Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tugas utama organisasi IPNU-IPPNUdalam pemberdayaan pemuda melalui pendidikan pengkaderan. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah diketahui bahwa peranorganisasi IPNU-IPPNU sesuai dengan harapan pemuda Lengkong. Tugas IPNU-IPPNUadalah meningkatkan kapasitas dan ketrampilan kaderisasi, mendorong tumbuh danberkembangnya kesadaran kader dan anggota IPNU-IPPNU terhadap tanggung jawabsosial kemasyarakatan melalui program MAKESTA dan LAKMUD. Harapan organisasiIPNU-IPPNU adalah agar mampu berkomitmen serta bergerak sebagai anggota danpemuda untuk melakukan perubahan sikap kearah yang lebih baik. Menjadikan pemudapemudaLengkong lebih bermanfaat dan menunjukan perubahan sikap yang positif danmerealisasikan program pemberdayaan dalam bentuk tanggung jawab sosialkemasyarakatan agar tercipta harmonisasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.Begitupunharapan-harapan penerima manfaat dari masing-masing tugas yang dilakukan oleh IPNUIPPNUantara lain agar pemuda bisa ikut berpartisipasi dan memiliki pengetahuan baruagar dapat berlatih dan mengembangkan bakat dalam pelatihan-pelatihan dan agar menjadipemuda yang bermanfaat dan diharapkan organisasi serta masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Religious Local Content teachers in Improving Students' Al-Qur'an Reading Ability at SMPN 1 Mojoagung in the 2021 academic year. Based on the data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, it can be concluded that: The role of the teacher Religious Local Content in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at SMPN 1 Mojoagung. The teacher's role in Improving the Ability to Read Al-Qur'an consists of 3 aspects: first, the teacher as a supervisor of this task and responsibility places more emphasis on planning and implementing teaching. Second, the teacher as a leading worker is to put pressure on the task and provide guidance in the form of assistance to students in solving the problems they face. Third, the teacher as the class administrator, and class manager, and Fourth, the teacher as a motivator. The methods and techniques used by teachers of local religious content in improving the ability to read Al-Qura'an at SMPN 1 Mojoagung are the tilawati method and the qiroati' method. The supporting factors for the role of local religious content teachers in improving students' reading skills of the Qur'an consist of parents and local content teachers, namely focusing on being their guide when reading the Qur'an. In addition, the teacher also always accompanies, directs and always supervises. The inhibiting factor for the role of the Religious Local Content teacher in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an is electronics such as cellphones which always make children lazy to read the Qur'an. In addition, another inhibiting factor is the community when students choose the wrong way to get along. This method is reading the Qur'an which directly includes and practices tartil reading in accordance with the rules of Tajweed science in the education system and the teaching of the Qiro'at method through a student-centered education system.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). to describe students' morals to others and students' morals to teachers at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang 2). describe the role of teachers as educators and mentors in fostering students' morals at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang. This research is a qualitativefield research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1.) Morals of students to others at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang include: respecting fellow friends, greeting each other, and helping to help but there are some students who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting around in the canteen during class hours while the morals of students to teachers at the Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang Vocational School include: greeting the teacher, being obedient to the teacher, speaking politely to the teacher, paying attention to the teacher and discipline but there are some who lack morals such as: not participating in religious activities, still sitting in the cafeteria during class hours. 2.) The role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the morals of students at SMK Matsna Karim Diwek Jombang, focused on two roles, namely: As educators, teachers as educators at SMK Matsna Karim such as teaching how to read the Qur'an, how to speak well to anyone, admonishing students when speaking badly and reminding students to perform worship on time and as a guide in moral development by holding habituation of religious activities, namely dhuha prayer in congregation, dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading the Qur'an, Istiqosah, and the observance of Islamic holidays.

Abstract

Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instrction adalah metode belajar yang dianggap mampu membantu guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, minat tersebutlah yang mampu meningkatkan kemauan dan konsentrasi studi peserta didik dari kemauan itu akan lebih mudah bagi peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran. Dari hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian meliputi: 1. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?, 2. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?. Fokus penelitian skripsi ini mencakup dua hal yaitu: 1.Penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2.Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: 1. Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2. Untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar siswa sebelum penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 3. Untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian(field research) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif desainnya studi kasus. Dengan rancangan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kehadiran peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrument kunci dan peneliti merupakan pengamat sebagai partisipan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah memang sangat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa, dimana dapat dilihat secara langsung bahwa dengan menambahkan resitasi atau penugasan siswa lebih terfokus dan berpartisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung Kesimpulan dari pemaparan diatas bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instruction memang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada matapelajaran SKI terkhusus materi yang berisi cerita yang menjadikan siswa mudah bosan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

