Abstract

This study analyzes the rules that govern the protection provided by companies both wage protection for the consequences of the magnitude of the risk and protection from the risk of workplace accidents. A qualitative case study approach is used in this research. Data collection through in-depth interviews with informants namely representatives of the management of PT. Gojek Indonesia Surabaya branch and representatives of online motorcycle taxi workers who have worked for at least three months. The results of this study found that companies build and maintain institutional arrangements through rules, both formally and informally (agreements). The wage system is carried out by the driver doing the order service and also a bonus system from the company. Workers also have rights and obligations and the company will provide sanctions and rewards. The company's efforts to reduce the risk of work accidents are also related to the company's commitment through insurance facilities, the company also cooperates with the police regarding the safety of workers and passengers, and also provides welfare programs. The conclusion in this study that the safety of online motorcycle taxi workers is given by the company in the mechanism of institutional rules in the mechanism of work protection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Lifestyle Trust and Prices on Purchasing Decisions in Onlineshop at Raudlatul Falah Islamic Boarding School Students in Pati Patis. This type of research is quantitative, with a total sample of 81 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t- test. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle and trust have a positive and significant effect, while price does not significantly influence purchasing decisions online at Raudlatul Falah boarding school students in Gembong Pati. With a lifestyle significance test of 0, 000 with a t- count of 6. 374, a significance level of confidence of 0. 002 with a t- count of 2. 350, and a price significance level of- 0. 786 with t- count of- 0. 273. It can be concluded that H1 and H2 in this study were accepted and H3 was rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business management, mentoring on the development of micro-businesses in LAZNAS LMI Blitar Service Unit. The research population consisted of 67 mustahik people in the economic empowerment program at LAZNAS LMI Blitar Service Unit. The samples taken were 57 people based on simple random sampling technique. The results of the study using multiple linear regression indicate that there is a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between productive zakat, business management, and mentoring on the development of mustahik micro businesses.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation variable significantly on employee turnover intention. This study also wanted to know the effect of work environment on employee turnover intention. And this study tested together the variable compensation and working environment of this study against variable turnover intention. Empirically this research results in a significan influence between variable independent and dependent. Where partially compensated variables have a sig value of 0.00 and a working environment variable with a sig value of 0.011 with a determination value of R2 = 0.532 equivalent to 53.2%. It is described that both variable independent research can explain its relationship with its dependent variables strongly. The value of Fcalculated > Table Ftabel is 41,303 in table 3. At the results of this research the company was asked to be able to provide a large compensation that is tailored to the level of needs of employees in general and the procurement and improving of the facilities and pre-existing in the company's.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of economic factors that affect people's interest in using the Solar Roofing Power Generation System (PLTS) in Palembang. Data analysis methods used are qualitative and quantitative, with primary and secondary data sources in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. PLN in the city of Palembang which has power> 2200 VA. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 400 respondents, the sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling with the location of rayon into sub-populations. The results showed that there was a significant influence between economic factors on people's interest in using the PLTS Roof system with Sig 0,000.
