The new admissions website at SMP PGRI Pagaralam is still done manually, that is the acceptance of new students have not used the programming language, where the new student acceptance is still recorded in the big books, so the peroses of service on the acceptance of new students become slow and ineffective. Results and this study is a new admissions system that has been asked directly at SMP PGRI Pagaralam City. This system is built using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 application, programming languages PHP and MySQL, while the system development method is Web ngineering. From the research it can be concluded that to create a new student admissions website that must be done first is to create a new admissions website. If the new admissions system is built is able to input new student admissions data and generate output in the form of reports then it can be concluded that the new admissions website SMP PGRI Pagaralam Pagaralam successful.

Artificial Neural Network Model with methods Backrpopagation authors try to be implemented in the estimation or prediction of high tidal waters in Bengkulu. Neural Network architecture that is built consisting of three layers namely input layer, hidden layer and output layer. Estimation tidal itself always relies on historical data of the place concerned. A person can not make a prediction of ocean tides in a particular region in the absence of historical data in the region in a time sequence. Time series data is used as a basis of the estimation of data so as to recognize the tidal patterns that occur which in turn can be used as a reference to estimate the number of ups and downs that will occur. In this study, preprocessing or initial process carried out by the method of Backpropagation, where there are several steps that lead levels that this initial process can be carried out with the best. Changing the data type in the desired interval by Artificial Neural Networks will determine the next processing step. The development of information technology has increased so much interesting to do research, from a variety of disciplines. This study is flexible means to include all the things, one of which is the business process in an organization, HOW to create an organization that is able to compete. Obviously we need a strategic plan to improve the quality and thus the quality of the organization, what is the purpose of the organization is able to walk properly. In this case also attracted the attention of researchers is to conduct research on the organization of SMK in the city of Pagar Alam from the viewpoint of information systems and information technology. Obviously in this case we need a strategic planning / IT was good so that it can increase the quality of SMK in Pagar Alam, this research using the framework Ward and Peppard with Five Porter analysis, PEST, CSF, SWOT, to support the research.

Disease is a cause of disturbance in living things, disorders caused by bacteria, viruses or abnormalities of the physiological system or tissues in organs. Many ways can be done to find out the problems associated with the disease one of them by consulting to doctors, clinics and even hospitals, but the way costs are high enough, so sometimes made people suffering from disease. Many choose to keep silent while doing recovery traditional. The development of information technology is currently very supportive of provide solutions to the problem such as the development of expert system applications that can help diagnose disease and provide solutions for free.

The purpose of this study to solve specific problems, in this case, is to build a knowledge-based system of experts and doctors in diagnosing diabetes. Based on the preliminary study results through observation and interviews at the Puskesmas Sandar Pagar Alam Community Center, the facilities there have not been too far using the technology to identify diabetes where a patient should control the doctor directly without knowing the signs or causes of diabetes. From here the researcher will create the expert system by using web-based forward chaining reasoning by using PHP programming with MySQL database which quoted from diabetes expert and supporting book based on the result from preliminary study through observation and interview at Sandar Angin Pagaralam Community Health Center. By using rules based on questions that lead to diabetes to produce a decision of the question that passed. So as to produce a system that can be used to overcome all problems faced by patients for early diagnosis of diabetes and to help health professionals in delivering information about diabetes to patients.

The design of expert systems for diagnosis of kidney disease is to build an expert system to diagnose kidney disease that provides information on diseases of the kidney through diagnosis of symptoms felt by sufferers with Web-based programming. Currently, if people want to diagnose with doctors to hospital or other health centers and have to wait their turn or queue to consult with doctors, to facilitate the consultation process needs a system that allows people to consult quickly, precisely and accurately. In designing this system using PHP and mysql programming language. The type of data collection obtained from the place of research, interviews with an expert, books and other literature. The method used in system development is Extreme Programming method which consists of Planning, Design, Coding, Test and Release. And the results of this design is to produce a system that provides information about kidney disease and help diagnose the disease through symptoms experienced.

Software is a computer program associated with software documentation such as need documentation, design model, and user manual or a computer program without associated documentation. Software built by engineering is not manufactured by manufacture or manufacturer. The purpose of the development of software aids is to assist data collection in the process of admission of new students in SD Methodist-5 Pagar Alam. The process of data collection applied in SD Methodist-5 Pagar Alam is by using conventional method, that is by recording data process of new student acceptance which still using ledger, so that in process of data searching and report making can take a long time. Software development model used in this research is waterfall model that includes: System Engineering, Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance.

The method of learning becomes one of the factors that is very influential, especially for students' academic achievement. Nowadays students are required to be more active in expanding the knowledge they not only get from teaching and learning activities in school, but they can also add knowledge such as from a learning application that they can learn by themselves to hone their understanding of subjects. In the subject of Natural Science (IPA), often the methods or methods used by teachers in teaching are still many that are difficult to understand by the students, the existing learning media less interest of students to study harder, and students sometimes consider easy subjects IPA. Learning Media in High School (SMA) visually displayed in the form of applications that can be accessed with Android-based phones is expected to improve the quality of learning, especially in science subjects.

Student Monitoring System is a method or system that aims to monitor the pattern of student development in school. Growing advances in information technology today, schools need to promote themselves through the school website so that people can access all school information easily, especially to monitor the development of children in school. System development method used in the design of Student Monitoring System is to use waterfall method or waterfall.With this student monitoring system, the guardian of student can know result of student learning evaluation which have been reached in school like student development which is result of evaluation of study of per-week and student value which is result of evaluation of study per-semester.So, it is expected that the guardians can be more easily in monitoring the development of their children in school so that the guardians can know the results of student learning evaluations that have been achieved in school.

Design (design) is the stage of after analysis of the system development cycle that is the definition of functional requirements, and describes how a system was established to be a depiction, planning and making sketches or arrangement of several separate elements into a unified whole and functioning, including regarding configuring of hardware components and software from a system. The goal of researchers is to design and build the website system SMP Negeri 8 Kota Pagar Alam by using the programming language PHP and MySQL. Easing the benefits of this research is to know the school, outside the Party was not to come to school to see about / condition SMP Negeri 8, quite simply through the website alone know the circumstances of SMP Negeri 8 this. The method used is the SDLC systems development method Niagara (Waterfall). With this system is expected to be easier for the public to know SMP Negeri 8 and enables the school to introduce the school.