Social media is a tool for searching and selecting information in the form of products and services. The use of social media in Indonesia continues to grow every year, therefore it is widely used by marketers as an opportunity to introduce and offer products. One of them is by creating content marketing and e-WOM. Content marketing and e-WOM are strategies that are considered quite effective in marketing and introducing products to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Instagram content marketing and e-WOM on consumer purchasing decisions through the purchase interest variable. The population in the study were consumers of the Ayucitra gallery by monochrome jombang, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling of 120 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using smartPLS.3.0 software. The findings concluded that content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Z), e-WOM (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest (Z), buying interest has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y), content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y), e-WOM (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). content marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by consumer buying interest (Z) at Ayucitra by Monochrome gallery, e-WOM (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions mediated by consumer buying interest (Z) at Ayucitra by Monochrome gallery

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darussalam Paiton faces challenges in utilizing digital technology in the learning process due to limited facilities and low digital literacy among students and teachers. This issue affects the optimal use of technology as a learning tool and the lack of parental support for technology-based education at home. To address these challenges, a community service program was implemented, consisting of digital literacy training and mentoring for MI Darussalam’s students and teachers. The program included training on the use of technology devices, integration of technology in learning, and socialization for parents on the importance of digital literacy. The results of this program showed a significant improvement in students' digital literacy understanding, teachers' ability to integrate technology into teaching, and increased awareness and support from parents. However, some students and parents still require additional assistance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that further training programs and increased access to technological resources at school and home be pursued to ensure the sustainability of the program.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, khususnya sampah organik, menjadi isu yang mendesak di RT 14 Desa Bangah, Gedangan, Sidoarjo, akibat minimnya pengelolaan yang memadai. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui inovasi "Tong Komposter" sebagai solusi pengolahan limbah organik menjadi pupuk kompos. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi partisipatif, yang didukung oleh kolaborasi antara warga, karang taruna, dan pemerintah desa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah, serta produksi kompos yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pertanian lokal. Pendekatan berbasis komunitas dengan teknologi sederhana memberikan dampak signifikan bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat. Program ini memiliki implikasi besar dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan memberikan potensi ekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat perilaku menyontek pada siswa kelas XI SMK Swadaya Semarang. Permasalahan ini muncul berdasarkan hasil dari Angket Kebutuhan Peserta Didik (AKPD), observasi, dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan guru BK di lapangan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Think Pair and Share terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode True Experimental Design, menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 113 siswa kelas XI SMK Swadaya Semarang. Sebanyak 35 siswa dari kelas XI AK 2 diikutsertakan dalam try out, sementara sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, yang menghasilkan 24 siswa dari kelas XI BR 1. Dari jumlah tersebut, 12 siswa dimasukkan dalam kelompok eksperimen dan 12 siswa dalam kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa skala likert perilaku menyontek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t dengan bantuan SPSS 26, diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang menyatakan “ada pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Think Pair and Share terhadap perilaku menyontek siswa kelas XI SMK Swadaya Semarang” dinyatakan benar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Think Pair and Share disarankan sebagai alternatif bagi guru BK dalam menangani masalah perilaku menyontek di kalangan siswa.Bottom of Form

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is a person's ability to recognize himself, control himself, motivate himself, empathize, and the ability to build relationships (cooperation) with others. Most teachers only consider students to excel if their intelligence scores are high, even though emotional intelligence influences success more. With good emotional intelligence, it is hoped that it can influence student achievement in PAI learning. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey method. With Linear Regression analysis technique. The sample of this research is the students of the one-roof SMPN Pengampon Kabuh Jombang with the results of the general simple linear regression equation: Y = a + bX. Y = 55.461 + 0.429X this equation can be translated: a constanta of 55.461 and a regression coefficient of X of 0.429 states that the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of variable X is positive. And seen from the r2 value of 0.472 or 47.2%, the amount of contribution (contribution) of intelligence to learning achievement in PAI and 52.8% is influenced by other factors.

The problem of household waste management, especially organic waste, has become a pressing issue in RT 14 Bangah Village, Gedangan, Sidoarjo, due to the lack of adequate management. This program aims to empower the community through the innovation of "Tong Komposter" as a solution for processing organic waste into compost. The methods used include socialization, training, and participatory evaluation, supported by collaboration between residents, youth organizations, and the village government. The results show an increase in community awareness and participation in waste management, as well as the production of compost that can be used for local agriculture. A community-based approach with simple technology has a significant impact on the environment and society. This program has major implications for supporting environmental sustainability and providing economic potential for the community.
