Abstract

This research aims to discuss Q.S Al-Mukminun regarding the concept of Islamic financial management behavior in financial risk control. This research is qualitative with a library research approach, namely the data used in this research comes from various literature books, journals, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other documents related to the object of this research. This data analysis includes activities, namely categorizing data, organizing data, manipulating data, summing up data directed at obtaining answers to research problems. The method used to analyze the data in this research is deductive method and comparative method. The results of this study explain that the interpretation of Q.S Al-Mukminun explains the characteristics of believers who can bring happiness in this world and the hereafter, especially in addressing financial problems related to sharia financial management behavior. good sharia financial management behavior leads to good financial decision making as well, especially in allocating funds as savings which in turn can be used as initial capital in starting a business

Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) aim to manage village assets and potential to improve community welfare. One of the business units managed is the Pandansili swimming pool, which is a tourist attraction and plays a role in improving the village economy. However, its management still faces challenges, such as limited professional human resources and lack of innovation. Therefore, a strategy is needed to strengthen human resources as well as the application of sharia economic principles that emphasize justice in wealth distribution. This research aims to: (1) to identify the role of BUMDes in improving the economy of the Ngampungan Village community, Bareng Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, and (2) to identify the role of BUMDes in improving the economy of the Ngampungan Village community, Bareng Subdistrict, Jombang Regency from the perspective of sharia economic law. This research uses an empirical juridical approach with a conceptual approach and applies inductive and descriptive methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, documents. The findings through interviews with the head of Ngampungan Village, Mr. Rohan, and the BUMDes administrator, Mr. Kusnadi, show that BUMDes plays an important role in improving the community's economy, especially through the management of Pandansili swimming pool tourism. Since joining in the management of tourism, the community has experienced economic improvement, both as employees, traders, and parking attendants. Initially, around 10% of the community was classified as economically weak, but since the tourism, this figure has decreased by around 4%. The application of sharia economic principles, such as fairness in wealth distribution and transparency in profit sharing, allows the community to actively participate in tourism management, thereby improving the welfare of Ngampungan Village

Abstract

The smartphone market, dominated by several major brands, reflects the characteristics of an oligopolistic market with intense competition and dynamic price fluctuations. This study aims to analyze the factors contribubuting to smartphone price fluctuations in Peterongan Market, Jombang, as well as to understand how interactions among market participants (sellers, distributors, and manufacturers) influence these dynamics. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data collected through in-depth interviews with four counter owners and 45 consumers, along with direct observation at the location. Secondary data were obtained from reports by the International Data Corporation (IDC) and supporting literature related to smartphone price trends. The findings reveal that price fluctuations are influenced by a combination of internal factors, such as technological innovation and marketing strategies, as well as external factors, such as imbalances in supply and demand, government fiscal policies, and global economic conditions. Interactions among market participants play a crucial role, with manufacturers setting base prices, distributors adjusting to local market conditions, and sellers implementing promotional strategies to attract consumers. The impact of these fluctuations affects price-sensitive consumers, sellers who must adjust their sales strategies, and manufacturers who are required to maintain competitiveness through product innovation. This study provides valuable insights for market participants in managing price dynamics and helps consumers gain a better understanding of the market

Abstract

Consumer Behavior Theory, perception and behavior play an important role in customer decisions to choose banking services. This study aims to analyze customer perceptions of Islamic banking products, especially lending and funding products, and their implications for customer purchasing interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jombang Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to BSI KC Jombang customers, then analyzed to identify the relationship between perception, attractiveness of lending and funding products, and customer purchasing interest. The results of the study indicate that positive perceptions of Islamic Banks significantly increase customer purchasing interest, both in lending and funding products

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing strategies implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in promoting its Gold Installment product. This product offers Sharia-compliant financing for gold bullion purchases through a murabahah (cost-plus sale) contract, allowing customers to invest in gold in a safe, affordable, and Islamic way. BSI applies marketing strategy, which include offline and online. The analysis reveals that the integrated application of the 7P strategy significantly enhances the competitiveness of the Gold Installment product amid the rising trend of gold investment. Digital service innovations, customer education through Sharia-based promotions, and simplified procedures are key factors in attracting customer interest. With the right marketing approach, BSI successfully positions itself as a modern Islamic bank that is adaptive and committed to meeting the financial needs of the Muslim community

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the spirit and values of Pencasila in dealing with the negative impact of artificial intelligence on business and accounting education through internalizing the spirit and values of Pancasila in the curriculum and learning of accounting education. This research uses the doxique concept pioneered by Pierre Bourdieu as a unit of analysis to detect traces of the dominance of masculinity, the impact of artificial intelligence in accounting education, especially in the Auditing 1 course. The results of this research show that reconstruction in the Auditing 1 course is an alternative solution for internalizing and transferring the spirit and values of Pancasila in the learning model and accounting education curriculum
