Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. Adapting to changes and increasing one's knowledge is important to maintain the competitiveness and success of the company. The use of information technology also plays an important role in improving performance and productivity in the workplace. Knowledge sharing can help individuals to continuously update and improve their skills and improve work quality and efficiency. Crucial skills in the context of a constantly changing work environment, involve the ability of individuals to adjust their behavior and actions in response to changing situations and demands that arise in the work environment. This research uses positivism-based quantitative methods to test hypotheses by understanding the population and analyzing data quantitatively. The population is determined as individuals who are the subject of research, allowing researchers to make more accurate conclusions and meaningful recommendations. The sample used 116 students who took MBKM off campus. Investments in information technology and the development of a knowledge-sharing culture improve overall organizational performance. Information technology facilitates knowledge sharing between individuals, increasing adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya kualitas pelayanan, customer experience, dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan jamaah Haji pada PT. Rihlah Multazam Al Mubaroqah. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif yaitu data yang diukur dalam skala angka, yang didasarkan pada data yang bersifat cross section yang diambil dalam satu waktu. Populasi dan Sampel dari penelitian ini ialah Jamaah Haji yang terdata telah menggunakan layanan Haji pada PT. Rihlah Multazam Al Mubaqorah sebanyak 65 jamaah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% berdasarkan sig. 5%, maka variabel kualitas pelayanan, customer experience, dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan jamaah yang didasarkan pada nilai sig <0.05. Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, customer experience, dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan jamaah pada PT. Rihlah Multazam Al Mubaroqah 81,9% terhadap kepuasan jamaah sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Partial research examines koperasi pondok pesantren (kopontren) with a specific emphasis on business collaboration between kopontren, particularly in East Java. Syirkah al inan represents a collaborative model involving two or more entities contributing capital and participating in management based on mutual agreements and the contributions of each participant. The case study method constitutes a qualitative research design that investigates real-life scenarios through the collection of comprehensive and indepth data from diverse sources, ultimately reporting the findings in a descriptive format that outlines the emergent themes. Capital collaboration for the development of kopontren within the Koperasi Sarekat Bisnis Pesantren (KSBP) organization is facilitated through member contributions via principal and voluntary savings, partnerships with Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM), and collaborations with Sharia banks. Second, product collaboration involves the exchange of goods through buying and selling activities either between kopontren or with suppliers. Third, network collaboration leverages Islamic boarding school alumni as a sales network for products. Fourth, human resources (HR) collaboration is characterized by the transfer of knowledge and skills among stakeholders and in cooperation with governmental entities. The utilization of business capital within KSBP is derived from Sharia banks, LPDB-KUMKM, as well as members’ principal savings, mandatory savings, and voluntary savings. The collaboration process engages KSBP members or KSBP alongside suppliers to fulfill the demand for goods, acknowledging that not all KSBP members possess the capability to produce goods. Network collaboration incorporates alumni from each Islamic boarding school as a sales network for products. Additionally, HR collaboration entails the exchange of knowledge and skills among constituents and in conjunction with governmental bodies.
