypothesis testing with t-statistic values ​​above 1.96 and p-value <0.05, respectively. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that the two independent variables explain almost all of the variation in financial inclusion. These findings strengthen the Technology Acceptance Model theory and consumer trust theory, and emphasize the importance of literacy strategies and consumer protection in supporting financial inclusion. This study also develops a micro index of fintech inclusion based on the dimensions of access, use, and service quality. These findings are expected to be the basis of policies for local governments, regulators, and industry players in expanding inclusive finance in remote areas more effectively

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public Understanding and Trust on the low Financial Inclusion of Medan City residents in using mobile banking in the cashless society era. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey technique with questionnaires distributed to 100 randomly selected respondents based on the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, with validity, reliability, and path analysis tests. The results reveal that public Understanding (digital financial literacy) and Trust significantly and positively influence Financial Inclusion through mobile banking adoption in Medan City. Despite improvements in technological infrastructure and access, challenges remain in user knowledge and trust in financial technology. Public Understanding, which encompasses both technical use and the ability to make informed financial decisions, was found to be a key determinant. Trust in digital financial services, influenced by factors such as data security, transaction clarity, and transparency, also plays a crucial role in encouraging mobile banking use. Statistical analysis indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variation in Financial Inclusion, aligning with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Trust-Based Acceptance Model (TBAM), as well as previous studies

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to ascertain how production and sales rates, and sales growth relate to changes in net profit between 2021 and 2023. Design/methodology/approach: This study used a quantitative descriptive strategy, with purposive sampling as a technique for selecting samples based on certain criteria, and the study population consisted of 18 organizations. Information was obtained from financial reports accessed on the website www.idx.co.id. Findings: According to this analysis, the factors of sales growth, production costs, and operating costs have a major impact on the amount of money businesses in the food and beverage subsector make between 2021 and 2023. Research limitations/implications: The scope of this study is limited to food and beverage subsector companies listed for 3 years on the IDX. In addition, the focus of activities are only factors that affect sales growth, production costs, and operating costs. Practical implications: Can make plans to improve profitability using the findings of the research analysis. Originality/value: This paper is original Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of welfare and work morale on the performance of Kharisma Vocational School teachers, both partially and simultaneously. This quantitative study used the independent variables (X) of welfare and work morale, and the dependent variable (Y) of teacher performance. The sample consisted of 33 Kharisma Vocational School teachers, recruited through a questionnaire distributed on Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively using SPSS. The results of the study revealed that the t-test showed that the welfare variable (X1) partially had a significant effect on teacher performance (Y), and the morale variable partially and significantly influenced teacher performance (Y). The f-test showed that the welfare and morale variables simultaneously influenced teacher performance. The effect of welfare and morale on teacher performance was 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 adalah salah satu penyakit kronis dengan angka kejaidan yang tinggi dan membutuhkan pengobatan serta pengelolaan dalam jangka panjang. Kepatuhan pasien dalam minum obat sangat penting untuk mencapai kontrol glikemik yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai HbA1c pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Damai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Penentuan sampel menggunakan all sampling sebanyak 30 pasien. Tingkat kepatuhan diukur menggunakan kartu pengobatan MODEM, sedangkan nilai HbA1c diperoleh dari hasil laboratorium. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai HbA1c (p<0.001) dengan kekuatan korelasi yang kuat (r=0.748). Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai HbA1c pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2, semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan maka nilai HbA1c terkontrol.

Abstract

Rawa Danau Nature Reserve is a conservation area that protects various remaining flora and fauna on Java island, including birds. However, at present, Rawa Danau Nature Reserve 's existence is threatened due to changes in the structure and habitat function by the activities of the surrounding community. Therefore, it is necessary to have a solution in the form of efforts to preserve and preserve the diversity of species and their ecosystems. One form of this program is conservation education. Conservation education is a form of effort to protect biodiversity and natural resources by increasing knowledge, skills, participation, attitudes, and awareness of the importance of natural resources to sustain life. Information media is needed to facilitate the achievement of conservation education goals, one of which is the development of a birdwatching field guidebook. This study aimed to develop a birdwatching field guidebook as a medium for conservation education in the Rawa Danau Nature Reserve area The development method was used to create the field manual. The developed guidebook contains information on bird diversity, bird conservation, observation techniques, and bird observation locations, as well as bird identification sheets accompanied by bird distribution patterns in the form of descriptions and illustrative pictures or photographs of research results. The book was also developed to meet the principles of environmental education, namely to develop awareness, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and participation in protecting the environment.

Abstract

Salah satu hutan hujan tropis yang ada di Indonesia adalah Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak (TNGHS). Hutan hujan tropis ini menjadi salah satu kawasan hutan hujan terluas di Jawa Barat. Kondisi alam yang masih asri dan alami merupakan habitat yang relevan bagi kehidupan avifauna. Terdapat 204 jenis burung yang ada di TNGHS, 90 jenis diantaranya merupakan burung yang menetap dan 35 jenis termasuk jenis burung endemik di Jawa, salah satunya burung Elang Jawa (Nisaetus bartelsi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai keanekaragaman jenis burung (avifauna) yang ada di Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak, tepatnya pada jalur interpretasi dari Cikaniki – Citalahab. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu metode point count. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara berjalan menuju tempat tertentu, lalu menandai tempat tersebut dan selama waktu kurang lebih 10 menit catat semua jenis yang dijumpai beserta jumlahnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 49 jenis burung yang ada di Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak. Kata Kunci:  Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak, Avifauna, Burung, Inventarisasi, Keanekaragaman
