College of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP-PGRI) Lubuklinggau is one of the private universities in Lubuklinggau city, focusing on human resource development in teacher training and education. STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau currently has many students, including students who live in Lubuklinggau and others from outside the city of Lubuklinggau. Students who live far from the campus find it difficult to obtain academic-related academic information such as lecture announcement information, announcement of final semester exam schedule, announcement of exam schedule, announcement of thesis examination schedule, announcement of KRS retrieval schedule, and announcement of KHS taking schedule. The Barcode Based Software Sales Assistance Software System in Toko Ruly was built using the PHP programming language, and used the waterfall method as system development, with the stages of Communation, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment to facilitate the system development and use the Observation, Documentation Method , Interview and Literature Study for Data collection methods to support system development methods for designing these assistive software systems. Because there are many problems found, especially when recording goods data and then reports for monthly results, it is expected that the application of this assistive software can help the process of managing data on goods, goods reports, and sales transactions. From this research, we will get a barcode-based computerized system for sales and reporting systems that are better than the old system that uses a manual system. Most organizations in all sectors of industry, commerce, non-profit and government are now fundamentally dependent on information systems (IS) and information technology (IT). SI and IT are required to be the key to operational activities in all fields, not just as a tool. Utilization of IS / IT aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities and produce benefits for the long term. One of the benefits of using IS/IT for the long term is to be able to bring organizations, companies and institutions to achieve competitive advantage. AMIK XYZ is a private university based on information technology. AMIK XYZ's vision is to become an excellent university in Indonesia in 2028, which has a high commitment to quality education. To achieve its vision, AMIK XYZ requires a portfolio of future applications that are expected to bring AMIK XYZ to competitive advantage. This information technology strategic planning adopts the Ward and Peppard framework. The models used in this study are Five Force Porters, Value Chain, SWOT Matrix, Critical Success Factor and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid. The stages in this research are primary and secondary data collection then an internal and external environment analysis is carried out, then an IS / IT strategy analysis is carried out, a gap analysis is carried out to determine the application to be developed and an improvement of existing features, for the creation of an IS / IT development roadmap. The results of IS / IT strategic planning are business strategies, IS / IT management strategies and future portfolio applications that are aligned with business strategies. The IS / IT strategy that will be the first priority to be developed is adjusted to the priority issues that must be addressed immediately. The implementation of future application portfolios is expected to bring AMIK XYZ to its vision.

Financial calculations are still using the usual mechanism. This writing aims to develop financial data processing applications by analyzing financial data processing applications at the ongoing Independent Practice Midwife Clinic Hatika Prabumulih and proposing new financial data processing applications so that it is more practical as a solution to the problems faced by the Midwifery Practice Clinic Hatika Prabumulih. The analytical method uses the data collection method. The system development phase uses the 2007 eAccess Databas. Then the development of the financial calculation system at Mandiri Midwife Practice Midwife Clinic Hatika Prabumulih has been able to use the Visual Basic Programming Language Application 2010 so that a better and more efficient working mechanism can be carried out. The purpose of this research is to produce an employee information system in South Pagar Alam Subdistrict based on web that can make it easier for the Subdistrict to manage data and also facilitate those who want to get information quickly, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. In the Sub-District Office of South Pagar Alam Subdistrict, Pagar Alam City, information about the Office is currently still manual, that is still using in the form of a ledger or file print out, and where in searching data is still manually so the data sought requires a long time. Data collection methods in this study use the method of interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. The system development method uses the waterfall method with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. This system was developed using the Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, PHP, MySql, and Xampp applications. The results of the interim research in the form of employee information system in the District of Pagar Alam Selatan Web-Based. System testing uses usability testing with an average value of 4.63 which means that the user states that this website can facilitate the South Pagar Alam Subdistrict to convey information and also facilitate parties who want to get information quickly, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere only.

Perpustakaan keliling melayani sekolah – sekolah yang ada di seluruh Kota Pagaralam, memiliki 2 unit mobil dengan jadwal kerja senin sampai dengan kamis dari pukul 9.00 sampai dengan 12.00 WIB yaitu pada jam istirahat sekolah, melayani baca di tempat dan peminjaman buku bagi guru yang ada di sekolah dengan waktu pengembalian selama satu bulan berikutnya, sesuai dengan jadwal. Pengolahan data dan informasi perpustakaan masih di catat kedalam buku besar, menyebabkan pada saat mencari informasi anggota, buku, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dari anggota sering terjadinya kesalahan pengembalian dan memerlukan waktu pencarian. Hal ini membuat penulis tertarik merancang dan membangun sistem peminjaman buku perpustakaan keliling dengan metode GUI. Metode GUI dapat membuat program aplikasi menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat dengan kemudahan pemakaian, fasilitas yang berlebih sehingga bisa mencukupi kebutuhan pemakai. Sebagai program yang berbasis Windows, GUI mempunyai kemampuan untuk berinteraksi dengan seluruh aplikasi windows seperti Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, dan sebagainya.

This study aims to design and build a website in the District of South Dempo that makes it easier for the general public and government agencies, especially the people of the District of South Dempo, to find information about notifications quickly, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The problem at the Dempo Sub-District Head Office is the difficulty of delivering information to the wider community and requiring the community to come directly to the Office of the South Dempo Sub-District Head. In this study the data collection method carried out was by observation, interview and literature study. System development methods use the waterfall method with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. This system was developed using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Php, MySql, and Xampp applications. The results of the research are in the form of Web-Based Design of Pagar Alam Selatan District Website. Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a general theory of intelligent application that is used for complex mathematical approaches, but based on a qualitative approach that is acceptable to all stakeholders and program managers. Decision Support System can be used by embedding the AHP method in the decision support system on the admission of new students. In the process of admitting new students of the Pagar Alam College of Technology, the selection system is used with several criteria to determine the competency of prospective students. Selection of prospective students has so far been using manual calculations, namely by accumulating test results in accordance with predetermined criteria, a long and complicated process because the number of participants registering can lead to a draw value between prospective students, therefore, to minimize miscalculations of selection results new students and facilitate ranking made a new student graduation test decision support system. The method used to support this research is the waterfall, with 5 stages in accordance with the research conducted. From the method carried out, this study produced a decision support system to determine the graduation of new students in the admission process.

Zoning System is a new student admission system that requires consideration of schools in accepting prospective new students, who are required to pay attention to the distance between the school and the residence or domicile of prospective students. The procedure for admission of new learners is carried out with schools organized by the Regional Government, obliged to accept prospective students who live in the closest zone radius of the school with a quota of at least 90%. Prospective students and parents are confused to choose which school they want to go to because they do not know how to find out if their house is the radius of the zone closest to the school. To deal with this problem, the Decision Support System can be an appropriate alternative in decision making. One of them is in determining the school's objectives based on criteria that exist in the zoning system. The method used in this research is the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods in the hope that the assessment can be done selectively and get accurate results.
