This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Work facilities must be a concern of each organization because they can affect the overall performance of employees in a company / organization, as one of the agencies that pay attention to the performance of their employees and prepare work facilities that support the implementation of the Main Duties and Functions (TUPOKSI) of each employee. Meanwhile, the duties and functions of the ship agency, one of which is the process of managing clearance in and clearance out. The success of an enterprise can be viewed from the results of the work done by its employees. As explained above, the factor to improve employee performance is work facilities. With work facilities, it is possible to improve employee performance in order to achieve the goals that have been determined by managers with all potential effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between work facilities on employee performance in the process of managing clearance in and clearance out of the ship agency. The approach method used is a descriptive quantitative method, while the data collection technique uses documentation, observation, and questionnaires so that the influence of work facilities can be found on employee performance. The results of this study show that there is an influence between work facilities on employee performance in the process of managing clearance in and clearance out of the ship agency.

Abstract

Era of globalization, sea transportation gave rise to crewing companies to look for ship crew resources to perform crew replacements order to get quality crews to work on ships. To expedite these activities, the company has taken every step to ensure replacement crew activities run well and optimally. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, with data collection using questionnaires, observations, literature studies, and documentation so the data can be processed using quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed the cause of declining crewing department performance was due the non-optimal replacement of ship's crew, and how to deal with it was evaluated for each implementation. Crew changes must be made according to the position and experience of the crew itself.

Abstract

The article Literature Review of Mutation Analysis and Turnover Intention: Work Environment is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables that can be used in further research. The writing method used in this study is the library research method, the sources of which come from Google Scholar, Mendeley, and previous articles that are relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) The work environment is related to mutations; 2) The work environment is related to Turnover Intention; and 3) Mutations related to Turnover Intention. Apart from the exogenous variables above that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including leadership, wages and coworkers.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich in agricultural production sources, one of which is coffee commodity which is exported to various countries. So the purpose of this study is to find out the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee in the international market. The analysis tools used are Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Export Product Dynamic (EPD) to see the competitiveness of exports of coffee bean commodities (HS 1801) to destination countries. The results of the analysis by the RCA method show that Indonesian coffee beans have an average value of RCA greater than one in the export destination country. Based on the results of the EPD analysis showed that Indonesia's coffee beans export destination countries occupy the position of rising star only Japan, Germany, Belgium and India which are not included. Japan and Belgium are in the falling star position, India has lost opportunity and in the meantime Germany is in a retreat position.

Abstract

Article Literature Review of the Influence of the Company's Financial System, and Construction Management on the Implementation of Quality Management Systems and Production Quality in Construction Companies is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of inter-variables to be used in further research, within the scope of the science of Financial Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) The Company's Financial System influences the Implementation of Quality Management Systems; 2) Construction Management has an effect on the Implementation of the Quality Management System; 3) The Company's Financial System affects the Quality of Production in Construction Companies; 4) Construction Management affects Production Quality in Construction Companies; and 5) Implementation of the Quality Management System affects Production Quality in Construction Companies. In addition to these 2 exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables.
