Abstract

The difficulty of obtaining or using the earth's surface in urban areas has resulted in people starting to look for a number of plots of land below the earth's surface. Thus, a development breakthrough innovation is needed that can address the development of community needs, namely the space below the earth's surface. The use of basements, namely UUPA, automatically refers to property rights in discussing the use of basements. The aim is to find a system for granting land rights or management rights to basements in Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations and Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Job Creation for individuals. This research is a normative juridical research with collection techniques from the literature which consists of primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study are the system of granting land rights or management rights to basements in the BAL by basing it on the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (2) of the BAL, the term "management" and "organizes". The Job Creation Law is for individuals or legal entities that are given HGB and HP for a period of time as contained in the concept of basement management in Article 146 paragraph (1) to (5) of the UUCK, namely paragraph (1) The land or space formed in the upper room or underground and used for certain activities can be given HGB, HP, or HPL. In conclusion, the State Authority relates to (a) the use and/or allotment, supply and maintenance of the earth, air, space and natural resources in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia; (b) payment or arrangement of types of land rights; (c) paying or arranging several legal relations between people and legal entities with land as objects.

Abstract

As a servant of government affairs, ASN is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic policies to maintain the continuity of government programs. The purpose of this study is to show what forms of support are needed by PFPP on the part of the state government in carrying out the evaluation function in the current conditions, and the most urgent, most serious, and most extensive support assistance. if this is not immediately addressed, placement will be made immediately and alternative solutions will be sought to support the effectiveness of the State Assessor's operational duties and duties in the current conditions. Data collection in research activities is a technique that is processed to obtain the necessary data and data sources, which can then be used with analytical techniques to draw sufficient conclusions, so that the method of data collection must be regulated appropriately. These results are the formulation of the problem as the most important and urgent risk management method in the administration of regional governance from the JFPP point of view, so that this information can serve as an example for the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. , Ministry of Home Affairs or Ministry of Finance. As an oversight authority, DJKN determines the preferred political direction, especially to support the efficiency of carrying out tasks related to the duties of state experts. In conclusion, JFPP needs some form of local government support that is considered urgent and serious, which has the potential to worsen if not addressed immediately.

Abstract

The millennial generation is a modern generation that has one of the characteristics of a consumptive lifestyle. Apart from the consumptive lifestyle of the millennial generation, it is also a technology-based life. The purpose of the research conducted is to foster a high interest in reading in facing the challenges of modern life. The research method used isthe analysis method. Research methods used in solving problems include analytical methods. The image caption is placed as part of the image title (figure caption) instead of being part of the image. The methods used in completing the study are written in this section. The results and discussions of the millennial generation are a social construction in which there is a group of people who have the same age and experience the same history. Individuals who belong to a generation, are those who have the same year of birth in a span of 20 years and are in the same social dimension and historical dimension. Conclusion In the process of educating and fostering children is inseparable from various efforts and efforts, of course we as parents and educators will always provide the best education.

Abstract

Penggerak pembangunan di berbagai sektor memerlukan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas, yang menuntut peningkatan proses pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik, dan hal ini diikuti dengan perubahan sikap masyarakat yang semakin selektif dalam pemilihan dan definisi pendidikan. . lembaga yang mampu menghadapi tantangan. kepada anak-anak sepanjang masa - putranya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan penerapan metode Ummi dalam pembelajaran Al Quran di SDIT Nurul Islam Tengaran, memfokuskan kajian pada penerapan metode Ummi di SDIT Nurul Islam Tengaran dan pengaruh penerapannya. Metode Ummi Bagi Siswa Sastra Al Quran SDIT Nurul Islamic Landmark Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan inferno drawing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Ummi didesain ringkas dan mudah dipahami oleh anak-anak, karena dirancang sesuai usia. Metode Ummi lebih membantu anak-anak karena metode Ummi menggunakan bunyi yaitu bunyi Panggang beserta penjelasannya yang mudah dipahami dan sesuai dengan huruf Makhorijul, Tajwid, Gharib dan bunyinya. Metode Ummi lebih membantu anak-anak karena lagu-lagunya juga lebih tertata.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to map MSMEs assisted by the Center of Integrated Services (CIS) SMESCo South Sulawesi using a business check-up. The use of business check-ups to determine the health condition of the business, and identify problems and sources of problems in the business. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using radar analysis. Radar charting is a graphical method for displaying multivariable data in the form of a two-dimensional chart of three or more quantitative variables represented on an axis starting from the same point. A total of 50 MSMEs filled out a business check-up which refers to the development of 8 MSME business aspects which include aspects of independence, aspects of innovation, aspects of courage to take risks, aspects of proactively capturing opportunities and markets, marketing aspects, and operational aspects., financial aspects, and HR aspects. The conclusion from the application of radar analysis in mapping MSMEs assisted by the SMESCo Center of Integrated Services (CIS) South Sulawesi shows that 8 aspects of MSME business check-ups are in a good category (radar 3-4), unless the financial aspect is in the sufficient category (radar 2-3). The highest aspect is the innovation aspect with a value of 3.67 and the lowest is the financial aspect with a value of 2.74. Based on these results, it is recommended to improve the performance of MSMEs assisted by the Center of Integrated Services (CIS) SMESCo South Sulawesi in the financial aspect.

