Abstract

The aims of the study were to analyze the factors that influence the intention of entrepreneurship among students, such as educational support, relational support, personal attitudes and behavioral control factors. This study took a sample of 60 students by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a partial significant influence of educational support on students' entrepreneurship intention but had a negative causality pattern, the effect was -36.3%, 2) relational support had a positive causality pattern, but did not have a significant partial effect on students’ entrepreneurship intention, the effect was 12.7%, 3) there was a partial and positive significant effect, personal attitudes on students’ entrepreneurship intention and has the most dominant effect than other independent variables with a significant effect was 39.8%, 4) there was a significant effect and partially positive, behavioral control on students’ entrepreneurship intention with a signifikcant effect was 30.0%.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the problems in medical disputes why patients often experience difficulties in realizing their rights. The second problem in this research is to answer which forms and dispute resolution systems that provide legal protection to patients in resolving medical disputes between patients and doctors and / or medical personnel and hospitals to realize patient rights. These problems are examined and examined by normative legal research methods and using secondary data consisting of primary legal material and secondary legal material. The results of this study harmonize the laws and regulations with the real situation in the community. Psychological factors, educational and economic factors of patients cause patients to have difficulty in fighting for their rights in medical disputes. Medical dispute resolution that is pursued through litigation and nonlitigation channels are still found weaknesses that have not been in favor of patients. Thus an idea is found through discussion and research conducted previously, that it is necessary to establish a special forum for medical dispute resolution that is in favor of patients as consumers of health services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the promotion, to know the constraints faced and to know the efforts made by the company to overcome the constraints faced. The method of study used is a descriptive method. As for Key informant or key informant is the operational manager and the helper informant is the Branc manager. The techniques used in data collection are: interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique that researchers use is qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the promotion implementation of PT. Megah Profitamas is conducted through advertising (advertising), personal Selling, sales promotion, PR (publicity) and direct marketing ( Direct Marketing), the obstacles faced by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas In its promotional activities are: In general, support or funding from the center is still very minimal, especially for advertising and sales promotion activities, other activities Personal selling and publicity is still not optimal, while the efforts made by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas related constraints encountered in the implementation of the promotion is to utilize as much as possible advertising activities through Radio good Smart FM J Radio. The selection of time and the broadcast period is selected and adjusted to the existing financial condition, even if it is necessary for the frequency to be selected in certain months. Similarly, the sales promotion is syndidate with the activities of local government, private and community, for publicity improves cooperation on various parties and trains the ability of employees to have the ability to release news from Company activities. Abstract

The development of population and settlements in this region since 2 decades ago demands to be fulfilled by other aspects, especially the basic needs of the community such as aspects of education, health, social and religious facilities. The influence of the construction of road infrastructure including the development of population and settlements, and this all impacts on the demands for the availability of public facilities such as public health facilities. Starting from this all research needs to be done whether public health services have followed the progress of the community itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the public services provided by Puskesmas to community members. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that is describing or describing the state of the Berangas Community Health Center in Alalak District. The results showed that the Berangas Health Center in providing health services to the general population could be said to be quite good. However, there are some complaints from the public regarding public services at the Berangas Health Center, among others, the services are considered to be slow, and this is caused by the lack of discipline of the staff in the determination of service hours listed at the Puskesmas. community members.

Abstract

The implementation of Student Administration at Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School includes student planning activities, admission of new students, recording of students in the master book, administration of student attendance, school discipline, student transfer, student organization activities, and administration of graduation and alumni. All student administration activities have been done well by the administration staff of the Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School. Factors Influencing the Implementation of Student Administration at the 1 Kusan Hilir State Middle School are education of administrative staff and the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out how the bargaining value of the Tourism Objects and Attractions that already exist to tourists, 2) to find out what strategies can be done to the existing Tourism Objects and Attractions to attract tourists to Kotabaru Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection were carried out in four ways, namely observation, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) interviews and documentation. The results of this study were 1) Tourism Object of Teluk Tamiang Village, the current bargaining value is still low, the strategies used are not coherent, and there are still strategic contradictions, 2) Five technical strategies need to be done, namely increasing road access to the summit of Mount Lekke Tedong, providing sleep equipment, ensuring adequate sanitation facilities and clean conditions, selling Bay Tamiang Village tour packages with an all-in-one payment system, making a place to eat out door, 3) The Government of Teluk Tamiang Village needs to allocate Village Funds to improve tourism support facilities, 4) Encourage community to form a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in Teluk Tamiang Village in order to be able to foster residents whose homes are used as tourist accommodation to provide services and provide comfortable facilities.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to investigate the effectiveness of CLT approach in interpersonal function of speaking and to investigate the effectiveness of CLT approach in transactional function of speaking. It was an experimental study by using one-group pretest-posttest design. The target population of this study was students of English department at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Indonesia Determining one class as research sample. The achievements of the students were further compared in terms of pre-test and post-test using the dependent t-test, the study found that students who are taught with CLT approach through English Community have better score on the post-test than on the pre-test for transactional function of speaking, it found the t-test is 9.417 with critical view of t at p > 001 of one tailed test is 3.307 (df =34). It means that there is a very significant impact on students’ skill in transactional function of speaking after following English community using CLT approach.