Abstract

Correspondence is a routine work within an organization. Indonesia University of Education, a university located in Bandung, also carries out correspondence activities to support the administrative process. Indonesia University of Education issued the letters manually so far so the distribution takes time. Moreover, in drafting process, the form and format of the letters are often not uniform. Therefore, this information system was established to manage the correspondence process by using digital signatures certified by the Electronic Certification Center (BSrE)-National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) to secure electronic documents. In addition, the system will help to manage outgoing letters, incoming letters, and dispositions. This system is expected to assist in the issuance of electronic letters and can simplify the bureaucratic procedures within the Indonesia University of Education.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi yang salah satu layanannya yakni jasa pemasangan plafon gypsum, membutuhkan strategi kelola perencanaan anggaran atau Rincian Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk mendukung kelancaran pengerjaan proyek. Pada proses berjalannya proyek pekerjaan plafon, perencanaan anggaran digunakan sebagai sumber informasi utama dalam menghitung keuntungan perusahaan. Rincian Anggaran Biaya suatu proyek pekerjaan plafon gypsum meliputi biaya tenaga kerja, tenaga ahli, material, operasional proyek, biaya peralatan kerja dan biaya mobilisasi. Perencanaan yang tidak tepat dapat mempengaruhi cash flow sebuah perusahaan sehingga berkaitan erat terhadap keberlangsungan pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan plafon. Diperlukan suatu teknik prediksi untuk menentukan keuntungan perusahaan berdasarkan penggunaan RAB suatu proyek agar perusahaan tersebut dapat menjaga cash flow yang mereka miliki sehingga tidak mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek.Tujuan untuk mencari faktor mana yang lebih menentukan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dalam suatu proyek pekerjaan plafon. Penelitian ini menyajikan implementasi data mining dengan metode klasifikasi khususnya decision tree dapat menyelesaikan permasalaan tersebut dan menghasilkan sebuah knowledge discovery dalam membantu perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan di masa depan.Hasil teknik klasifikasi dapat membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan atribut tertentu dalam pelaksanaan sebuah proyek pekerjaan plafon dan membantu perusahaan atau pemangku kebijakan dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan di masa depan.

Abstract

Nowadays, many teenagers' promiscuity is getting affected, where many cases after cases are related to juvenile delinquency. There are many factors that cause promiscuity among adolescents, the most dominant of which is caused by the formation of the wrong educational character in the family environment. The research methods used in solving problems include analytical methods. Image captions are placed as part of the image title (figure caption) and not as part of the image. Modern life is where everything has changed drastically in terms of technology, science and so on. Practical life is pampered with various kinds of technological facilities that make it easier for humans to interact with each other. The ease of technology obtained by humans makes the culture of society gradually eroded by the times. Teenagers face various kinds of problems which are often difficult to solve. The problems that exist among adolescents are extreme and the impact is enormous. One example that becomes a joint homework that must be completed immediately is the way of promiscuity of teenagers.

Abstract

The internet as a product of the development of information technology, brings major changes in human life. The internet provides convenience to various aspects of life, ranging from information, education, economy and business, to entertainment. Entertainment provided through internet services also varies, ranging from reading books, video shows, movies and dramas, to online games. Development development is a process to develop a new product or improve an existing product, which can be accounted for. The game that was first created by Steve Russell and his friends was named Spacewar. This game was created using a mainframe computer named MIT PDP-1 in 1961. As for the Playstation (PS), it only appeared in 2000. Until now PS is still often used, but along with technological developments, online games are increasingly in demand and popular in Indonesian society. Online games as a product derived from the internet have brought major changes to the entertainment trend of the current generation. As interactive entertainment, online games are able to attract many internet users to enjoy them as a means of entertainment. Unfortunately, many online game users are complacent to the end of addiction.
